Extremely happy with AMJ. Gary was great, very personable, always addressed any concerns in a very timely manner and I found him to be extremely honest and forthright. He really alleviated the stress of moving half way across the country. The driver Chris, in charge of the move, was equally impressive. He contacted us a couple weeks before the move, went through the moving process with us and left his contact information with us should we have any concerns or questions. His crew for packing and unpacking was extremely professional, efficient and polite. Moved us almost 3000km and not a single thing broken and I fully expected some breakage. I highly recommend AMJ Campbell, you definitely get what you pay for.

Our moving experience was awesome! It was the Friday before a long weekend and the crew worked fast and so well together. They took the time to wrap all the larger items and they made sure everything was packed up before the truck left the driveway. Jason, Justin, Bryan and Shawn were amazing! So patient with us at the new house when they asked us where to put the furniture and occasionally we had no idea. We also have two dogs that endured the moving process with us and the crew was great with the dogs as well. I would not hesitate to recommend AMJ to anyone and if I ever move again there is no one else I would want to move with. They ticked all the boxes - 1.nothing was broken
2.our quote was in line with the other quotes we received and when we got the final bill it was even less than the quote!

The great service began with James giving us a fair & accurate quote, along with some good advice! The great service continued with Ethan and his crew! They we’re social, courteous and swift while remaining careful! We did a “long distance” move and these guys wasted no time! We definitely would highly recommend this company!

From start to finish AMJ was perfect. Gary was our “guy”. He provided a reasonable quote with varying opinions. We took advantage of the pack load move. Cara and her team were in charge of the pack. I witnessed 2 of your employees treat someone at a local cannabis shop absolutely horrible this morning. One of your employees called the woman a c*nt because he didn’t know the difference between a preroll and dried flower sale. If these are the people that represent your company I’ll make sure to take my business elsewhere. Brutal!

Had a great experience with AMJ Campbell movers. First point of contact was Kelsie who coordinated everything and gave us multiple quotes as we were hoping to keep costs down as much as possible. She was great at her job with awesome attention to detail, I will mention she is very busy so when you are ready to book her her know asap as it took us a few days as we kept missing her and each day she would answer another question we had. Our shipment delivery window did end up getting delayed due to this. Then on moving day we had David, Justin and Payton arrive on time with positive attitudes and they took great care of our stuff upon loading! After about 10 days we had truck driver Billy deliver our stuff to us in calgary. Billy was professional and also a pleasure to deal with. He made sure to ask multiple times if there was anything else I needed help with before they took off. Overall great experience with AMJ Campbell and our quote ended up being a little below what was forcast! Would recommend for a cross Canada move.

From my 1st conversation with Kelsie at AMJ Campbell in London, I felt more at ease about our move from Ontario to PEI. Kelsie understood my apprehension and was so willing to provide helpful information to address these concerns. She was quick to return phone calls and explain the quote.

The packing team (Don, Dillon & Shawn) were such a delight. They arrived at the house on time and had such pleasant personalities throughout the day. They ensured me that they would take care to ensure our items were properly packed and taken care of.

The move team (Jason, Justin, Ethan & Brennan) were also wonderful. They too had such friendly personalities and ensured our items were on the truck in a timely manner. They worked throughout the day without any complaints and were so pleasant even though it was a very hot day.

Moving to a new house in London seemed like a daunting task before we contacted AMJ. James responded to emails quickly and answered all our questions before moving. When the day came, Scott and his crew arrived and moved all our furniture down a tight staircase very efficiently, and unloaded it the next day at our new house quickly. It has been 30 years since we did a big move to another city and we were a bit nervous... Where should we start? One phone call to Gary Fisk at AMJ Campbell put us at ease immediately. He was knowledgable, helpful and very funny! After a quick but detailed FaceTime tour of the home (during COVID I appreciated this service... It was quick and effortless), I received a quote within two business days. His prompt response allowed us to seek two other competitive bids that same day... With our CAA discount Gary was able to come in with a successful quote and signed the deal that same evening. We are so pleased we found a mover, we feel confident in the six emails and two phone conversations we've had between us over the last few days! That's wonderful communication in our eyes... And... We are now moving within the budget. Check that off our list of things to do! Thanks Gary!

The crew who showed up to perform the move was excellent. Very professional, and efficient at their jobs. The branch manager James was also very professional and communicated the appropriate expectations with me prior to the crew showing up.
The experience leading up to the move day was very frustrating. Being spoken to in all capitals through email because Gary Fisk wouldn't call me back when numerous messages were left, was less than appropriate. I had to call into the office after I sent Gary the signed contract, because he never confirmed receipt of the document, nor confirmation of the date.
It is sad that their sales team has such poor communication.
If additional frustration leading up to the move day is what you are after, then these are your guys.

Jacob and his crew of Dave and Logan were very polite, professional, and hard working guys that moved My wife and I from Ingersoll to London. I've used AMJ Campbell 4 times in the last 4 years, thet are always on time, professional, fast and very friendly. All my belongings were safely wrapped and transported without any damage, both for local and cross country moves. I will continue to use them for any moves I have in the future because their movers are efficient, respectful, honest and polite. They put down floor protection and disassemble/reassemble furniture and generally make moving day a lot less stressful! I fully recommend this business for any moving needs!

AMJ was quick on communication responses for our long move from Southwestern Ontario to Vancouver Island. Came to the house for a personal review of goods and fast quote (none of the other 4 companies even responded to the request). Arrived on time to move goods onto their truck and handled everything with care.and packaged up any items that were fragile. Delivered to the storage units on Vancouver island on time as promised.and separated items in to the 2 storage units for ease of access. Would definitely use them again. BUT we are not moving from the island, Thanks again to the AMJ team!

AMJ Campbell London just handled my Mom's move to a retirement home. We were so happy with the crew - they were personable, efficient, and kind. They recognized this was a stressful move for all of us, and went out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Two and half star experience.

The reason I selected AMJ Campbell for our move two months ago was because I had a wonderful experience with them fifteen years ago. When I shifted my base from the U. S.to Canada so many years ago, AMJ Campbell had performed a thoroughly admirable job in full service move – complete packing of my residence as well as office, professional transfer of all my belongings including my expensive vehicle, and complete unpacking and (partial) arrangement of my belongings in my new residence as well as my new office. But, alas, AMJ Campbell (U. S.) and AMJ Campbell (Canada) are no matching entities.

The current move (within Canada) was a significantly simpler and low effort job – moving the belongings of my girlfriend, who lead a very sparse existence (the movers themselves said that this was the simplest and quickest full house move they have done in years) to our new joint residence twenty kilometers away.

On the positive side, the three actual moving guys were very hardworking, very thorough and professional, and did a competent job.

But far more unpalatable was the administrative interaction with the company – specifically with the moving consultant named Chantel Murray. While we were shopping around for movers, she showed obviously fake enthusiasm and involvement. But once we decided that we will go with her company, things changed drastically: (a) she became almost unreachable – will rarely pick up the phone or respond to emails, and (b) in the rare occasions when she condescended us with a response, she was arrogant, unprofessional, unhelpful and snootily patronizing. The change in personality – before and after finalization of movers – was drastic. Then we found out the real reason for her inexcusable behavior and attitude: she let personal conflict of interest get better of her professional judgement. She was interested in the very same house we were moving into, and in the bidding process, she had lost out to us! So her unprofessional attitude to us was her payback to us!

In short, the three hardworking guys were fantastic. But if Chantel Murray is in picture – bypass AMJ Campbell London altogether…

I just had to add how professional all the guys were during the entire move. Respecting all my stuff and also the home to avoid damage all the while working hard, fast and efficiently.

What we expected to be the most stressful process in our lives thus far, was made to be the exact opposite! Chantel Murray worked very closely with us, to ensure no step was forgotten, and even accommodating a last minute date change due to closure issues. Chantel was VERY knowledgeable! As for the workers themselves, Jacob, Logan & Jacob, I cant say enough good about these guys. They blew our minds, with just how fast they move, and WITHOUT any damages! We were very worried about our new floors at destination, and they ensure the high traffic areas were covered, even wrapping the bannisters of our new home. What a great experience, and would highly recommend this team!

We’ve recently completed a move from South-Western Ontario to Vancouver Island, BC with the help of AMJ Campbell - London. Having moved several times over the years we elected to have AMJ Campbell come in and do the packing for us and I’m certainly glad we did. Both the team that came to pack our belongings and the team that came to wrap and load them into the truck the following day were awesome and easy to work with. I have to say, it felt a little strange to sit back while other people worked on our behalf but they were far more efficient than we would have been.

The gentleman who happened to be working in the same room we were in certainly put us at our ease with his efficient, personable, and friendly personality as things were being final wrapped and packed. It was also nice that we were able to meet the driver who would transport our belongings across the country.

All of our things arrived in good time and off-loading went quickly. The driver ensured that we were satisfied that we had all of our things and that they were all in good condition, which they were.

I can’t imagine I will be making such a move again but, if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to use AMJ Campbell again.

Moved from 6 bedroom to same. Started at 9 and finished at 9.12 hrs in 32 degrees. 5 Guys worked liked crazy.made it all happen and were very good. Took regular breaks due to heat, no damaged items and everything arrived wrapped and ready.
