American Eagle & Aerie Store

I love their products and frequently shop online here but today had a really bad experience on the Aerie side. Was waiting by the fitting rooms, was ignored and not served and had others who got there later served before me.by the time I asked the worker again to assist me with a room, there were none that were available. She then just leaves me standing there without assistance so I said forget it and put down all the merchandise I was interested in, and left.

Placed an order online which says pick up in 2 hours.
Went to pick up my order and they say it can take up to 2 days!

Was walking through the mall yesterday and stopped in to shop around, the girls that work at aerie were so polite and knowledgeable about the clothing.
I purchased 2 pairs of tights and wore one today and had nothing but compliments.

One of the best active wear brands available in Canada. It's 24/7 active gear clothing range are of the best quality.

Definitely recommended.

Great store, good quality clothes. Right now most of the stuff is 30% off, plus another 15% if you sign up for email promotions. Purchase over 100 dollars get you a free nice blanket. Employees didn't harass and helped out exactly how they should. Overall great experience

Good collection but fitting rooms are closed. The only reason I went in store was to try the clothes on. I would have bought them online. Keep them open next time please

Every time I call this location I cannot get through to an associate at Aerie. The American Eagle half of the store answers and puts me on hold so I can be transferred to an Aerie representative. I was on hold for 6 mins and no answer! I even tried calling early in the morning just after they opened. It’s frustrating and I don’t understand why you can’t select which extension you’d like to reach, for example press 1 for AEO and 2 for Aerie. I don’t live near the store and was trying to call ahead to place an item on hold. It’s such a waste of time trying to contact this location. Ridiculous.

I wanted to thank Xena for helping me shop for jeans. She went out of her way to make sure that I felt safe and understood the kind of jeans I wanted. Hopefully my order arrives soon.

Friendly staff. Greeted hello and said goodbye. Able to find jeans quickly and comfortably. Always go back for jeans.

I asked an associate to check size availability in Fairview Mall store and he said that they have it. I drove to Fairview Mall and guess what? ! Fairview Mall location has been permanently closed for a while now. I guess it's okay to have American Eagle employees lying to customers.

I love this store always have.but I find the prices way to high I bought this items and it came out over 180 I was so sad.but content that I got what I wanted.

Store is organized. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Vanessa and Sahag are 2 excellent managers. I love returning to AE as my experience is always positive.

The most fantastic customer service at AE in Vaughan Mills. Vanessa, was the most wonderful sales associate I have dealt with. She helped me find my size and was amazing. So helpful. Excellent customer service experience.

Always love AE and Aerie merchandise! The AE jeans are amazing, such a great fit. Their tops and hoodies are always awesome. I LOVE Aerie, they have the best comfy clothes ever. The leggings with the jogger style pockets are amazing, I have multiple pair. The PJ jogger pants and bralettes are fantastic, and I got a sherpa robe that's to die for! I didn't have much interaction with the staff at this location, but things seemed clean and well looked after. There weren't any piles of clothing messes like some stores. Great selection too, but the men's section was a tiny joke lol. They need bigger stores with all the different things they sell, there's simply not enough room to show everything or even half of it.

The staff here is great but it gets annoying when the same person requests help 3 times in a row.

I really liked aerie. Diane helped me soooo much since I had never purchased a bra before. Aerie clothes are so soft and fluffy. They had amazing buy one get one half off deal. Employees told me they rarely have this deal so I got sooo lucky. I bought some American clothes as well and was very impressed. There jeans were also buy one get one half off, can't believe it! I think the boys names were Matt, one was in the fitting room and was so helpful. The other one was on cash and gave me the correct change back, so impressed since I had just come from old Navy who couldn't even get that right. I will definitely be shopping here again as I have fallen in love with this store. PS. I love all the trendy hip hop clothing, just lined up outside for the new young money collab and it was sooooooo worth it!

Wonderful, wonderful customer service. I had ordered some jeans onlinr at AE and when they came, they all did not fit. I was super frustrated and did not want to come into a store or ship it back because it would take longer. So I went into this store and I went right to the cash and this awesome lady took care if me so well. She went through all my purchases and tried to refund it and when she encountered problems, she asked staff to help her to quickly resolve it. Then, she lookes over all of my purchases and took me over to the jean walls and tables to help me find a similar style/fit. She held all my clothes for me and even escorted me to the change room. She knocked on the change toom and asked if I needed different sizes, which she gladly went and got for me. She put all my old purchases away and led me to the front of the line. She was likeable and personable, and one of her collegues complimented me on my jean choice and chatted with me for a while as the new purchases were punched in. I kept one pair out of all them, and she offered me an amazing deal (because I had three pairs of jeans) that she would refund the ones I kept and ring them back in so I can get the buy 1 get 1 deal. I cannot believe (especially beacuse of how busy it is) that she dedicated so much time to me. Now THAT is customer service. Would highly recommend.

Women who helped me was sooo friendly. Genuinely a sweetheart and made me feel at home. From what I'm aware of she was working there for some time and clearly knew where everything was even with the shop constantly changing. Thank you for such a great experience. Wish clothes werent so expensive but quality over quantity is always preferred.

Great shopping experience. The associates were so helpful finding the perfect jeans, the manager Matt at cash was very nice and made great conversation. And finally the super star sales person Myvan was fantastic! Will be coming back for sure!

I came into the store and this lovely Asian boy with a hat helped me choose the perfect St. Patty’s Day boxers and swim trunks! I would definitely recommend him for help as he guided me diligently through the process. I had never went into an American Eagle store before but now I would definitely go back!

Honestly the best restaurant I've ever been to and the best service I've ever received. There is this one employee I'm talking about she's an older lady and she's very enthusiastic about her job and is the best waitress to ever serve our family. The bread is the best you'll ever have my steak was fantastic and along with the rest of my food too. The cleanliness of the restaurant was great and I felt like I was royalty eating here! I kept getting new utensils just cause there was food on them it was so great! Thank you for the best birthday lunch ever!
