Ana's Nail Boutique & Spa (ROYAL YORK)

Ana’s at Royal York is my favorite for the last couple od years. Main reason is the quality of work, then the cost and convenience- close to home with free parking. Atmosphere is that of a busy salon, always pretty full, but there is always a chair available for a loyal customer or a new one that comes in with kind and respectful attitude. Technicians that I have come across have all done a great work, and fulfilled my requests or corrections as needed. I do have a favorite one and love her style - and I know that many of the other ladies have their loyal repeat customers. Booking is always easy and they send a reminder which is helpful. My experiences have always been positive, from the reception to final result and reasonable price points. Thank you all!

I have been getting my nails done at Ana’s since her spot in BWV! I followed the spa to Royal York because they are the best! So for… years Ana’s has been my go to spot!

I appreciate the work they all do (especially my technician Lam she really is the best!) She takes her time and doesn’t rush! I am always so happy with the shape & colours we choose. They have all the options!

I do recommend booking an appointment though because they are always busy- but you can do it conveniently via text, which is awesome! They are prompt & super accommodating

When I walk in everyone says “Hi” or acknowledges me in some way and that makes me feel welcomed! Its a relaxing spot! 10/10 would recommend

My daughter and I had pedicures at Ana’s Boutique recently and were very happy with the service and people who work there. We have been going there for quite some time and we keep coming back. We have had many people doing our nails and have been happy with everyone, both male and female. Kaitlyn did my pedicure this time and she was both thorough, efficient and pleasant to talk to. My daughter had Tina, a newer face, but efficient and sweet as well. We would recommend anyone to come here since we have always received great service here. Please check it out!

Andy did a great job on my shellac manicure. He was meticulous in the shaping of my nails and my cuticles.

Beware of over charging! I had done an only pedicure couple months ago and they charge me at the Cheshire $65 I paid $70 total with tips. I thought the price has gone up and this is the price for pedicure now. I went again 2 days ago for same service and the charge was $45.therefore I told them they over charged me last time. They accused me of not telling the truth and I had manicure and pedicure for previous service. I am not doing any polish and work done to my nailed for past one years. I didn’t want to ask for extra $20 back anyway just want them to confirm it and sorry we made a mistake and I would say No problem just keep the $20 but they were so unprofessional and insisting I had mani and pedicure! Very bad customer service!

Found this salon while visiting Toronto. They fit me in when I called to request an appt with only an hours notice. They were so friendly, and best of all, my nail tech did an amazing job. Never been so happy with my nails! If I lived here I’d come all the time. Highly recommend.

Ana's is for sure my go-to place to get my nails done. I've been going to Ana's regularly for about a year now and they never disappoint. Every technician that does my nails does an amazing job. They always make sure I'm getting exactly what I want when I go in and I am always in love with the results! Everyone is so nice and I always look forward to going in for a visit. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable and relaxing. They are also the only people I trust to do my eyebrow waxing, after getting them done there once, I never go anywhere else.  I 100% recommend going to this salon if you haven't already, the experience is totally worth it!

Just came here for the first time, they were open until 8 which I liked, nice, clean and friendly. Vicky did my (regular) manicure and pedicure and she was incredible! Flawless. I went in at 6: 45 and never felt rushed or hurried. Thank you Vicky, I will be back!

Fantastic place. I've been coming here since last year, mani-pedis are incredible and staff is super attentive and friendly. I've already went there for gel nails 3 times and never disappoint, clean and amazing job, the nails last for 2 months. They have a huge selection of polish colours and you can change your mind 100 times, they won't make you feel bad about it. They are amazing!

Tiffany is my go to nail girl, she is so good, super professional and fantastic during COVID-19. I feel safe and they have done a great job protecting themselves and their clients

Incredible! I love going to Ana's Spa. The staff are friendly, super helpful and very talented. I use to go to many popular nail salons for shellac and nail art however I wanted to try somewhere more local to me. The team at nail land introduced me to dipping powder for my nails and its perfect, they can do fun nail art over the top and they are always so neat! And their colour range is fabulous! They are also taking the Covid-19 Guidelines very seriously. You and the staff are very protected which creates a relaxing environment for all.

Been coming here for 8 years (former location and now this location). Wonderful team and staff, and my nails always look perfect!

Went to get a pedicure and what a disappointing experience.
The place is not clean. Going for a pedicure or manicure I need peace and quiet. The staff is loud and they speak their language and giggle among themselves and one staff member came around eating while I was having my pedicure. Very unprofessional.
Nothing wrong in conversing in your own language.the key word is quietly as the clients are English-speaking!
In as much as the lady who attended to me did an ok job, however the loud talking/laughing/eating was a turn off for me.
Unfortunately will not recommend.

Where do I start?

I have been going to anas for many many years (since they had the one single location on bloor west) and it used to be the most amazing place. Like a spa feel for a fraction of the price. Now it is the worst and I will not go back there anymore.

When you walk in (at least with me) they don’t acknowledge you and don’t even look at you and are overall pretty cold and rude. I have to say the girls there are very skilled at their job but most of the time they don’t make any eye contact and barely say a word to you. Now they also rush things. The last few times the service I got there was bad and then worse. A couple of times I was nicked and bled. Last time multiple fingers were inflamed for a few days. My shellac only lasted a week and then started to crack (the last shellac you could tell the girl was rushing it and it was almost see though and chipped after a week). The place is not the cleanest looking anyone (one time I went there they had a conditional pass from health inspectors on the door).

They do seem to only care about volume and getting as many people in and out. Sometimes they do a good job but lately most of the time it’s not good at all. It hurts, they are rude, quick and it is not relaxing.

Reading through all the “good reviews” I am now convinced their employees write a lot of the positive reviews under various profiles (like one sentence reviews where the person reviewed only them).

It’s really a shame but good luck to the people still going there. I found a much better place for the same price:)

After going to many nail salons in Etobicoke I ended up here 21/2 years ago they are the only place that I actually got my own nails to grow under the gel. Thank you Lam Customer for life

Went to this place for the first time for a manicure and pedicure after seeing good reviews. I had this young lady, name starting with L and she wasnt pleasant. Although she took her time.she wasnt really good. I'm assuming shes new. Has absolutely no customer service skills. The other staff seem to do a better job.

I have done both pedicure and manicure. Two different people. Pedicure I did second time and same technician, she did good job, very quick though, kinda have a feeling something was not done.
Anyways, manicure was ok, not the best, however, shellac started to peel off second day. Not sure if it's because of the shellac quality or inexperienced technician. So, I wouldn't do manicure there anymore.

Amazing service! They were able to squeeze me in regardless of me not having an appointment and them being busy, my nails looked amazing as well! Love coming here

I have been coming to Ana's on Royal York for the last couple of months I was very pleased how Cindy did my gel fill and the care she took to make them look fabulous. But Cindy went back home for a few months to spend time with her mom and they put me with another young lady. I am not one who usually complains but I have seen her twice and the first time wasn't too bad but I just recently saw the same young lady just on Friday February 8th and the job on my nails are less to be desired. Some look like they haven't even been filled and have bumps and dips in them. They are not blended well. It has been less than a week and I find they need to be done again. I am very disappointed.

Well I went back to the young lady that did my nails and she was pleasant and caring. She fixed my nails taking her time to make sure they were to my satisfaction. Thank you for your time and consideration and how you dealt with this issue in a professional manner. I will definitely be going back to her again.

They were fast and really good. The prices are much better than most salons I have been to. French manicure lasted well even with regular house cleaning etc.

Always amazing service and the shellac pedicures last forever. AMAZING selection of colours. It’s always busy (even weekday mornings) so I highly recommend making a reservation. Also I didn’t learn about the loyalty card until a few visits in so make sure to ask for it! Debit and cash only!
