We just had my son’s birthday party here and hosted 9 kids. I read previous reviews that were impressed with the overall service here so we gave it a shot and were so impressed! The STAFF are incredible! So friendly, professional and accommodating. They didn’t rush us to leave when it was over and were around when we needed something. Kudos to your team! The food was also good, the place was spotless and the arcade was a hit. Great experience!

AMF Bowling offers convenient parking with no issues to worry about. It's advisable to book your bowling lane in advance to ensure a smooth experience. However, it's worth noting that the service can be a bit lacking, as there are no service staff readily available. The food service tends to be slow as well.

When it comes to the bowling alleys themselves, one of them had dim lighting, giving off a nightclub vibe, which may not be everyone's preference. On the other hand, the other bowling alley had bright lighting and a lively crowd, creating a more enjoyable atmosphere.

Overall, while AMF Bowling provides satisfactory parking and the option to book in advance, there are some areas, such as service and lighting, that could be improved for a better overall experience.

It's a bowling alley, which I hadn't really been to for about 30 years, but it seems like they haven't changed much. Fairly reasonably priced, and surprisingly friendly people at the front desk.

Had my sons 6th birthday party here. I am so happy with the service. Two managers on shift and both very attentive, looking into joining a fall league there! I will go back and have been raving about the great times bowling and the fun in their arcade to boot! We have done twist bag and ball leagues now and it was soo much fun!

Great old school bowling alley with fantastic wings! Would have given it a four except our lane broke down and we had to move to a new one.

I visited this past weekend on a busy Saturday night. As expected the place was packed and some delays with service but that was all out weighed by the great service my group received from an employee named Tyler. Numerous times he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. Great customer service and we will be going back soon.

Had a fun time with the family. We hadn't bowled for many years. Liked the laneside service. Good times for a casual night.

Great place for bowling and arcade games. It gets busy quickly but the staff are awesome, and the laneside service is really nice. The food is hit or miss though.

Was a fun time and fair prices! The only negative I have was the men's bathroom was flooded but it seemed that staff went to take care quickly. I heard the women's washroom wasn't much better. All in all it was a good fun time with LOTS of things to do!

$50 for two adults and one child to play one game that lasted 1/2 hour. Unaffordable and not good value.

The employees that work behind the food counter/bar are very rude and act like you're not there even after standing there for over 5 minutes with no one in front of you

Everyone that worked there was great and friendly. I rate the nachos a 4. Not enough cheese and it was cold.

Really good atmosphere! The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful and the servers were very on the ball. Super impressed with my experience here.

A little bit expensive, we paid per person per game, so 75$ for 2 games for 4 people, without renting the shoes.
Prices for drinks and food are okay.
Lanes are nice, bowling balls are good.
Overall a good experience.

Good place. Value for money! Deals are exciting. The only downside is that sometimes the service is slow.

I wanna say on behalf of the Delta Hotel in Waterloo, we had the pleasure of this amazing time and such the phenomenal experience! The staff was incredibly tending to us, here, at Amf Frederick lanes. 385 Frederick Street.

And its with great pleasure and our heart and soul that we shout it out to - > Laura and Utsav for serving us with care and at our beck and call! Thankyou so much! And also to Lisa the manager who made sure we were well taken care of at every moment, and that if we needed a single thing, she was our girl. If the highest number was a 10 for the service it was a 20! A 30 a 40! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to reunite with friends and bring in the community, to enjoy the company of a lifetime!

Amazing experience been here many times but this was my first with my husband and my little son. We had a blast and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. And since my son was so little they made she we had everything we need for him to have fun. Will definitely be coming back.

What an upgrade since I've been last! Amazing, fun, friendly staff! New updated arcade games and environment. Enjoyed my time very much, love the great daily deals! Will be back indefinitely!

Amazing place to hang out with the arcade games and bowling, the music sets the vibes. Various options for snacks and drinks are available. The parking is very easily available.

It is a fun place and the staff were all so friendly and attentive. I will definitely being going back with friends. Only thing is that their mixed drink taste like juice no trace of alcohol in them but that could be because maybe I have a high tolerance for alcohol. But if you're going to charge me 48 bucks for 4 drinks, I should he able to taste some alcohol. Other than that everything was good.

Started coming back here early 2022 and it has become a regular, weekly routine to go bowling:) food is pricey everywhere, but they're reasonably good portions for a bowling alley. Bar, arcade and a pool table ontop of daily bowling specials. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

Worst customer service. We were not comfortable with the lane we got, didn’t even started a play because it was too overcrowded, just asked for a lane change and the person at front desk was so rude that she said “don’t give me a COVID excuse, just put on your masks! ” This is totally not acceptable as there were all the lanes empty!

Never would I recommend this to anyone, will never come back.
