My local move with AMJ Campbell went extremely well, just like the previous times I had used them. Syd, Harnold, and Corinna worked fast, hard, and kept things running ahead of schedule. I was particularly impressed by how they managed to move awkward furniture with having to disassemble anything.

Kevin went above and beyond when setting up a quote for the move, coming around on a Sunday.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I recommend them highly.

Things are not so good as they were; so proceed with caution.

Kevin has retired and my quote was given by Kyle, who I am happy to be able to recommend. The move manager, Lynn, I cannot recommend.

Things did not start smoothly. I was given an arrival time for my crew of 0830-0930. At 0931, the driver/crew chief Andre (NB: not the move manager, Lynn) called to let me know that the earliest that they could arrive was 1000. They hadn't been able to leave yet.

I spoke with Lynn, who get defensive in an almost comic way. She would say anything to avoid dealing with the problem. The drivers hadn't left yet, but she still tried to blame the problem on traffic. Her final statement was everything you expect from someone in a management position-it wasn't her fault that the moving crew hadn't left yet. The idea that she might do so something to fix the problem or be my advocate with her manager in arranging an apology and a reduction in price seemed never to enter her brain.

The moving crew of Andre, KJ, and Tommy were decent people and hard workers. None of them checked out mentally before the job was done, and if you've ever done physical labour, you know how hard that is to resist. I'd recommend the moving crew. Not as sure about the company.

Really positive moving experience with AMJ Campbell. We had a terrific crew based out of North Bay (thanks, Andy, Mike and Bronson!) move us from Ottawa to Guelph. They were courteous, professional, friendly and went above and beyond. Nothing lost or damaged and the communication was excellent from the sales rep to the driver. They kept us apprised of the timeline and plan and we felt prioritized and valued as customers. Thanks for making a stressful process that much smoother!

From start to finish, the service from AMJ Campbell Ottawa was excellent! Kyle in sales quickly issued a quote and locked in our moving date. Lynn, our move manager, guided the process along and answered any questions promptly. Kalin confirmed crew ETA the day before so we could be prepared. On move day, the crew led by Tom was quick, efficient, and friendly. It was such a relief to have qualified people handling what can be a very stressful process. Each and every one of the four movers were attentive to detail; taking special care not to bump doorways, walls etc. Courteous and friendly. This is our 2nd move with AMJ and if we were to move again, this company would be my first call! Our precious furniture was in very good hands!

I recently moved from Montreal to Ottawa. The AMJ Campbell Ottawa team were professional, careful, courteous and delivered my items in original condition. The moving in and out of storage was well planned and executed.

Initialy we had some problems with communication and, sadly, a piece of antique furniture was badly damaged.

I wound up speaking with the genreal manager and explaining our point of view. They promised to make it right and they were true to their word. The repair was made to our satisfaction.

We will be using them for our next move.

Had some issues with my move but AMJ addressed each one of them promptly and to my satisfaction. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The 3 guys from AMJ did a great job moving our stuff from one house to another. They meticulously wrapped all furniture in blankets which I didn’t expect. They were able to disassemble everything including a big bunk bed and reassemble it all at the new house in the rooms we wanted. I must these guys worked really hard the entire day and barely took a break!

Moved from Ottawa to Austin in May. They made the paperwork easy, came and packed all big furnitures in blankets, and in 3 weeks got my home stuff and furnitures in the U. S.
I love the way these guys value their customers with respect and honesty. Expecting to be over charged, but actually got undercharged

AMJ Campbell Shipping delivered a large piece of furniture I bought at Costco.ca. They were amazing, all the way through, from the phone call to set up a delivery time, to the actual delivery itself. They were friendly, patient, helpful and kind. Couldn't have asked for better and would have given them a bonus star, if the software allowed it!

Bait and switch. At the 11th hour I’m told that my house won’t arrive at my destination for up to a month! With two days to find a mover, we were screwed. It’s been 3 weeks and the shipment hasn’t left a storage facility. Now they want to charge me for the packing and move to the storage facility $3400! Terrible terrible terrible
