Prompt and courteous customer service by Liza. Didn’t end up using service because of change of plans but I would highly recommend them for customers service alone.

This is the best cleaners we have ever used. They are SO professional, curteous and puntual. They removed a very difficult cat urine stain and smell from our couch. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

First of all, Liza was very accommodating on the phone to set up an appointment time. I was amazed that she got me same day appointment. She quoted me a fair price. And she monitored the progress of the technicians, uodating me when they're on their way to my home, when they've arrived and when they completed the job. Second, the Technicians were very professional and considerate, explained what they'd be doing, the estimate time to complete the job, what to expect after they're done. They even offered to help move furnitures out of their way for me, not letting me struggle with it. They did and owesome job within an hour as planned. Carpert was spotless, looking as new back again. They even supplied complimentary shoe protectors to wear in case house hold members needed to walk on the carpet before it completely dries out. I had to step away 20min before work was completed, for what was supposed to be a 15min trip to the nearest shoppong mall, but it actually took me 40min. However, the Tech patiently waited, made no fuss and never charged me for their extra 20min! Am happy with their service, a 100% satisfied customer. I definetely recommand them to anyone needing deep carpet cleaning services

After contacting them by email I was immediately impressed by the quick response from Liza even on a weekend. She provided available dates to have my furniture cleaned and when the day came they came earlier than expected but that was ok. The two guys did an amazing job and I’m very happy with the results. I had my SUV detailed a week ago. I have a few of things I would like to say. Firstly when I say Julio and his team gave THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had, I am not exaggerating! They did not want me to wait so long so they made sure I got home and that my car was dropped to my home! Secondly they are the most honest men you will ever meet! My teenager left her debit card and credit card in the car and they found them under the seat and handed them to me upon receiving my car. Thirdly, the price for the detailing that I received was astronomically fair. And lastly, the detail that they gave my poor SUV after a long winter was perfection. Thanks again for your customer service your kindness and your hard work. I will be recommending this company and their team to everybody that I know as well as returning once my car is in need again. And an added bonus is that I found out they do home carpet and tile/grout cleaning!

Had an amazing experience with BMC, with their service of car detailing. They detailed the interior of one of our pick up trucks which was very very dirty. We do concrete as our business, therefore our vehicles get very dirty but they did an amazing job and brought it back to the way it looked when we first got it from the dealer. Wanna especially thanks Julio for his amazing customer service from the moment we dropped off the truck until the pick up, he made the experience very welcoming.

We hired this company to clean a large living room couch which is a light beige suede material. With 2 dogs and a 3 year old, no matter how much we tried the couch had some visible wear and staining. They did a phenomenal job and I will say 99% of the things on the couch came out and it looked and felt brand new by the time they were finished.

I also had a large area rug which upon speaking with their team I had them pick up to clean. The price was affordable, and their team went the extra mile to get the area rug back in amazing shape. The delievry time for the rug was slightly longer than I expected and when I contacted Big Master Clean I was told they repeated the shampoo process 3 times (!) to make sure the rug was up to their standards.

Overall I am thouroughly impressed and will be using this service again in the future!
