Great place to work but room for improvement when it comes to what could be unconscious bias but our words and actions have lasting negative effects.

How do you handle the situation when a resident has her PERSONAL belongings stolen? Do you automatically assume it's the residents age and blame them? And she pays thousands upon thousands a month for!

Beautiful facility. Staff was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed a lovely lunch in their main dining room. Food was excellent.

This is an excellent retirement home with a good environment and friendly and professional staff for seniors.
