Just had my appointment here and loved my experience with them. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. Good dealing with the customer.

I visited last weekend to salon and got the facial acne treatment nd i must say my acne are literally gone nd it makes my skin so much hydrated and also staff is very polite and professional.

NEVER GO HERE! The girl burned my whole side face and threaded off HALF of my eyebrows. These people don’t know what their doing so I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to never go here. I told the girl the wax was too hot for my face and she didn’t even believe me that it was too hot. These people downplayed everything and I left crying my eyes out. Never go here

A complete unprofessional who pretends to be very knowledgeable who did not even know that waxing is not done prior to laser treatment and insisted me to wax and then started laser therapy in order to make more money while waxing makes laser ineffective. She speaks non stop throughout the session and suggested me to have waxing done before every session for better results. Total wastage of time and money.

Unprofessionals who advised me a facial treatment which was not even suitable for my skin type. She used the appliance in an inappropriate way and left my nose bruised. Would never recommend anyone to go there even if it is at walking distance from your home.

The experience was too good and everything was on time moreover the staff is very cooperative. And loved the work ️

I got hair cut from her. I told her that I wanted shoulder length hair and I should be able to tie my hair. Now the situation is am forced to tie them because one side of hair partition is shorter than shoulder length and other is a little longer. Am waiting for my hair to grow a little so that I can get the damage fixed. She does not know well to style the hair, can’t handle comb and dryer at the same time. I didn’t check at the time coz I wear glasses and she tied my hair up to see if it’s fine but now I think it was just her cover seeing the job done by her! I wish I had checked!

It was a very bad experience. I went there for my eyebrow and upperlip. She was rude when I asked her to do it by thread as I am on medication and I can't use the wax on my face.
This is how she did, she started doing my right side eyebrow and then rightside upperlip and then she did leftside eyebrow and then leftside upper lip. Left hairs in eyebrows and then she don't even wait for me to check it, she went to her next customer.

Never recommend that to anyone. Worst service ever.

She is very friendly and provides excellent service. I always get my services done from here. Her facials are very relaxing and unique as well as the hair and facial treatments. You cannot find this service else where.
