Probably the worst butter chicken I’ve ever had. The chicken itself was rubbery and flavourless and the sauce was very runny like water. I’ve had better butter chicken in a no name frozen meal.

I would give no stars if I could. We ordered butter chicken and naans. Couldn’t even finish the food, it was barely edible. Definition of butter chicken changed. Naans were frozen, seemed they were tossed with butter.

Amazing experience! I ordered a trio meal as a gift order and it was fabulous. Everything was packaged wonderfully and they even sent a beautiful rose! The quality of the food was incredible. Very fulfilling meal. I want to especially thank Saloni for how sweet, thoughtful and helpful she was! Amritsari Kitchen is definitely one of the best restaurants in Ottawa.

I ordered 2 chat papdi… and it was just golgappa papdi with sweet source and little onion… curd was just sprayed…
I believe on same price will get worth papdi chat nearby… service and atmosphere was great…

I had food here twice. It’s really expensive for the quality you get. Other than the butter chicken wrap, nothing is good or tasty. Note that the food is not freshly cooked. They are just frozen, reheated and served.

Above all, the food tasted “Old and Stale”. The meat must'd been marinated and kept in the freezer for a long time. Also, too much artificial food color being used (which is very harmful), which immediately affected us health-wise. What else? It should be inspected by food safety authorities.

I know it is difficult to run a restaurant, but a bare minimum that you expect from a restaurant is not to be served a frozen ready made food—like Naan and tiny gulab jamun, yes the cost was less (if you compare in Ottawa, but it is still a joke if you compare it to GTA) we can feel that the naan was chewy and not fresh. Overall below average, but it is not there fault, because there are no genuine Indian restaurants in Ottawa, so nothing really motivates anyone to serve a good quality food. There service was good and I wish them good luck, but if they are honest, then they will themselves know that there food is below par, I bet you can have a much better food at home.

My first time trying the food Amritsari Kitchen. The taste is amazing. Craving for more indian food.

I eat from here often and the food is usually really good, in fact probably my favourite. I ordered butter chicken through Uber eats and one of the pieces of chicken tasted rubbery and I came to find that it was quite undercooked (almost raw) and so I did not want to eat the remainder of the dish for safety reasons. No accountability for restaurants anymore through Uber eats as when I contacted them, I did not receive a refund regardless of the picture I provided showing the chicken. Needless to say I won't be eating chicken for a while.

Not recommended. No adjustments to guest flavours. Gives 1 slice of onion, and 1 slice of tomato in salad. Absolutely rude restaurant.

We ordered via Uber eats (the butter chicken combo). The naan was hard. The butter chicken was, unfortunately, borderline bland. Quantity was generous.

Food really tested much better than many popular restaurants in ottawa. Indian burger, samosa chat were best. Mango Lassi is freshly made and must try.

Had a combo plate with shahi paneer and Butter naan. The food was great and staff is really friendly. Will be coming back definitely
