Called Amre and spoke to call rep Justin. He got me the part I needed at a good price at a local store. Picked up same day with no hassles. Good service all around.

Trying to call in to get price and availability of a part for a Maytag dryer, and the phone menu sends you in circles. Then the robot tells you that they're swamped with calls because of COVID. I just hung up, forget it.

Just want to inform the people to stay away from this supplier. Go to another suppliers which is the better service more polite and making much prices.
We are a big Appliance Company which is working long time on the market.
During the years of work found that Amre Supply ir is a last supplier which our guys going because of their service and no much prices.
Ordered the part online from Hamilton to my home address online which says the part in stock, they took my money then nothing get from them. (NO CONFIRMATION, NO INVOICE, NO ORDER NUMBER) after one week came to the Amre Supply in Mississauga location an old man with Barie name he just doesn't know what to do and how to help me after 15 minutes of waiting he understand what I mean.
The question was where is my part? And why I didn't get any confirmation paper or email address?
He said that the part on BACK ORDER! ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUSLY? AFTER ONE WEEK OF WAITING AN NO ANY CONFIRMATION THAT THE PART ON BACK ORDER! HE ANSWERED IT IS THE SYSTEM ISSUE. THEIR ORIGINAL ANSWER TO ANYONE. GOOD JOB GUYS! KEEP GOING THIS WAY AND YOU WILL BE BEST SUPLAIER IN CANADA.
THANKS AGAIN FOR TO SHOW ME ONCE AGAIN THAT YOU ARE THE WORST SUPPLIER IN ONTARIO.

Buggered up 2 orders in one week. Very bad customer service policy.

Placed 2 orders in one week. Their website says it will ship same day if ordered before 4pm.
1st order placed on Tuesday after 4pm, now Monday and only a shipping label created.
2nd order was for $186 spring kit and after waiting several days received a $20 motor coupling. Not even close to what I ordered.
Called customer service and now they want me to fill in all the information to return the wrong material. Big inconvenience. You made the mistake, you should fix it not turn your customers into your secretary.
I'll sooner spend an hour writing you a bad review and getting charges reversed off my credit card than 5 minutes being your secretary.

Broke my stovetop glass and managed to order the replacement glass from them that night, got a call the next day saying it was available for pickup at considerably less cost than other places I had looked at!
Service was friendly and very efficient.

I just heard about this company today. I made 3 phone calls so far, 1st call the staff member, said something that I couldn't understand what she was saying so ask her to repeat it, then she hung up on me. 2nd phone call, the lady was asking if I'm from Edmonton while I called a Toronto local number, but she tried to help out transferring me to Mississauga location but it got disconnected. 3rd phone call again to their Mississauga location, the staff member said I have hard time hearing you, so I tried to get the phone closer, so I speak directly to the speaker, but soon as I did that and asked him if he can hear me better, he also hung up.
Now, I'm calling for the 4th time, just to check and reserve a product in their Mississauga branch, so I could go pickup before someone else buys it, since they got only 1 box. No one is picking up the call. They need to train these workers on how a proper customer service works. Looks like these workers have temper issues, and have no patience or any customer service experience. My first time and will be my last time here.

If you have option to use other businesses, best to go to other places. Been working in customer service industry for a very long time, and it is absolutely disgusting how these workers behave for a simple phone call. If this business continues like this, they won't last long.

Been here multiple times, parts that are not available in big box hardware, can be found here. Staff are helpful too.

Excellent place to find difficult to locate parts, we were looking high and low for a specific bathroom fan. Came to Amre Supply with our defective unit and Barry quickly found the matching fan. Barry was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommended!

The worse service ever!
Before ordering a part (in stock) I was told it will take 3 days to get it delivered. I called 3 weeks after ordering online and it still not shipped! Avoid this supplier

As a technician I am buying from this location on a regular basis. But last couple of weeks something happened to Amre Mississauga. Thursday May 20, it was 45 min after I texted them before they even read the message. Now again it's already 28 mins passed and no one responded.
Do you have enough men force to do the job? Or should I switch to Reliable Parts in Mississauga who has alway at least 4 people responding on tech request or Marcone that has no lines and you can get access inside the store?

UPD: 45 mins again and no response. I gave up. Will avoid this place.

My expérience with Amre was terrible! Bought a part online from 11am, after leaving work at 4pm still no confirmation for pickup. After calling i was told part not in stock at the location "online is showing in stock, customer service told me that the system didnt update as yet". Was really looking forward for the part, had to source it elsewhere.

These guys are amazing. I was able to replace a GE infinite switch and range element with their help. GE changed the connector locations on their element and I was confused, just texted them on their mississauga number and Stan called me within few minutes to help with the installation. Stan explained me the steps clearly and was really patient when listening to my questions. I would recommend them highly for any appliance repair parts.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUPPLIER. Everything is just terrible from CS, returns, and shipping. The item I bought was a return, and parts were missing. When I return it, I had so much problem. When they finally accept the return, I never receive the refund until I file a chargeback.

Needed a part ASAP and placed it for pickup at the Mississauga store. I didn't get confirmation and the store was only was only open for another couple of hours and I really needed the part. I called customer service. I spoke to Nancy and she called the store on my behalf and dealt with Mark who made sure that the part was picked and ready to go. Awesome service.

Garbage company to deal with. Order placed, Dec 17, received order/payment confirmation but never received tracking information etc. Waited cause I know its busy (xmas) season. Jan. 12 tried emailing, after hearing Nothing for almost a momth, no reply from Amre. Tried phoning Jan 15, spent half my shift on hold, was told that now, almost a month later, they no longer carry the product and they canceled the order. Didn't phone or email me to tell me, the person on the phone actually argued with me saying I canceled it. Why would I be calling to check on an order I canceled? Then she said they were GOING to email me once my credit card is refunded. Which might be in a week or something but she doesn't know because a third party does the cancelation, meaning these weasels are sharing our credit card info. Also why would it take a month to refund an order for a product they don't carry? Seems suspicious. Definitely boycotting this 3 ring circus and I'd advise you to do the same. Wish I could give zero stars for incompetence.

I ordered a part to repair my stove. The wrong part was sent. Customer service is horrible. I've now been without a stove for over a week.

All they keep saying is the part was delivered. Or, to call back tomorrow. Avoid this company if possible.

I provided the proper part number straight from the owners manual. They then tried telling me the part they sent would work, the pins don't even match. They do not know what they're doing and were condescending front my first request for assistance. I can provide all correspondence.

I ordered bathroom ventilators. The ordering process was simple. The order was ready for pick up from their location near me next day. They called me within few hours of placing the order to confirm pick up. The pick up from location was also very quick. Overall their customer service was excellent. Thank you for such great service!

Bought a gasket for our Maytag fridge however, it was the incorrect size. Returned same, no questions ask the correct one was placed on order.within a few days we had the right item. Excellent customer service; while in the store I checked out their coffee lounge. Impressive: free -great coffee and snacks too

Got a replacement fuse for my dishwasher and it is working great now.

Prices are competitive and better than Amazon and other local stores.

Really bad service order over the phone and was informed that the parts will be available the next day no conformation email nothing the rep just gave me the order number Over the phone and asked me to pickup the goods next day.the next day when I drove 30 min far to pick up the order the rep said the order is not yet confirmed/ received he started making up stories the truck never came blah blah well he said he will call me the next day as soon as he receive my order no one called me lucky I stop by today as well and picked up my order. Over all not a good exprience.my Plan was to get the goods the next day not after wasting my 2 days

Too expensive just bought a pressure switch for $90.00 and only found out globalindustrie has it for $24.96, unfortunately I cannot return because it is electrical
