Amre supply has yet to let me down in a pinch. They always have the items I need for appliance repair/install on the fly. On my recent visit I dealt with Phil behind the counter who was able to quickly and professionally assist me with locating parts necessary for my repair. I would highly recommend if you are in need of repair parts for your appliance check with Amre before purchasing from online retailers.

I visited Amre Supply today looking for a furnace filter and a humidifier vapor pad. Sales agent Phil Kostyra was fast, friendly and helpful in getting me the correct items. He even measured the vapor pad to make sure it was the proper replacement. I shall return!

I was given a full refund and was told to trash the part. Of course, the part is perfectly good, so I am not going to trash it. I changed my rating to three stars from one star because, even though I am fully satisfied with the final outcome, the insulting and accusatory treatment that I experienced when I tried to return the part the first time is not something I am willing to overlook.

Really disappointed. Placed an order over 11 weeks ago and have never received an update. I have called several times and get transferred to a central call center and placed on hold. Last time was over 40 minutes and I gave up

Finally did get in contact with the head office and received a refund

Ordered part online as brick n mortar is closed due to silly covid.great service and part was shipped within a week however, totally wrong part.hoping store is open tomorrow, 02/16/21. Miss my oven.

Absolute complete incompetency on all levels. I ordered a part for my dishwasher arm, wait 3 weeks past the expected delivery date, only to be told that my "compressor protector" had arrived. I call the local number and am put through a national call centre. No one cares. No one feels they are responsible. If you can order the part from Amazon do so. I will never deal with AMRE supply again.

Great place to get the supplies for your own appliance repair! Staff were all super friendly and the website is great. You can order the parts online and check local stock for pickup. Prices were very reasonable considering they're one of the only places in town to get some parts!

Friendly staff has twice now found the exact parts i needed (once for a dishwasher, and now a dryer) within minutes. On my latest visit, they even took the time to verify the dryer part I asked for was the part I actually needed for my model.

Parking can be a bit of a pain at this location.
