Amherstview Pet Hospital

My 3 cocker spaniels love Dr. Paine. She is a very compassionate veterinarian. You don't need to look any further for professional care and commitment for your family members. The vet techs are second to none! We need to move all these ratings to a 5!

So far, the vet seems very friendly.and very honest about my dog's condition. It seems like she honestly cares about my dogs well-being.

I have been bringing my dogs to Amherstview Pet Hospital for several years since moving to the area. Everyone is friendly, professional, and does an excellent job of keeping my guys in good heath, even down to the grooming!

Dr. Pain and the rest of the technicians/staff are fantastic and treat our Alfie extremely well. I also appreciate that they're honest and work with clients to find affordable alternatives wherever possible.

I would have given zero for the experience we had. We had an appointment and was late by 8 minutes due to puppy puking in the car. They canceled the appointment and refused to meet the doctor. No empathy, even after I told them they can stop at exactly my appointment time. Went to this clinic based on recommendations. This was our second visit. The doc saw us late last time when we were on time. So their protocols apply only for clinical and not for them.

They CANCELED our appointment just because we reached 10 minutes late! Our appointment was at 3 to 3: 30 and we reached at 3: 10, they had enough time to check the puppy! The staffs are very rude!
I would give 0/5 for this ridiculous hospital!
No going back and never recommend this hospital with anyone at any cost!
