Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark

Had a great time with my grand kids. The only issue was the out of service games in the arcade and the pool was a bit cold for being an indoor Waterpark.

We just had a two night stay at the Americana and it was great! We stayed in the Kiddie Suite and were so impressed by the size of the rooms. It was basically two rooms connected! Each room even had their own mini fridge and bathrooms. I left a note when booking that on the day of arrival it would be my son’s birthday and they had a signed card and balloon set on his bunk. Very sweet gesture! The rooms were modern and very clean. Every employee we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. The water park is on the smaller side but perfect to keep a close eye on younger children. The arcade was fun - definitely some machines malfunctioning but the staff has no problem giving you back tokens or trying to fix the machines.
We would highly recommend and will be back in the future!

Good spot with the indoor pool but there was an hour line up to get into the hotel and kids running around until 1am was a little annoying. The room was outdated had to rearrange it all to fit a pack a play. Had to pay a "resort fee" which was a little crazy as it wasn't a resort. Will most likely go to Fallsview next time but the pool was decent.

the experience was great, the only thing that was upsetting to my daughter was the games at the arcade, it ate some tokens and didn’t get to play, or my daughter would play and she received nothing, most of the games didn’t work at all, very disappointed, my daughter was soo upset, maybe you need to have someone on the go fixing the machines, for an expensive hotel I’m sure you could afford a person to fix the machines to keep all those children happy! That was my only thing. But other than that everything else was great I really did enjoy my stay, we loved the Christmas set up!

The rooms are very dated! Which surprised me due to the cost. The sheer curtains in our suite were shredded from the sun and age.terrible impression!
On the other hand, the attached waterpark was great! There were lots of lifeguards on duty, and they were all very attentive. What I definitely DON'T recommend is the food from the pizza place in the amusement area. We ordered a combo.large pizza, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and fountain drinks. We had to order it in person and even after waiting, the food was cold when we arrived back at our room. We are guessing that all the items were reheated. It was greasy and just awful.

Great location. Just need to work on breakfast menu, just need a little more variety. Boston Pizza also needs to stay open until at least 10 PM every night.

It wasn't the best experience room that was run down and not upgraded. There are so many issues. I contacted the hotel after check out, and of course, they blamed me. I am still not impressed how they handed it. I had to request a refund and of course it was peanuts.

Most of the games in the game don't work. The games don't really give tickets
Bubbling wallpapers, tv was going, the chair was broken, which i complained about, but no one changed the chair until the evening when i complained again. There was like blood or something in the washroom walls and ceiling, mold in the washroom.

The staff was nice at checkin, and some of the housekeeping was nice.

They don't have the proper floor down in the water park. Yes, I know water and kids running they would slip, however, my daughter fell, and by stepping.

Won’t be going back. The arcade was garbage…and their little cafe in there was barely operational. Not a single table or chair at the waterpark was available to put our towels on. They had to go on the floor. Yet the upper sections with tables were all blocked off. When we arrived we unpacked and realized they gave us a room with a broken handle off the toilet. We notified front desk because we didn’t want to get charged for it. They did offer to send someone to fix but we were gone for the afternoon. So yeah no flushing toilet for our stay. Now moving on to our room that has a door that can join to the next room. Imagine having kids knock on it all night because they think it’s funny from the other side. Called 3 times complaining about the noise and that fact they were having a patio party. They lied and said they talked to them but having that open door we heard everything and the staff finally knocked on their door at midnight. Anyways they offered me my parking money back which was pathetic and then 20% off cause I was pissed at that point. Still not satisfied for what I paid for. Avoid a joining room because you will HEAR EVERYTHING!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Americana Resorts and Spa, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were top-notch. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic water park and arcade. It provided endless entertainment for both the family and kids, making it the perfect destination for a family getaway. The water park had a variety of thrilling slides and pools, while the arcade offered a wide selection of games that kept everyone entertained for hours.

Moreover, the rooms at Americana Resorts and Spa were nothing short of impressive. They were not only impeccably clean but also incredibly spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment for our stay. It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining the rooms to the highest standards. Overall, our stay at Americana Resorts and Spa was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic family-friendly resort with outstanding amenities and accommodations.

I attended a wedding here for a second time in my life and although the food was great, the portions were incredibly small and the service was subpar from what I had experienced years ago at another wedding in the same hall. Sadly the service was not equivalent with the ambiance of the hall or the quality of food. I asked the servers 3 times to remove two empty drink glasses to make room on the table for the main meal and the comment I received from the server was, 'wow, you guys are drinkers' He took my drink glass and my wife's, a total of two glasses. I thought it was an inappropriate comment to make considering he didn't know what kind of drinks we had (virgin or not), his young age to be passing judgement on a guest and making such a rude comment, and for reluctantly not wanting to remove the two glasses for two of us and then making a condescending remark.

The wedding had an open bar and there was only one bartender serving a wedding party of just under 200 people. Although we all felt awful for the over-burdened and overworked bartender, she continued to serve with a smile and without complaints, she didn't even have a tip jar. That woman deserves a raise and a lot of respect from her employer and coworkers. No one came to relieve her and the bar was open to both the inside and outside of the hall so she had two rows waiting at all times. I spoke with the manager who said they were watching people's consumption because the Americana is liable for providing drinks. However, most people took cabs home or made arrangements for rides, everyone attending was mature and classy, and absolutely no one was behaving out of line. Lastly, a large number of people not only noticed, but commented that the drinks did not appear to have much alcohol and tasted like regular drinks and many speculated and had the suspicion that the bottles of liquor were watered-down as no one seemed to feel the effects from their drinks. When attending open bar weddings people tend to give a more generous gift for the gesture, yet this particular event had one bartender, and weak drinks. I do not recommend having your wedding here as sadly, most of the comments reached the bride and groom and it upset them knowing that those attending were not only frustrated, but they felt bad that they had paid out of their pockets to ensure everyone had a great time with an open bar at their celebration, only to be overshadowed with criticism. Ultimately the attendees pay for the dinner and drinks by giving a gift, and this wedding's portions and drinks were definitely not worthy of $200 per person. Be aware if attending or hosting a function here, it sadly appears that shrinkflation is not only occurring at the grocery store.

Not everything about this hotel is worthy of 3 stars, but overall, the cost brought the rating down. We booked at 299 per night for 2 nights with Waterpark included. BE AWARE, there are extra charges! Parking is 25$ +tax per night, Resort fee is 37$ plus tax, so don't expect to pay less than 410$ PER night. The Waterpark is cute but NOT worth 400$ a night. Fallsview and Great Wolf are much better parks. That being said, the park is open until 9 p.m, and if you want to bring your "water" in your Yeti cup, they didn't seem to care. The water has now been changed to salt water, so it doesn't burn your nostrils or skin like in the past. The rooms were clean, the beds were ok, there was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. We probably won't come back at these prices.

I went with my two close friends from Sunday to Wednesday. The resort is very nice, especially if you’ve got young kids, as the waterpark is small and a bit juvenile but still enjoyable overall. They’ve got two slides, a wave pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub and a play structure. The rooms are clean, well kept, and spacious. They do not really have complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash besides the a 3-in-one dispenser on the shower wall, but otherwise the rooms were great. You don’t interact much with staff, but when you do they’re all very kind and polite. Overall a good stay & experience, I would come back

From what I remember, most thing's were a little bit expensive, but what isn't now of days lol

Spent 2 nights in here (2 adults and 3 kids, the eldest being 8). The 2 stars I give because the kids loved the waterpark but kids are not very hard to impress. The rooms and the Waterpark are seriously outdated but at least they were clean. The staff could be more friendly, specially at the front desk, in the arcade and Waterpark. My biggest complaint though is that to get a cup of coffee In the morning you have to go to the lobby and pay $2.80 for a coffee, in my opinion it's expensive and inconvenient. The restaurants on site were ok but I would definitely recommend you to look for somewhere else to eat if staying there. Overall I would not choose to stay here again, I feel like for the same price there are better options out there.

I recently took my family here for three days. Initially it felt like a budget motel with a small Waterpark, which is okay if your expectations are low.

After the first day this stay went south quickly. Aside from the poor maintenance in the Waterpark (rotting steps on the waterside stairs, rusted and sharp metal on Waterpark handrails, etc), there was a few significant issues:

1. It was clear that hotel staff did not care about enforcing any sort of control over open alcohol, hallway parties or masks in the "resort" for families. Coming back from the pool, we had to navigate a large group of rednecks drinking in the public hallway with no masks at 3 pm. My UNVACCINATED children had to walk with me through this gauntlet of stupidity to get back to our room. Calling the front desk, they simply said "oh, there us a hockey tournament here" like that was somehow relevant.

2. Later that night, at 2 am, After calling the front desk for the third time about drunken loud people in the hallways, Tom (night staff) came and started to chat with the men in the hallway, then told them "I don't know why people call to complain, your just having fun.said to them 'hey, we are all drunk here' (he was obviously drunk) and laughed, explained how he was trying to sleep with one of the ladies at the front desk but could not yet convince her, then hung out in the hallway chatting and laughing for 10 more minutes.not the response I was expecting at 2 am from the hotel.

Ridiculous. There are better options for hotels with slides for your family.

Positives: Waterpark staff was nice and observant. Very helpful.

Our room was clean and nicely renovated, it was spacious, had a table and 4 chairs a small fridge and microwave.that worked great for kids. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this place before, the rooms are clean and water park is nice but this time stayed for one night. TV is off and no kids to make noise but in this weekend night before 11pm security guard knocked the door twice complaining for noise while no one made any noise and they couldnt handle this false report. We really got disappointed and will never stay here again.

I'm wondering if anyone was there on October 10th.
Floor 2 got robbed and we were affected by this. Hotel doesn't want to take any responsibility. Told us it's our problem.

Not to mention they are not screening.

Went there this past weekend with the family (group of 10). Liked the check-in process and staff,
Rooms were clean and functional, the water park is a bit limited.
A lot fewer rides than expected.

Tried to get a booking at Boston Pizza - very disappointed. The person at the reception (Jason), had no clue what he was telling me. On the one hand he said, he could not accept reservations for dinner and on the other hand he told me that they were busy as they had two groups with advance reservations. Ordered a take out - was told that I could not get a later pick up than 5.15 pm (by the supervisor), and when I went there at 5.15 pm had to wait till 5.30 pm!
And when got down to eating our dinner, realized that one of the orders had items missing - a
Salmon bowl without the grain!

Fields the breakfast place is good. A bit pricey, but the staff there make up for that with their amazing service and cheerful disposition.

The staff at the water park need to be trained to be consistent and polite - one time we were told that we could bring our own water bottles in (which we did), and the next time, Jessica at the door told us that we could not and had me turned away because I bought my own water. So what is the permissible standard?

Overall, cheaper than Great Wolf Lodge, but be aware you get what you pay for.

I don't even know where to start with how unpleasant my stay here was. The best part about it was the over chlorinated hot tub. There were guests across the hall smoking weed, letting their children run rampant at midnight, the bed was SUPER uncomfortable, there was a dripping sound coming from inside the walls so night, you can hear EVERY footstep beside and above you. If it wasn't for the Sleep Cheap offer, i works be even less happy. Maybe it's a good place to come with kids, but definitely not as an overnight getaway for adults.

Hotel rooms are dated and the one I stayed in had fruit flies in it. They eventually changed my room but the hassle of moving with two kids didn't help. The water park is amazing for kids and I would definitely recommend it.

Had an impromptu 3 night stay after our border crossing plans changed. The waterpark is amazing and the kids had a blast but the high amounts of chemicals did truly damage their hair. It feels like they had a bad bleach job. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds but I feel fairly confident that they are fulls instead and were incredibly uncomfortable. We loved how huge our room was though and it did seem clean. Our room had an old musty smell and should we ever return I'll definitely bring a wax warmer or Glade plug in. The arcade seems to need better management as games didn't work properly. All in all was a good trip and would probably return. I agree with others though that it's absolutely ridiculous to have to pay for parking.

The water park is great for small kids and adults, family oriented which is great. The rooms, you can hear everything your neighbours are saying and doing both beside you and above you. If you are looking for a simple cup of coffee, there is none unless you pay the $2.80 fee per cup in the lobby. The on-site restaurants like Boston Pizza are pretty good. The staff at the front desk are courteous, we had Seth at check in and he was awesome. Will we go back again? For the day pass at the water park yes but not to stay in the hotel itself.

My family and I stayed at this resort last night and absolutely loved it. Our room was very clean and the waterpark was fantastic. Both my children played in it for hours! The arcade section was also a nice addition. It was our first time at this resort, and we will definitely be coming back soon.

My wife and 2 kids (aged 3 & 1) stayed overnight on October 24th and it was a terrible stay.

The blow dryer did NOT work, there were crusty hard stains on the carpet, stains on the bedding, the mini fridge had to be unplugged due to loudness and CLUMPS of ANTS in the bathroom.

I notified front desk in person after our keys to our room got deactivated leaving my entire family stranded outside the room after returning from the waterpark.

Front desk was very rude and just sneered as they have heard all these complaints before. They indicated I should have notified them of the ANT issues as they would have laid down ant strips. I advised I made the discovery at 10: 30 PM. Their solution was to move us at that time but it was not possible due to 2 sleeping children that are in bed by 7PM.

Management was not available at time of complainant. However, at checkout they asked me if I wanted to speak with management. I had 2 young children and wife waiting for me in the car.

Thus why I am leaving this review as management/staff did not take appropriate action.

I will NOT be staying here again, nor will I recommend this hotel.

There's very mixed reviews here, but took a chance. Our room was very clean. Lorne, the manager, was very pleasant and accommodating. Perhaps the reviews below were him having a bad day, but was great with us. The Waterpark is small, but my son had a great time anyway. Very few amenities and the snack bar closes early. Had to get takeout. Rooms are quite pricey for what's offered but not like it's a regular thing we do. All in all, it was good:)

The worst part is the Boston Pizza. Worst food and worst service ever but that's not the hotel or their doing so not reflecting that in the rating.

Very Upsetting.we had week end stay last year with Americana and it had no problem.except today.we booked for a night and we were so tired we dditn bother to check the bed sheets if its clean or not as we expected it from a hotel that has a very expensive fee per night.this morning wjen were ready to check out we noticed a blood stain on the sheets so iwent to the bathroom and check if i have my period but i didnt then I realized its an old stain.we felt.so gross.we told the manager he is not very apologetic at all.and he said the stain looks so fresh and it seems like its from a blister no one has a blister with us. AND He even said that its imposibble that the housekeeping didnt clean and change it.well that is really poor handling of that kind of situation.very said.we will never go back again in that hotel and will never recomend.manager didnt handle the situation very well.we didnt even ask for a refund and yet no apology given as well.

We stayed here last week. I cannot tell you how happy we were with our stay. From the second I started checking in I knew it was going to be a great day. Wyatt at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The room two queen beds and one set of bunk beds had enough space for my partner myself and our 6 kids. The water park was clean and fun. I even witnessed a lifeguard spend time on his break going down the slides with kids he had to turn away and their grown ups couldn't go with them. Class act. The hotel was clean. The housekeeping staff was friendly. Highly recommended and will definitley be back.

I only have negative things to say about this place.
1. They charge extra for parking. That is after you've already paid 200/nigh for a room. This is unheard of for a "motel style" hotel on the edge of town.
2. The room is advertised as 2 queen beds. They are not, the beds are twin. On top of that the room doesn't even have a kettle/coffee machine and breakfast is not included.
3. The playground was unmaintained with one swing holding dangerously on half unscrewed single bolt, an accident waiting to happen. The basketball court had both nets crooked and a basketball that didn't bounce.
4. Worst of all was how the waterpark was managed.
The hotel ran their waterpark with the roof open at the end of September due to COVID, without this being stated in advance. As a result it was cold. The lifeguards were all wearing long sleeve and their supervisor was in a sweater. My daughter lasted about 3 minutes, my cousins only about 10-15. When I asked the staff about the temperature, they said there's nothing they could do.
The only place where you could supposedly warm up was a hot tub where (due to covid) only 4 people were allowed at a time. The staff didn't establish any time limits or try to facilitate equal use, or allow members of the same household sit together to increase capacity. When confronted about they were quite rude. We never got in, but people in line were saying they were waiting close to an hour.

Niagara is a tourist destination. Expect to pay more, or pack you own snacks.

We checked in on September 11th at this 'Resort' for the first time. We were in room 145. We could immediately smell that someone had used a lot of very cheap air freshener to mask a smell. Since we were not going to stay in the room, we said it's alright because the smell would be gone by the time we would be back. We proceeded to change and noticed that the room was facing a parking lot so we closed the curtain and low and behold, there were dots of sunlight peaking through.the curtains had lots of holes in them. The smell was so bad that we changed and left. We came back late the smell was still there! We tried staying in the room but had to speak up as it was unacceptable. By the way, we paid $321.94 for a 1 night stay! We thought the water park was for adults but it was clearly meant for kids and since the room was right next to the Waterpark, we could hear kids running around the whole night and bright and early in the morning! There were several knocks on our door from the kids running around. We spoke with the person on the front desk at night and he advised that he could change rooms OR waive parking. At this point, it was 9pm to 10pm on a Saturday and we were in no position to change hotels. We asked to see if the other room smelled and he agreed to walk with us to the other room. There was no cheap airfreshner smell but it was smelt musty. It's all the choice we had so we accepted the switch as they would not refund if we checked out at that time. Since our original room was close by we asked to see if he could smell it too and he said yes he could and I guess he felt sorry for us so agreed to waive the parking. I have never had a bad experience like this where I have felt so uncomfortable to have to go to reception to talk about room issues. Come the morning, we spoke with the manager about our issue when we were checking out and he said, "well your room was switched and he took off your parking last night so that should be ok". We said to him it's not about the money it's a matter of principle. I would have never agreed to pay over $300 for a musty smelling room! He said there wasn't anything else he could do. I asked what their escalations process is and he said there was none because it's owned by a guy.it's not a big corporation. He said to email reservations and he would forward it to the owner. I am not happy about this stay at all! I am dissatisfied with how our concerns were handled. I would never bother someone to change a room for me but it was unbearable.in fact, we did try to check out at night and he said he would have to charge us the whole nights fee! Unacceptable. I want to speak with the owner and someone needs to make this right! We went to the spa and paid $168 each! In addition to the $300+ so money is not an issue here. It's the condition of the rooms and the handling of our situation. Not well handled at all! I would never come back and I would discourage you all from booking here. No USB plugs, old dusty lamps, old furniture, rooms smell musty and old mattresses. NOT worth your money!

Hotel room isnt fancy but good as a family room i say i'll rate the room 1star.but the Water Park is a big plus to kid's enjoyment.i say its 3star.employees are amicable. Come n visit this place for ur summer family fun

The hotel itself was beautiful in the lobby area but I have to agree with a few of thr other reviews on a couple of things. I would say make sure yoi bring your own shampoo, conditioner and wash. They have an "All In One" dispenser in the shower that is horrible. I would also suggest bringing your own towels as they are very small. The waterpark is small for the price you pay for the room. Definetely should be more offered with your stay. Coffee was not complimentary and was $5.00 extra. The room decor is out dated and the curtains don't close completely so light geta right in your room in the morning Also, the staff seemed super new and couldn't answer questions about the hotel at all. I asked when does breakfast end and was told " I don't know as I don't work mornings" A littke unprofessional.

We’ve attended twice to this hotel once about five years ago and then just recently for my daughters 10th birthday as a family. We have enjoyed our stay both times and loved the staffed and cleaning ladies! Everyone was great and my son (6) daughter (10) plus my husband and myself shared many laughs and fun memories together. Definitely recommend to anyone with smaller children as the water park is perfect size to keep an eye on the children at all times from any where in the park. Great family fun

Had a great time during our stay. Rooms were clean. Waterpark was large, clean and not overpopulated. Most rooms have a balcony or porch so adults can have alone time while their little ones are sleeping in the room. The staff was very polite and friendly. Boston pizza staff were also very polite and accommodating.

I paid 410 Canadian dollars for one night. I checked in at 1pm and checked out 4pm same day. My 2 year old son use the waterpark for one hour. The water park is a joke hotel is not worth for that amount I paid. Very bad experience.i will never go back or recemond to friends or family members.

It was a very family friendly hotel which is refreshing for young families like mine.the room was great, lots of room to move and pretty clean.arcades room was also pretty fun, Waterpark was cool but the water was really overly cold.most men had t shirts on because it was so cold.that was a little disappointing, would've been more enjoyable if water temperature would have been a little warmer.staff was all around pretty friendly.

Kids had an absolute blast! It's well equipped for adults to as they have a restaurant/bar connected to the water park to enjoy food and cold beverages while the kids play. I had a good time on the water slides as well. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and for the price I would definitely recommend

Lobby is beautiful! Rooms are dated and dusty - literally. Housekeeping needs to be stepped up especially during COVID-19 times. Waves Waterpark was great. Kids had fun. Concessions was decent. Arcade was 50/50 the night of arrival as lots of the machines did not work. Next morning all machines were back up and running. Fine for a two night stay. Don't expect anything more than 3 stars. I prefer Skyline Inn and Fallsview Waterpark.

Kids had a lot of at the water park. Wave pool was not running but was told its a government mandate, rooms were good except the fact that we were told 1 bunk bed was a double.it was not.
When it comes to the fields restaurant
however, my rating for that is a zero. Very rude waitress that definatly hates her job, extremely overpriced food that was gross. STAY AWAY FROM FIELDS. WASTE OF MONEY. Go to the ufo restaurant down the street or mcdonalds. Food half the price amd tastes way better. Again. AVOID FIELDS RESTUARANT.

We had low expectations as a result of some reviews we read but that was not our experience. From the beginning, the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful, our room was ready as soon as we arrived. Parking was easy and conveniently located near our room. Our room (Family Kiddy Suite) was awesome! Great size, clean and free from insects (we checked everywhere!). Water park was a bit small but kids had fun. The Boston Pizza was sooo good, their receptionists were also very friendly and their service was fast. Waiters were funny and they checked on us several times - really well done! We would come back without hesitation. Great experience!

Late room (4pm), wrong room (gave us someone else's room!) Wrong type of room (didnt get bunk beds), water park was gross (food all over ground), break area was always poppin. Staff ignored me for all other ppl of color, main door to room slams and i have young children who need to keep their fingers (broken door breaker), bathroom door had trouble locking.the list never stopped. Safe to say ill never recommend or return.

Cool and Good place for a weekend getaway for a group of 5. Annoying part is the fire alarm that took long time to shut off. I called front desk for updates and act like they don't care. Very poor customer service. Didn't even ask for apology for whats happening. Great slides, and wave pool. Music in the pool was very pleasant as well as the pool attendants. Front desk service turn it down like from 5 down to 0. I work in hospitalitality industry and won't even act like that. I will always ask for apology to comfort guests and deliver great customer satisfaction. 3 Stars for waterpark and team pool attendants. 0 for Front desk. 5 Stars for Housekeeping for keeping the rooms clean.

Absolutely loved our stay!
Currently laying in bed in our hotel room writing this review! We brought our 3 year old daughter and she had a grand time! 5+ hours at the water park and she still didn't want to leave! We will be back forsure!

We reserved the kids themed suite, which the kids loved. Two sets of bunk beds in an animal themed room. Very spacious and convenient with 2 full bathrooms.
When we arrived, I noticed several ants in the one bathroom. I let it go because the kids were having so much fun and I knew they wouldn’t want to switch rooms. I noticed a half eaten cookie and many crumbs under the desk in the room that wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. We kept the snacks to a minimum in fear of attracting more ants.
At 3am, I went to reach for my water bottle and found my night stand to have dozens of ants all over the stand and mine and my kids water bottles (just water, not juice). I took some photos and showed front desk. No apology was given or any compensation, just a promise that it would be looked into and they would have the room sprayed. After closely examining the room, it really was poorly cleaned.
The water park was great. The kids loved it. No complaints there. The lines for the slides went fast and were well run.
The arcade was a disaster. Many of the games ate the kids tokens and they weren’t given a chance to play. Others allowed them to play, but didn’t give them tickets for their wins. When we asked the desk for help because of all of the lost tokens, they said it was against their policy to give tokens back once they were lost. Disappointing for the little ones.

Call it 3.5 stars to be fair

Dining inside was open at the time, so that was a bonus. Room was a room, nothing special, bathroom was actually a little subpar. Super small, weak shower.
We didnt come for the room or overpriced Boston pizza though. We came for the pool

For some reason you have to walk through the arcade to get to the pool, so we didnt escape dropping $20 on tokens for half operational games. Kids. What can ya do

The pool was warm, the slides were open the kids had fun and in the end it's all that matters. We spent several hours splashing, sliding and relaxing, caught up on family time and made some memories

Extremely poor customer service. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Registered at desk to go on the Waterpark at 11am and had to be stuck in the hotel the whe day because you have to physically go ask them every half an hour. After all this we were told there wasn't enough spots to accommodate us. We ended up going at 5. Aside from this they were not wearing masks. The rooms are disgusting and unclean. Found a used plastic spoon on the couch and they only offer a 3 in one shampoo conditioner body wash which is horrible quality. Staff are rude and unorganized and no room service was offered. It was also extremely overpriced definitely not worth it at all. Do not come here

Very bad experience, worst customer service Ever. We were family of 8 got 2 rooms. Each family paid over $700 in 2 nights. Water park limit was 2 hours. However the lady responsible for water pack. Didn’t want all the kids to go together to the water park only 4 at a time. So kids were unhappy and rude employees. Beside no Room service at all. Will never go back there

Spa was amazing. My husband gifted me deep tissue massage and it was so relaxing. Mariana did my spa and it was very amazing. We saw many reviews of this spa and then book it and it was worth it.

We had a great time. Their safety procedures are very good and everyone is very organized. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

So, I've only experienced the arcade, because I've just been here a few times to play Pump it Up. The arcade is a bit cramped because the games are close together but the staff are nice, the place is clean, and the Pump it Up machine seems to be well maintained, so I have no complaints!

Ideal for families with small children. Clean, friendly staff, not overly busy. Everything needed on site so ideal to check in, enjoy the amenities and not have to leave.

Fair price room for with decent sized waterpark. About 10 min drive from Clifton hills area and saves you 50%. Rooms are average however occasionally noisy with childrens running around.

Room reservation was messed up but the manager did her best to figure something alternative out with the limited about of room availability. Small park but everything runs smooth. Lots of games run through out the day. Only thing I would change is some of the life guards don't seem intrested in what they were doing while managing the slides.

Excellent place for kids to swim & play at an indoor water park. The pool is not big enough for adults to swim but the kids will find plenty of things to do. Got a free upgrade.was amazing. The park opening at 9 for hotel guests over the holidays was amazing. Line ups were never very long. Fun place with little ones.

Below average.it's cold in the theme park.the wait for ordering snacks by the theme park takes forever.employees seemed tired of working here.pillow is horrible.activity organised is substandard.completely below par with any other.disappointing.

This review is for the waterpark only. It is a nice place to have fun with the family. Even though is small, it is more than enough for a good day of fun. It has 2 slides, one of them with tubes. It has a small wave pool, a water playground, a toddler zone, a hot spa, a restaurant and games zone. The good thin about the park is that is available all year round.

Loud fights outside the room in the hall and parking lot.

Room was a chilly 51f when we arrived.

At three separate occasions we had to dismiss the parking fees in a nearly empty parking lot since we did not bring a vehicle.

Four staff at front desk and a line for check-in, did not see any mobile check-in information.

Just couldn't wait to get out of there. Arguably the worst hotel experience I've ever had in Canada.

Great place for families. Waterpark is awesome but can sometimes be filled with a lot of younger kids. Rooms are always very clean and have comfy beds with nice pillows. Arcade is okay not a lot of games but still fun. There is also a boston pizza location which is very good. Great place for getaways to Niagara Falls for reasonable price. This is our go to place in Niagara.

Hotel very basic. No soaps were provided. Had to ask. Only liquid soap did pensers in shower. The pool park was very nice and that's how they get you in I guess

Paid 250 for a night of basic motel with a very small water park. Definitely not worth the price.

The Richmond hill water parking will give you a better experience for less.

I cannot say I enjoyed my stay. My room was not ready upon checking in, check in was at 4 pm, and I was not offered any form of compensation for the late check in.
Secondly, my rooms sheets were stained and appeared as though they had not been changed from its last use. We also found misc items in the drawers within the room further cementing the belief that the clean up was not properly conducted.
The water park was nice and my kids enjoyed the experience. Overall I would not recommend this place and suggest you search for another place to stay.

Took them 3 hours to give us an extra blanket and pillows. Small waterpark, better for little kids than teens and young adults. Limited parking and parking is an extra $20 on top of room fees. Also far from downtown Niagara, takes 15 mins drive to even get to the casino. Besides that they have spacious rooms. They also don't provide toothpaste/toothbrushes like some hotels do, nor do they provide small shampoo and conditioner bottles. So if you forget anything, you're out of luck.

Place isn’t good. Very limited everything. Breakfast isn’t included even in the most expensive room. And it costs 17$ per person. Plus breakfast is poor in options. I would recommend trying Falls view.parking is extra.for the kids the arcade sections prizes are a lame. While places like cineplex have xbox etc this guys have dolarams toys.

Great place for younger kids it's good for all ages but I'd definitely say kids like 1 to 12 would enjoy this place the most.staff is amazing except for 1 manger who was extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend eating at the boston pizza wen there busy my whole family got food poisoning from them rushing n not cooking things properly but wen there not to busy they take the time more n it's great. I will be returning and I recommend trying it out
