Unfortunatly, I can not give less than 1 star.
Just left the store where I've tried to purshase 6 pair of jeans. At the the moment to pay an extremely rude lady working as cashier was extremely unpolite me and my family.
Initially, when I got at the counter nobody was there (no customer, no cashier), few seconds later another customer stoped at the other side of the counter. Once that rude lady showed up (first mistake) she attended first the other customer and I just waited behind him understamding she could be busy, no issue to wait a bit more. Some minutes later, a third customer arrived (2 ladies) and a forth one as well (another 2 ladies). At the moment, the cashier turned to me and asked to go to the end on the line, I said it was wrong because I was the first one to get there and she said that I should respect the line and go to the end (starting being rude). To avoid bad discussions, I did that (not happy, but I did it). Getting there, the third custumer who arrived after me, also tried to explain to the cashier that it was wrong, I she said something (that I didnt understood properly) about my accent and english level to undertand and I that I should be at the end (I am not saying discrimination because I didnt heard completly what she said.). I've waited my turn at the line, and when I got at the cashier she started to again complian about my english, saing that it was my fault and I was responsible for all mistakes (all before I say any word). That was the moment that I've start to try to explain her whole situation and she start to get more and more unpolite and rude, by the time that a second cashier (or manager, I dont know his position) get the the counter, and, not knowing what had happened, didn't listen any word that I was trying to explain and started saying that I was lying. After that, I just got my family, left all jeans there, and left the store.
If there are cameras at the store, and that is a serious company, whole this situation can be observed and used for training improvements of the team, because that it a terrible situation for any business with a good product to lose sales due to a terrible service.
This issue happened at Dec 30th, 2023, around 5: 00PM.

I hate clothing shopping but Ezra made this trip so painless and even fun. I cant believe their knowledge and professional additude. Just all around fantastic experience. Thanks Ezra!

One employee working the till with 20 customers in line. 4 other employees just putting clothes away. Not sure if the blond women is a manager but super rude to customers.

I visited the store on 29 may around 5-6pm and lady was there so rude and uneducated. She didn’t know her job I have no clue how come people like her are Manager’s post (as she mentioned). And she refused to give her name. I went there to exchange my clothes but I returned everything I bought.she is ruining their business. I buy lots of stuff from this store but won’t be going anymore if people like her will be working at store.very disappointed

The clothes are good quality, but it's insanely expensive. I bought 3 pairs of young adult pants and one was even 50% off and it still cost me $260

The guy name is islam and the customer service and his choice is very good. The way of dealing with customer is very friendly.

The older lady at cash was rude and not helpful at all every one else in line was not having it I asked for help and one of they guys said sorry we close in 5 minutes I can’t help you. Basically all I’m saying is don’t shop here.

I went in store to buy a certain item and was not available. The clerk offered to order for me and ship to home. I paid and waited 2 weeks and no item. I went in the store to find out it was never ordered and now not available. The manager was very apologetic and offered 10 % off any item. I will never buy anything in your store again. It was the only shirt my granddaughter wanted. Very disappointed with service.
