Ishita & the Anamika team were a pleasure to work as they provided partial planning and full day-of coordination for my wedding and reception events. We had many hardships & obstacles thrown at us with delays due to personal events as well as difficult vendor relationships. I wouldn't have been able to overcome that difficult period without the support and understanding from Ishita and her team. Our wedding & reception events were executed so smoothly managing all the pieces with vendors, timings, scheduling, families etc. This is a team that is reliable and has shown grave and flexibility in sensitive times. I have had the pleasure of knowing Ishita for a few years prior to hiring her as my month of coordinator for my Hindu wedding ceremony and reception. From the start she has always been a kind and genuine soul inside and out and I knew she was the right person to coordinate Dhanung and I big days. Ishita attention to detail is unmatched, she is always 10 steps ahead of the game, knowledgeable in various religious and cultural traditions which was important to us as our wedding was a mix of Guyanese & Gujarati traditions.

Ishita & her team (Sakshi, Ehsaas, & Naya) went above and beyond for us throughout the month leading up to our wedding. Ishita was patient with all our last minute changes and was always willing to go the extra mile so that we wouldn’t have to worry about any last minute mishaps and that we could be mentally and physically present during the happiest days of our lives. I truly believe our ceremony and reception days were so magical and stress free because of Ishita and her team’s exceptional work ethic and professionalism. It’s been three weeks since our wedding and we are still receiving compliments on how organized and smooth our events were. We can not thank you enough Ishita! We love you P. S. We used Ishita for full planning for 3 of our wedding events (sangeet, wedding, reception). We couldn’t recommend ishita enough. She handled vendor selection (venues, photo, video, catering, floor vinyl, cake, list goes on….), all vendor communication, schedule, and more. Our events went flawlessly because of Ishita and her team, and we had a great experience working with her.

There are many strengths, but below are some that we feel sets her apart:
- she’s very responsive to all messages. With any question, we’ll get an almost immediate reply. Having WhatsApp as communication made it easier/less formal to chat about the wedding.
- Ishita strikes a great balance of giving her opinion/ideas, but also executing our ideas. She’ll openly speak up if she doesn’t agree with something and give her expertise (decor, day of itinerary, vendor items, etc.) but does not push anything
- She’s super flexible with timings and meetings. We had many that ran late or had to do it at odd times because of time zone differences, and she accommodated everything

The list just the beginning of the positives. We had a great experience overall with our planning with Ishita - and would recommend her full planning services to anyone looking!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ishita, Sakshi and Nayaab through the Month of Coordination package offered by Anamika Events. Because we had planned most of our reception already, what we really needed was the support from their team to ensure that the coordination, itinerary and vendor services for our reception were all carried out as planned.

We have nothing but great things to say about Ishita and her team! They were always available to answer questions, offered great support with planning our itinerary, and ensured all vendors were on the same page. On the day of, all of our planning was carried out perfectly, down to the smallest details. What we appreciated the most was that they ensured we had time to ourselves to eat, brought food and drinks to us, and always checked in to see if we needed anything! The pampering was so appreciated and we’re grateful for those moments of calm amidst the busyness of the day.

At some points, we were even running ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise! It's my nature to overthink and worry about what could go wrong, but I'm happy to say that my reception day was stress free from start to finish. We were calm, relaxed, and able to enjoy every moment, which is largely due to the hard work of Ishita, Sakshi and Nayaab.

We hired Ishita to partially plan our wedding and reception. From the moment we spoke to her we knew she would be the right fit for us, and we were absolutely right! Ishita went above and beyond for us taking on additional tasks that normally she wouldn’t do; she was very responsive in communicating with us and always offered her advice and her contacts; she is very organized and timely and when we were falling behind she would stay on top of us to ensure we got our tasks completed. My husband and I struggle to find the words to express how amazing Ishita is. She was the most amazing wedding planner and friend we could have asked for throughout our whole wedding process. We started planning our 2023 wedding back in 2021. When searching for planners we met with a few different options. Some were only interested in huge weddings for their own content creation, while others told us they had strict vendor coordination and meeting limits. From the first conversation, we saw that Ishita was easy going, and truly cared to help us pull off our special day.

She was there for us every step of the way. She was more than just a planner, she was someone who went out of her way to help us with logistics, see how we were doing, and helped us and our families get on the same page. She helped us make decisions and gave us advice, and constantly went beyond her technical role as someone that was just supposed to help us get contracts signed and give us an itinerary. Our families were also incredibly impressed and charmed by her. A mere 24 hours before the wedding we had to switch to the rainy day plan, and we could not have pulled it off without her. She helped us keep everything on schedule, and we got so many compliments from our guests about how well organized everything was. We had the pleasure of having Ishita as our month of coordinator for our wedding and reception. I would recommend Ishita and her team to all future brides and grooms! From day 1 she has been extremely responsive, organized, positive, and solution focused. Our wedding was a logistical nightmare and she handled the entire thing with so much grace. Throughout the process, Ishita was available to help - far before she was even contracted to come on. Ishita gave me vendor recommendations (and not just for the event she was coordinating), walked me through basic wedding stuff, provided her personal opinion on matters outside of what someone would deem “professional” - all of which Ishita didn’t have to do. She could have chosen to not help until she had to, she could have chosen to not go over and beyond what I hired her for, she could have chosen to keep it strict and formal. But she didn’t. & that’s why she wasn't/isn’t simply a “vendor”.

All of this speaks volumes about Ishita as a professional in the industry, but more importantly, as a person. I’m so proud to see the way she handles herself. I love having empowering women in my circle & now, I’m adding Ishita to it. I couldn’t be happier with how our wedding day/night unfolded. Thank you Ishita for making our special day so seamless! I hired Anamika Events for month-of coordination for my wedding which took place on April 15th. My wife and I were thrilled with the service we received. Ishita (lead coordinator) was exactly what we were looking for throughout the planning process. She was detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable, and was always extremely happy to help with last-minute vendor options. Ishita has clearly been in the business for a long time and has a vast network of great vendors she's worked with who will also provide great services. She has deep expertise in South Asian weddings (we are Gujarati) and so communicating what we needed was so seamless. After rescheduling our wedding reception 2 times, we decided it was time to enlist some support for round 3. We hired Ishita and her team to support with month of coordinating and it made my life much easier.
