I was having trouble with an AC unit I had installed by another company that was constantly leaking into my furnace. I needed to have that rectified and a new furnace installed. The salesman from Anchor was very professional and honest. The techs were able to install my furnace efficiently and fix the problem with my AC. I have also been using their annual maintenance and I am very happy with their service. It is thorough and professional. As an added bonus I really like that they send pictures of who will be arriving at your home. I would use again and reccommend them.

Edit: I have used them again and can say I was very impressed with Billy who serviced my fireplace. He answered all my questions and helped me learn about how it functions.

Paul Schultz from Anchor Home Comfort came today for scheduled, annual maintenance on our furnace. The booking system sent automated alerts ahead of time by text and email noting that he was on his way. While Paul was here, he worked quietly and efficiently, and gave a great summary when he was finished, with a chance for any questions I had.

The maintenance was covered under a monthly support contract.

I would highly recommend Anchor (we have been customers for a number of years) and Paul specifically. Great service!

Matt & Mo were very professional. Their installations were very clean. They were also respectful of the fact that my wife was working while they made noise, turned off the water temporarily, etc. I was always kept up to date on progress and wasn't made to feel like I was interfering when I checked on them occasionally.

Great service from Billy Ford - he carefully explained all the work he did, flagged some regular maintenance/settings I should keep my eye on each winter, and listened closely to my questions. I always have a good experience with Anchor but will definitely ask for Billy again!

We have used Anchor Home Comfort for over 3 years now and have replaced our air conditioner and hot water tank with them. The technician for our furnace maitenance today was Shannon and he was very professional and friendly. We will definately continue using Anchor Home Comfort.

Paul was by far my favourite technician, he was quick, effective and friendly. He came over to do maintenance work on my 2 gas fireplaces. He was able to repair my remote control for one of my fireplaces that no one else was able to do. I can now set the temperature in my living room and forget about it. Great work, very satisfied customer!

Anchor provide great support and maintenance services. Jake Charlebois was knowledgeable and courteous as well as bilingual. He did the new AC startup and annual maintenance on the pool heater.

Obviously on the coldest night to date, our furnace decided to stop working. Called a few places but noticed Anchor home comfort had the best ratings, and it showed. Spoke to a representative around 10p, and had Shannon reach out to me within a few minutes of hanging up (couldn’t even get past the first 5 minutes of my Netflix show). Shannon Froude was professional, honest, and upfront. He didn’t know exactly when he could arrive but said he would give me a call when he was finished his next job. Despite starting his day at 8am, he arrived at a timely fashion, upbeat and ready to help. Took a look at my furnace, was able to get it back up and running, and informed me of what needed to be done in the future. Great service, would gladly use them again (hopefully not too near in the future).

Previous home owners had used Anchor for years so we decided to do the same, and we have been very pleased. Honest and professional, they are always extremely prompt in responding and go out of their way to accommodate urgent situations. Thank you to Quang Lam who was great! Helped me with all my questions, walked me through use of my system. Like the maintenance plan options and that they text you with 2 hour window estimate and send you a little bio on the technician who will be visiting! Great service!

Excellent service from Shannon. He was very knowledgeable about his products. He explained and showed me things about my furnace that are important to know. I was very appreciative of his patience.

Had Paul come in and look at our furnace. Right away he spotted several issues and managed to get our heat working. It was evident that Paul knows a lot about what he was doing and was so awesome in answering my questions helping me find the best solution for our home furnace.

I have had a service plan with Anchor Home Comfort for many years. Today I had my annual appointment to have my furnace and fireplace serviced. I was very pleased to see that Quang Lam was the technician who was sent to provide this service. I have had him as the technician several times over the years and have always been pleased in his work with both my heating and cooling systems. He has caught potential problems more than once and fixed them so that they can be resolved before they they caused me any problems.

Quang is courteous, clean and knowledgeable. He takes the time to make sure I know what needs to be done and why and advises me on how I can improve the service I get from my equipment. When he finishes I am confident that my equipment is ready for the next season of use. Thank you Quang and Anchor Home Comfort.

Jake looked at the Natural Gas furnace and determined a number of issues causing operational problems with it. After his look, he gave us a complete list of what needs to be fixed or replaced.
His check made us realized, it needs to be replaced.
We thank Jake, for his timely look at our heating system.

We had Quan come and do our annual maintenance on our furnace and HRV. He was very professional and knowledgable. Took the time to show us some things to maintain our equipment properly. I would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Anchor. We got great service from our technician Jake to start. We then met with Bastien the salesman to go over our options for updating our equipment. He was easy to work with and provided great value and knowledge on the pricing. Instalation went smoothly with Dan and Joe. Both were courteous, efficient, and very professional. They took all the time I needed to answer all my questions.

Our furnace stopped working last week. Since we have a maintenance plan with Anchor, I gave them a call. Within 15 min I had a call back from Shannon. He walked me through some info gathering questions and then came to check the furnace in person. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. He was also just a really friendly person and I really appreciated that given the stressful situation. It's great to be in a position to write a review for a very positive service experience!

Fall of 2020
Every year Ray comes into our home to do our annual furnace servicing. Couldn't ask for better service. Friendly and efficient with great tips to keep furnace safe. Even my dog made a friend in Ray. Customer service satisfaction for sure. Won't use anyone else. Just wish the company still did vent and duct cleaning. Would be more convenient. Service is still in website but no longer offered.

September 30th, 2021.
My annual furnace servicing was not due until late October. Luckily Anchor called me and I was able to have it done today. Again we were fortunate to have Ray Routhier come into our home.
It's like a yearly visit from an old friend.
We are always happy to see Ray especially our dog. He loves Ray.
Anchor is lucky to have Ray as an employee and hope he is there for many years to come.

Quang Lam is a personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy furnace techie. Having had a bad experience with a plumber in previous years, I did not leave Quang on his own the first year (so he explained what he was doing every step of the way). Having had that interaction, I discerned his trustworthiness, so, every year since then, I turn on the lights on the way to the furnace and thermostat and then just see him again to sign the work order when he's done. (And yes, you can put on your file that you want the same tech going forward.)

Ray was very friendly, personable, answered questions and made some recommendations. Great Job Ray, keep up the good work and come back in the spring to check my air conditioning system. Thanks, Brent

Chris Dixon and his assistant, Chris did an excellent job removing an old AC and water heater and installing new equipment. They were very polite and friendly and worked skillfully and efficiently. They answered questions with knowledge and reassurances. They completed the work in a timely fashion after tidying the workplace and removing the old appliances and discarded materials. I highly recommend the two Chris'.

I called Anchor to perform maintenance on my furnace / fireplace and the experience was great from start to finish. Shannon Froude was the technician I had and it was clear he not only had great knowledge of everything fireplace and furnace related, but also loved his job. Billy Ford from Anchor Home Comfort responded to the furnace repair call. He was punctual, courteous and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately he didn’t have the replacement part but ensured me that he will request his office to source the part first thing in the morning. Following day, I received a call from Anchor’s office that they had secured the replacement part and Billy was on his way to fix it. Billy showed up in the afternoon, fixed the furnace and he even performed a quick inspection. I’m very glad I hired Anchor to repair my furnace and feel fortunate Billy was the technician.

Shannon provided excellent service during a recent fireplace maintenance visit to our home. He was timely, professional and answered all our questions. We could not ask for a better Anchor Home Comfort representative for our family.

The two person team removed my old furnace and air conditioner quickly and cleanly. They then modified the existing ducting to fit in the new cooling coil and furnace. After completion of the physical installation they cleaned up the work site and did the set up work to ensure both furnace and air conditioner were working to specifications. They completed the installation in less than a day. Good work.

Outstanding crew at a larger ductless heat pump system installation. Great attention to detail, great communication on scheduling and the system has been great so far. Would recommend Dan and his crew at Anchor to anyone for future work.

Dan and his crew did a terrific job on replacing my furnace, they were quick and very courteous.

Everyone from the person on the phone to the consultant to the technician were friendly, punctual, and knowledeable. The consultant and the technicians who installed our new AC gave us the pros and cons of different systems and made sure we understood what was being sold to us. The technicians were discreet, thorough and also gave us a complete explanation of what they had done upon close. They speaked highly of the company they work for. Anchor employees seem to truly believe in their company. Highly recommemded local company.

Dan Gravelle's team installed a new furnace, new AC, new water heater and new thermostat to replace the old existing equipment. I am very pleased with Dan and his team, working through lunch to finish all the installation around 5 hours after testing the furnace, AC and answering all my questions about warranties of each component.

I was notified that Billy Ford was going to arrive shortly after the window of time I was given started. He was following proper guidelines, and did the estimate quickly, got approval for the repair and had the correct parts in his van to complete the repair. Very friendly and helpful.

I was contacted by Mary Lou (She was very professional but also seemed to enjoy her job) She sent a followup email and text with a tracking link for my tech Quang. Also in the text was a short bio of Quang which I thought was very unique. Quang was fantastic. He diagnosed/fixed the problem and also gave me tips on preventative maintenance. Our Furnace broke down and we needed a replacement. The sales person visited and gave us his recommendation and quote for the unit. There was no attempt at up sales or applying any pressure. Shannon Froude was here this morning to start our air conditioner. He did a very good job and answered all our questions. We are very satisfied with the service he provided.

I had the maintenance done on my air conditioning by Shannon F and as usual he was very chirpy and in a good mood. He enjoyed the presence of my dogs and cat. The service was done in a timely matter. Once done, you would never know he was there. There is also the adorable Mary Lou who provide updates on the estimated time of arrival of the technician. All in all, great company!

Had a new water heater installed and furnace maintenance done. Both the office staff and on site technicians were very friendly and professional. Initially we were slightly disappointed with the positioning of the outside venting (our fault) but they proceeded to make a small adjustment to suit our tastes, without us even asking for the rework. Clearly they are very committed to customer satisfaction, even for picky clients like us!

Strange issues with my furnace, first place I call for furnace issues is Anchor, Shannon came in, explained all of it in detail to me which I appreciate very much. It is third time I have dealt with Anchor, Mary-Lou is always friendly and always updating me and who was coming to fix or service our furnace and to let us know when they would be arriving. Not that anyone wants their furnace to stop working on a weekend - but ours did! One phone call got a tech, Matt to our house in under two hours last Saturday morning. Matt was polite, friendly and informative. Unfortunately our furnace was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Matt reached out to the salesperson, Steve, who showed up before Matt even left. Both of these gentlemen did their jobs well and made it a seamless process. Yes we needed a new furnace (and air conditioner) but we could not have asked for better service. The follow Monday afternoon our new furnace was promptly installed Dan, Don and another guy - all of whom were neat, tidy and pleasant.

I had a problem with my fireplace. After the service, i was not very happy with the conclusions made by the technician and received only by e-mail. Then Ken, the general manager gave me a call and was very understanding. We did find a great solution. They care about their clients and will go the extra mile. Thank you.
