Each visit to Ancaster Laser is a great experience. I've been in many times for laser hair removal and always am well taken care of. Vilia and the team of nurses and technicians are friendly, knowledgable, and make you feel comfortable. They answer any questions I have and explain things thoroughly. I've been getting excellent results with the laser hair removal, and the Soprano Ice Platinum machine is painless! Looking forward to getting more treatments in the future.

Nanor makes every facial treatment processes so easy and stress free! She brings in some great expertise and a very warm happy attitude to tackle problems. I’ve gotten many facials, paid for laser treatment and even bought products from this company and the one time I tell them I can’t make my laser treatment because I was sick, they tell me I lost that treatment even though I paid for it. They’ve cancelled on me numerous of times and I had to accommodate to them, however could not do the same the one time I was unable to make my treatment due to illness. True colours of the owners have shown through. They are not in business to truly help clients. Unprofessional service and I advise to find a spa that truly wants to help people. They have lost a loyal customer. I will not be getting any further treatment from this place.

I have been going to Ancaster Laser for 6 years and have had a variety of treatments. Vilia is always very professional and never pushy. She always suggests the right treatments for my skin type. I love it when she says not for you when it comes to certain treatments. I have a darker skin tone and certain a treatments are not worth the risk. I feel very safe going to this spa and have never had a bad reaction to any treatments. I love microneedling, prp and endymed pro to name just a few.

After years of 'perfect skin' in my early twenties, my mid-to-late 20s welcomed me with something that I did not expect: texture imperfection, rosacea, constant breakouts, dryness, oily skin, bumps (to name just a few). After trying a few places, I was recommended to see Vilia for her recommendations. The BBL treatment helped tremendously with the rosacea, and then upon recommendation I decided to try the ever-popular HydraFacial. Mind you, I've tried many places before for this service, but nothing really worked as great as the work done by the Ancaster Laser Team. Clearing up my skin almost immediately, I am now a true believer in getting this service every few months. The staff is extremely diligent, always explaining every step and ensuring that I understand the process. I have been going to Ancaster Laser Medi Spa for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I can't go as often as I would like. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the treatments on my skin. Everyone there is so welcoming and genuine - there is no upselling or pressure to buy items/treatments that you are unsure of. They make the effort to educate you and prepare you before you commit to anything. And I miss their open houses! Hopefully once we are over the hump of covid, we can all enjoy these again as well. Back in 2017, I had the Halo Hybrid Fractional Laser treatment done for my son's wedding in July. I have never felt confident being in pictures since I have passed the 60 milestone. But, what a change, I barely had to use any makeup! I noticed a huge difference. I would have loved to get more treatment done since then, but I have had to take care of my sick husband the past few years. With him being in long term care now, I would love to treat myself and have something done for me finally. I would recommend Vilia and her lovely staff to anyone. The minor discomfort after treatments is definitely worth the pay off. My suggestions would be to just keep doing what you're doing! Your expertise and customer appreciation are very evident, and it shows with the positive word of mouth you receive. I love getting the emails and seeing the specials that are on. I have had laser hair removal, BBL, Halo, Botox injections and V2 Beauty Boosters done. It’s so easy to open up to their honest and well trained medical team. They always have best advice, newest technology and they don’t try to sell you what you don’t need. They are 100% prepared with COVID-19 safety protocols and precautions. I have been going to Ancaster Laser Medispa for many years. I totally trust the treatments Vilia recommends for me. We are approximately the same age. I am a couple of years older, so she understands what my skin concerns are. Over the years, Vilia has recommended a Halo treatment, Fotona laser treatments and other laser treatments. The treatments were always recommended at a certain age to address the “aging process. ” Right now, I am going for “tight and bright” treatments. I had been going for microdermabrasion and then changed to hydra facials on a monthly basis, based on Vilia’s recommendation. Vilia also recommends products for my skin type. She never tries to "oversell" any unnecessary treatments or products. Her staff is trained by her, therefore, I trust them the way I trust Vilia. I am inclined to write to let you know that the Halo laser that I had only 10 weeks ago, followed more recently by a microneedling appointment at your clinic, have quite literally changed my life. I had severe cystic acne throughout my teens and after each of my first three pregnancies that left terrible
Scarring on my cheeks. I spent SO MUCH money on ointments and serums hoping to change my skin because my self-esteem has been torn apart by years of acne that just could not successfully be treated.

It has only been 10 weeks but aside from ALL of the Melasma being wiped away by Halo, I now have an even-complexion at 37, no brown marks, smaller pores and unbelievably, my acne scars (including those I’d had since 10th grade) are almost entirely smoothed out- I do not wear MAKEUP on my face and feel better than I have about my face and skin in a decade.

The microneedle is a recent procedure, but I am already so pleased with the results. My skin looks even and even more smooth and plump, and I know that with this treatment, the results will continue for the next few weeks.
I am SO beyond thrilled that I went for it- I’d had a few consults with other clinics but never felt that they cared about me as a patient or what I Was hoping to achieve. First of all I want to thank you Vilia and all of your staff at Ancaster Medispa. I had major skin issues with scarring and just really bad skin on my face. I have always worn so much makeup to try my best to cover it up which took about 2 hours everyday. I was recommended to try your clinic so I called. I was even embarrassed to call because I didn’t even want you or your staff to see me without makeup. WELL, you made me so comfortable and recommended I get a HALO treatment done. I saved for a couple of months and was able to have this done. I can honestly say it has been the best thing for my esteem. You did the treatment explaining along the way and also had concern for my level of comfort. I am once again saving to get this done as it is not the easiest to do during Covid haha. I have two other treatment gift certificates which I probably will not even use after having the Halo done 2 years ago. Nothing can compare to it. I have been to the Ancaster Laser Medispa twice. Both times I had the Halo treatment to repair and rejuvenate damaged skin. I have a Halo treatment once a year with 3 or 4 Clearlift treatments in between. I use Zo retinol night repair and Colorescience daytime collagen boost. This combination of laser and topical products works wonderfully for me.

I did 2 Hydra Facials with Anne. They are heavenly, I recommend the 'Deluxe" version with blue and red lights. My pores have never looked so good.
The BBL treatment was performed by the very knowledgeable Owner. It has truly brought sun damage and age spots to the surface, so they can peel away within 2-5 days, leaving an amazingly soft and even skin behind. It also has faded or removed some spider veins. That all happened after just one treatment. Cannot wait to have one or 2 more within the year. First time I feel confident without make up as much as with it. Great place to go to!

Vilia is up-to-date on the cosmetic news and technology. She acts professionally. She used to be a doctor back home as she told me (she doesn't introduce herself as a doctor though). It makes me more comfortable because she has this medical mindset. She approaches disclosure about possible complications seriously.
