American Girl

I'm disappointed that from visiting the weekend that passed (November 11th), the American Girl store has been completely wiped down and replaced with other doll brands on the shelves. There is hardly any American Girl items.it seems like American Girl has went down in sales and is no longer wanting in person stores. Compared to a year ago, the store was completely stocked and running with sales associates. Not anymore!

Half the shelves were empty, no one around to help, boxes all over the place. Displays were full of dust.

Horrible experience, had kids and people running around and playing with the stuff on show and messing with it and wrecking stuff and show stuff moved or stolen.had lots of stuff but couldn’t buy it and the worker looked like a 20 year old on her phone and didn’t know what she was doing

I came here to buy a gift for my friend's daughter, and the staff members were very helpful. Though it is a bit pricey, all of the dolls and accessories were so cute. In the past, I have been to some American Girl doll stores in the US. Compared to the US, the space is a lot smaller, and there are less choices, but it was overall a great place to shop for gifts.

Happy we picked a non busy high season day and Mia could explore the thousand outfits without being rushed. Girl's day out and piggy bank emptied! Worth the smiles.

Cool store. Expensive but you should know that before you go. You get to dress the doll how you like. Kids love this store. Long lines. Very helpful staff. Was a big score around Xmas and Birthdays.

I went here with my daughter, there is very few items too choose from and no attendant. Disappointing.
