American Plaza Motel

My husband son and I rented a room about 3hrs in I was sitting on the bed talking with the family and all of a sudden there was a cockroach crawling across the bed bedside me I jumped up and kinda screamed killed it and then realized that they made their way to the pizza we just brought so I had to wait over an hr for them to come and refund all of our money then they went and took 94.01out of my bank account and is now refusing to refund it back to me I will never ever step foot back on that property and the wifi or tv didn't work there was a big crack in the screen and the room as absolutely dirty

Had nothing but issues, the fridge didn't work, the toilet seat was not attached, the sink was not attached, and the wifi didn't work. Called and they fixed some issues but not others eventually they would say there where coming to fix it and they never showed up.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give 0 stars i would… there was a cigarette butt instead the “jacuzzi “ tub walls furniture mirrors we’re absolutely disgusting… and the bathroom was the cherry on top, I actually started to clean it washed the wall door sink then started cleaning the toilet when the toilet seat fell off Bec it was even connected…. Myself and my partner lasted maybe a half hour inside that room… number 23…. At 30 min inside we decided to grab our belongings and head to the office to get our money back… where we were questioned why we wanted a refund after being inside for a half hour…. I responded with I was cleaning enough filth from who knows how many guests…. There was no toilet paper either…. I demanded a refund so I could get the hell off that property. We paid $150 with a $100 deposit… we walked about 10 min east on Dundas to BW hotel…. Where they were very accommodating and we paid $180 we got a beautiful large room with a king size bed and it was absolutely amazing… very clean!
