We received excellent service from the moment we signed the contract to the moment they finished unpacking the truck at my mom’s new home. The workers were efficient and careful. They were very kind to my 88 year old mother and her quirky request/demands. Our furniture was well packed and arrived in excellent condition and was placed exactly where we asked. They even helped us unpack a few items that were difficult to reach at the bottom or that were almost empty so they could help us get rid of boxes. The gentlemen were very personable, kind and had a good sense of humour. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to book a move. Best experience I’ve ever had!

Everyone was superb. Trevor provided accurate quotes. The first team - Jim, Jeff and Wesley were so careful with all of my belongings - carefully wrapped furniture - even my kayak arrived safely and efficiently. I overestimated how much I could move on my own so when the second team - Mike and his crew (sorry gentlemen that day was a blur and I can’t remember all of your names) came to the rescue the next day- I was very grateful. They packed up all of my remaining ‘stuff’ very quickly and carefully and moved it to my new place in record time. I could not have done this move without them. Our move went off smoothly. We weren't sure of the exact destination and got two estimates to cover the bases which really helped us until we finalized. The team from estimator to movers did a great job for us!

I cannot speak too highly of the service I received from AMJ Campbell. I was particularly impressed by the team of four guys who did what turned out to be quite a tough move for me, Will, John and the two young fellows were cheerful and polite from beginning to end. It was a most positive experience and I am very happy with how they set everything up.

I have used AMJ Campbell Kingston Team for 3 moves over 300km and a local move as well. Every move went very smoothly, as scheduled, contents delivered in 'same' condition, and was handled by an excellent team - smart, considerate and personable individuals. Hard to beat that.

Moved in during a rainfall warning and 70 km wind gusts. The men never complained and worked so hard to get everything inside dry. Awesome crew!

AMJ was a good experience from beginning to end. Trevor was friendly, professional and responsive to any questions we had about the move. He was flexible as our situation changed and always made it seem like there was no problem. The moving team, led by Jim were efficient and careful with my mom's belongings. That was much appreciated. Jim and his team moved some extra furniture for us which was very helpful. I would highly recommend AMJ to anyone who is moving.

Overall, it was a good experience. The packers were ok with there job, however they left items unwrapped/unpacked until I advised them during my walk through after they stated they were finished. The 4 individuals loading and unloading the trucks did a really good job, very accommodating and friendly.
I sent the request to pick up the empty boxes and paper on Friday. I sent a follow up email on Tuesday and then I received a response stating I would get a reply shortly. On Thursday morning I emailed the Operations Manager, he replied stating someone will be at my home between 10 and 11, Friday morning. By 12: 00 PM, no one had arrived. I was advised the team would be here in ‘roughly’ 1 hour. By 2: 05 PM, again no one. I was about to leave for an appointment when they showed up at 2: 15 PM causing me to reschedule my appointment.
This is why I rate only 3 stars.

I have used AMJ Campbell for several moves over the last 15 years. They are always exceptional. Their professionalism from sales through to delivery is always great. This most recent move was no exception. Thanks to Trevor and Dave.

Did not deliver in the quoted timeline. Broke a bunch of stuff. Packed liquids and other things that were supposed to be left unpacked. Did not label all boxes. Unpacking was hap hazard and not at all helpful.

AMJ Campbell moved my senior parents from Kingston to a new home which was over 2 hours away. The move went really well, and we would absolutely use them again in the future!

My move was handled professionally and cheerfully. Emptying both my house and three storage units was a big job but the guys worked tirelessly. I was really impressed by the care taken: things were wrapped so well and handled very carefully. And I was really appreciative that furniture was reassembled and placed where I wanted it. They showed up on time and hustled like crazy even though it was a 3rd floor walk up. They had the truck loaded in half the time I expected and unloaded even faster! Nothing got damaged and it was by far the least stressful day of the entire move process. 110% would recommend.

My Bad Boy furniture purchase was delivered by AMJ today. I just wanted to say that they were excellent. I got a phone call and text the day before with an easy way to contact them. They wore their masks, assessed the doorways and made sure the stove would fit. They unboxed it and moved it into my kitchen. They effecient, polite and careful. I would use their service again.

Hi David, we are so ABOSULTELY PLEASED with this move experience. You, Rob and his crew offer incredible Professionalism and expertise on the load and the unload. As you have probably been told they arranged and loaded our furniture into a 40 x 8 shipping container while leaving a small front area for storage containers and our needed supplies> This was done most incredibly and was an absolute "form of art" to watch in progress.

Our home in Wellington was left scratch free and not one damage. Tom even took the time to put on all stair light globes that they had removed. If you recall the stairwell is narrow and the stair lift did not make it easy for this moving team to bring up the sofa sleeper and yet they did it with amazing professionalism and knowledge. WE really really appreciate this.

Trevor and two others movers moved my parents from Kingston to Toronto on February 28 to March 1st. I cannot say enough about how kind, professional, caring and thoughtful Trevor and his team were. They moved my parents apartment contents carefully and thoughtfully. They were so careful with everything that they moved.they wrapped, used blankets, used all manner of hand carts, furniture carts, etc.

My parents have used AMJ Campbell for many moves; Toronto to Ottawa, two local moves in Ottawa, Ottawa to Kingston, and, lastly their most recent move from Kingston to Toronto.

My parents had the first leg of their move on Feb. 28, AMJ Campbell stored contents over-night in the moving van (as move-in to their apartment was not permitted on a Sunday). The fee for this overnight storage was so reasonable.

I really cannot thank the AMJ Kingston office management and Trevor and his team of movers enough!

Super professional! The gentleman that came to our house twice for delivery and pickup were excellent and friendly. They wrapped chairs that were being returned to a furniture store and took photos!

The 3 gentlemen who delivered my couch today were so nice. Dealing with Bad Boy furniture has been a nightmare and their policies prevent AMJ from coming in the house. I am appreciative of the compassionate men who delivered today. They followed the procedures that Bay Boy set out for them. It’s not their fault that Bad Boy will only allow curbside drop off in the middle of winter and not notify their consumers. I would definitely recommend this company but not Bad Boy!

If you are going to hire movers to move your home, do yourself a favour and hire AMJ. They are extremely professional, did an amazing job, took extra care with all my belongings, did not put even the smallest dent in anything at either home. They were on time, organized and didn’t waste time. You might think you’ll save money using a smaller company. You won’t. The prices are even better than an independent mover who will tag you with ridiculous charges. I can’t say enough good things about AMJ and their crew. Don’t shop around. Book them right now. You won’t regret it.

The movers that came were great.super helpful, professional and everything went as it was supposed to. I am happy with the service. My only qualm was that it ended up being a lot more expensive than the quote. Mind you they quoted me @ 2.5 hours without being able to see the stuff needed to move beforehand. It ended up taking close to 4 hours.

Guys that showed up were very friendly, professional and just got to work. Trevor that booked my move was attentive and quickly responded to my inquiries.

We decided to go with this mover because the reviews appeared favourable overall even though they're price was not as competitive. The crew was on time for the move however were very slow and took frequent brakes almost immediately before the truck was close to loaded. They made it known they were unhappy to not have a third man on the job and consequently were rough with our furniture and upon unpacking our boxes we discovered broken items and dishes that were well packed and marked fragile. We moved into a new build apartment that we were the first tenant to live there but when I pointed out scrapes to the walls and a chip out of the door frame they were insistent it wasn't them even though prior to they're arrival I had to do a walk through with the superintendent. The older of the two men was pleasant but the rude younger man who I was told had already given his resignation and was leaving the company should not have been on the job. I realize movers have a tough job but they are aware of that before being hired. I just received my considerably higher invoice than the estimate, I guess that's what you should expect when you give your credit card number in advance.
