I was recommended to do my nails here by my colleague. We work in the same plaza as Amy Nails. My first visit, the girl who did my nails didnt speak to me, and kept getting annoyed when I didnt relax my hand. She was also kind of rough. The nails were nice though. However, when I went back for a refill, I got Sarah. She changed the shape of my nails, and they were great, I was very happy. I have been back to see her every time since. She does a fantastic job. I have been very happy with my nails each time i see her. Shes kind, and very gentle. Always asking if the length is good, or if I like how shes doing the nails. She never makes me feel rushed. If you choose to have your nails done here, please ask for Sarah. You wont be disappointed.

I rated this a 5 because the service is really good and the massages are amazing I recommend this place.

My mom made appointments for herself, my sister and I to get our nails done and a pedicure. My grandfather was in palliative care and she forgot about her appointment Saturday and didn’t have time to answer rightfully so. I called back Monday to rebook feeling bad and the owner had ZERO sympathy and my grandfather passed Sunday. I kept telling her we had a death in the family and she didn’t care told me we better show up for this appointment early. My mom felt after hearing that maybe she should cancel and did 3 hours before and again Amy has no sympathy and was rude. Even hung up on my mom. Amy you need to take a customer service course. The way you treated our family during a death was unacceptable. I’d give 0 stars if I had the chance. Not going here again not worth my business

This place has some of the most disrespectful workers including the lady that owns this spot. Little did they know is that I could understand Vietnamese and all they were doing is talking trash about the clients they were serving. Pure garbage. Stay away from this spot. Won't be taking my girls here, ever again!

When you get the right person your nails will look amazing. Their nails last long, out of the 4 times I’ve done my nails here, only 1 fell off. Appointments are easy to get when you call in and there have a wide variety of colours. They often call to change the appointment (they ask you to come in earlier) which I don’t like but it could work for some people.

Worst experience with them this is my nails after 5 days she charged me 70$ for this never visiting again ever

These ladies ace it every single time. I swear by them to all my friends. I've often chipped my shellac nails from every other salon but with the time and patience these ladies have- I've never ONCE chipped them with their skills.

Been going here for more than 10 years. Since I was in highschool, Now I am a mom and there was an accident on the road. I always book appointments with Sam, I was 7 mins late last month and the manager didn't even call me and gave my appointment away.

Very BAD customer service from the lady at the front. All workers are very kind and proffesional except the lady at the front, very rude! Today I called to book for christmas and she said " I cant book you with sam anymore, but you can book with anyone else here" She is so rude. I have never received such bad service before. I only go to one lady because last time someone else did my nails and my shellac nail polish came off in 2 days.

Last month I went in I was going to give a bad review but I wanted to stay positive and humble. I gave them another chance today and this is the service I get. The manager at the front desk is very rude, disrespectful, and doesn't care for her 11 year old customers. She made me cry and as I am very hurt, she never once said I will ask her again and get back to you.

I enjoyed the service I got there I didn't have an appointment but they took anyways I appreciated that.

I have been going to Amy Nails for 6+ years for my nails (hands and feet), waxing and eyelashes. I am always happy and satisfied with my experience. Not only is the owner, Lily, great but she has a great crew of women who are welcoming and talented! I highly recommend to anyone who wants a salon that takes pride in their customer service!

I found this place online and thought of trying it out for a mani pedi. They were very accommodating and Sam did a wonderful job. She was very thorough and amde sure I was comfortable at every step. Prices are good and so was the environment.

I have been going to amy nails for years now and annie is my nail tech.
She is simply amazing. All of the ladies here are very kind and welcoming.

I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. The ladies are super nice and always do a great job with my nails and eyebrow waxing.

They did a great job. I took my mom here for mani pedi and my moms feet were in really bad condition. The girl worked very hard to take off as much dead skin as she possibly could

Asked if they could do a design they said yes till I came in and said they didn't have the right 'sticker' also filed off the tip of the my French manicure and warned me to be careful.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to do my nails. I went to my old place for over 10 years. After reading the reviews I decided to try this place out. Febbie did my nails and she was amazing! Friendly and kind, a perfectionist! I enjoyed chatting with her and LOVED! How my nails turned out.she was the one that picked the colour for me. This will now be my go to nail place!

This place is amazing! Cathy and the staff are great. I've moved to Burlington and can't find anywhere that takes their time and does a great job.

I actually prefer thos place over any other nail and spa place. They staff is very polite and professional. They do a very good job. The atmosphere is very pleasant in there. I go there once every two months.

Loved everything just that my shillac didn’t last a whole week but overall the work done was amazing

Extremely rude with no customer service skills. I kept trying to overlook the rudeness of the manager (I think her name is Lily) because this place is close to my house but after my experience today, I will never go back. They look only for your money with no concept of customer service or just general manners.

Great customer service! Called and asked if they could fit me in, nothing was available at the time but they offered to call me if any cancellations. They called me a few hours later and I got through right away. Happy with my nails and this first visit, will be going back.

They took us for 3 pedicures at 4: 20 even though they closed at 5. I was scared they would rush but they were patient and took their time and were so thorough! I couldn't decide between different shades and she was nice enough to do swatches before. Other places are too rushed to do that. Best pedicure I've had.

All the girls were friendly and the place was clean. They let you know ahead of time if you're asking for something that will cost extra. Will definitely come back but I suggest making an appointment. They get busy.

The best in Brampton. They take their time and always do a phenomenal job. The women are all amazing, they know their clients and are great listeners. Make sure you book and be on time because they're always busy.

Annieeee is the best! She’s been doing my nails for over 11 years, I have been going to this nail salon since I was in grade 7, I’m now 30 years old. I drive from acton to amy nails no body comes close to these girls! I have never been happier leaving tried other places but no body comes close thanks ladies for all your hard work?

I just got my nails done here for the first time by Annie, she was very helpful when I was trying to decide between a nail shapes and polish colors. She didn't hesitate to make adjustments when I changed my mind about something and also kept asking if I was happy with my nails throughout the process! I can't speak to the rest of the employees, but Annie was really great and because of her and her service I definitely recommend this place! My friend gets her nails done here regularly and recommended it to me, I'll be coming here from now on as well:)

Sam and Any are amazing. I never have to tell them what to do, the automatically know. And they always have the shaping done perfectly

Ladies do not talk to their customers only to each other their language
Addressed a complaint i had regarding one of the staff members not applying my polish correctly the manger just laughed and said what do you want from me! Terriable service would never go back. They need to learn how to provide good customer service and pay attention to thir job.

The girls are amazing and the only reason I have to get my nails redone is because they get too long. My shellac manicure lasted 6 months once
