Antonio from Ancoe Property inspections was very thorough helpful and professional. This guy knows his job inside out he is extremely detailed had all the right and latest tools to do his job efficiently and less costly. One of things I loved about the way he did his job was that every so often he would try to recap and summarize the things we found. We used Tony to do our home inspection because our realtor recommended to us. We didn’t think much of it and went with him, given his reasonable price. Upon arrival (we gave him shorter time frame due to time constraints) Tony was super efficient, very thorough (even though he didn’t have the full time), and took the time afterwards to walk us through every issue/watch outs, and provided us an email after with a list of vendors that we had no ideas on. As it was our first house purchase, it felt quite overwhelming at first - but Tony broke down everything in a way that was easily understandable and emphasized which were must-fix/asap vs. Monitor. Great service and super responsive!

Tony is only of those who lives what he is doing. Usually you have to follow up and call, to my surprise Tony was there at the property an hour before me, started his work. Me being a first time home buyer, I was not aware of a lot of things, he explained and showed me everything. He spent hours analyzing the house, I would highly recommend Tony to everyone.
