Used to be a good place to live. Noise is a big problem. Complained for over 2 months to stop tenant above me from using a hammer to bang on the floor. Building staff are not helpful and unprofessional. The noise is very disruptive and it is difficult to work from home and relax.

Wasted 2 hours driving to and from this apartment building because they have incompetent workers who don’t know how to cancel an appointment when the unit is not longer available. The building manager is also a piece of work constantly hanging up the phone on you.

These guys have managed to do good reasonably good job at renovation and especially good job at recruiting their office managers. No major issues faced for past two years. Minor ones are absolutely trivial especially after learning about issues that my friends face elsewhere. These guys listen and respond, Happy with my choice and worth it if you see market and compare

I love this placed catch my heart specially the property manager who care so much. This place is already good to live for family, but there still a room to be great. Let’s go and do it to make it happen!

Nice place to live but if there is something wrong after or before office hours you will receive no help from timbercreak. This wasn't alleys the case but appears to be so now.
