Visited back in December 2019. Thought I was going in for a free consultation, walked out with a $120 invoice. While the acupuncture session that I had was useful, I would've appreciated being given the treatment plan and cost prior to my first treatment session so I could decide whether I wanted to proceed with it or not - I had no doubt in their abilities, but I wasn't covered under insurance so I needed to budget my expenses properly.
Overall a good, calm atmosphere. One recommendation I would leave is to be more upfront regarding treatment costs and and the consultation -> case history -> treatment plan process.

Everyone at the office is caring and attentive. Ease to book. Jamie is very knowledgable and he passion is experienced when having a session with her.

Jaimy has help tremendously with her treatments after having plantar fasciitis pain for 1 year prior to treatment. Both Jaimy and Allie are knowledgeable professionals who are great at what they do! I have had lower back pain for years and have tried many different treatments including chiro, massage, laser and shock wave therapy. After receiving Jaimy's osteo and accupuncture treatments, I experienced less back pain and increased mobility than I had for years! Jaimy provides some great stretches as well to help maintain the treatments. And Jaimy and Suzanne are both welcoming and caring. I HIGHLY recommend Ancient Cedar Wellness!

I've been seeing Jamie for a couple of months now and always look forward to my visits. She always makes me feel comfortable, explains everything she is doing in detail and is just a great conversationalist as well. The results have been amazing too. I went in after throwing my back out and a month later feel no pain at all and my back feels more balanced than it did before my injury even!

I have had severe neck pain from a head injury for over 5 years. I tried everything from massage therapy and physio to chiropractics and nothing would relieve the pain for longer than a few days. I'm very active and busy with a young child so it was frustrating for me to constantly have to rest in bed rather than enjoy fun, rigorous activities with him.
After just a month of weekly Osteopathy and Acupuncture visits with Jaimy, I am experiencing almost no pain whatsoever, I am getting outside with my son playing soccer and riding bikes and my overall feeling of comfort and well being is maximized. I love the way her staff are so efficient and courteous when I'm in the office!

I feel so grateful to have stumbled upon Jaimy's clinic. After almost two years of chronic tension headaches, I'm happy to say that I haven't had a single headache since beginning treatments with Jaimy two months ago. She is gentle, non-invasive, and relaxing and she's uses acupuncture adjunctive to her treatments if you wish. Jaimy is also wonderful at establishing rapport with her patients; she's talkative with you if you feel like talking, but if you've had a busy day and simply wish to relax & melt into your treatment, she's respectful and always notices the difference without having to say a word.

As for the clinic, it's clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere; I can often feel my day shift simply by walking in the door, and always leave feeling completely rejuvenated. They're interested in helping you feel better by establishing a treatment plan that's optimal for you, not keeping you there for as many treatments as they can get from you.

Overall, this is an absolutely wonderful clinic and I highly recommend Jaimy's osteopathy and acupuncture services. Great work!
