I would give 0 stars if i could as i still havent gotten my chair after 3 weeks. Worst customer support ive ever experienced and im with rogers. Emailed them countless times with no reply, their "chat support" on their site is basically just for show, noone is on the other end. Spend the extra for a secret labs.

Poor customer service, good luck trying to get a hold of them unless you leave a bad review. If you want good customer service this is not for you.

Great experience! Way better than last year's, I bought a chair and it's nothing to complain, recommended.

After a very, very long time and no reply's. I contacted USA andaseat who addressed my issues, along with this negative review. If I hadn't contacted the USA company via facebook I still would not had heard back from andaseat Canada (over 1 month). This was the worst service I have ever had in my life. Finally though I got the part to fix my chair, although it was the wrong part. Quickly William shipped out the right part. What a crazy crazy experience.

DONT BUY FROM ANADASEAT! I have only ever made 5 star reviews, I hate to leave a bad review so you know this is accurate! Check my review page, this is the WORST experience I have ever had. I purchased a newer chair that broke, was still covered by warranty. The warranty team said they would send the "parts" to fix it. Well its been two months and the warranty email, contact email, and Facebook messenger for Andaseat just ignore me. Its so frustrating. Worst customer service from any company I have ever dealt with. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

The team at Andaseat have some very unhappy customers and bad karma.

The product quality is remarkable. They offer very good prices and have a nice variety of models to choose. Phone calls and emails replies are well provided by the customer service team that resolved the questions I had. I'm happy with my anda seat chair

Really nice service. The customer service reply my email in time and he is very patient. Their product is really good. When there was some problem with my wheels, they sent new wheels for me.

I bought their Anda Seat Axe Series Gaming Chair a couple weeks ago and it's very comfortable. Their online customer service and stuff isn't overall very great, but the representatives working on site seem pretty chill and knowledgeable. Their prices are perfectly average so you're not really getting a bargain or ripped off. Giving it 5 stars for now, but will maybe update my review based on how long the chair lasts before it starts to fray.

I am more than satisfied with my product! I actually accidentally broke one of the side covers trying to assemble the chair.

I sent an email to customer support and they sent me a replacement right away to fix the issue!

Recently bought a chair from them and honestly the quality can't be beat. They have different designs that can fit into any home. I had an easy time choosing with the help from customer services. William helped me pick a chair that has great comfort and support as I work at a desk (and game) alot. Assembly was also super easy with the help of the guides on their website.

People are often on the fence about investing in a gaming chair but I would highly recommend to anyone take the plunge and get one to see the difference in your comfort and posture. I will recommend Anda Seats to my friends and family who are looking for an affordable and high quality gaming chair.

I recently bought Dark knight from them! It was amazing and I love it! I work from home and sit on the chair at least 10 hours a day (other times I am gaming). It was very comfortable and it is the best chair I could have ever owned.

Customer service does Not exist.they do Not reply to Emails or online chat. Scam Scam Scam. Chairs Quality are very poor and over priced. I am stuck with my Chair with no answer for over a month.

We ordered a chair from Anda a couple years ago for our son it was expensive however it has been one of the best chairs. So for our youngest son's birthday we ordered a chair on 12-17-2020 it is now 2-10-2021 and we gave not received the chair yet. Now they have removed their chat icon.about to contact the credit card and lock cancel thru them. No info from Anda and am really getting mad at the way their company is handling this sale. If your considering buying a chair from them you might want to ask them if they will be delivering it this year.

I sit in an Anda Seat Axe Series chair everyday and it has done wonders for my back. I have back issues, this chair has helped to clear up the issue of sitting for long hours.

This company is a scam company. Check their trustpilot and scamsellers ratings.

I bought a backordered chair, they charged immediately even though it wasn't supposed to be in stock for a month.

It arrived damaged (ALMOST A MONTH AGO) and their customer service has completely disappeared, refusing to answer any emails.

There are many others experiencing the same thing I am if you look on their social media accounts.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

So far a terrible experience. I bought Canadian for my chair but this kind of service is not what I associate with premium quality. Their site says delivery in three days. This is a straight up lie. The problem with Anda seat lies in their relationship with the untrustworthy and grossly incompetent shipper purolator. Purolator is a joke as evidenced by thousands of one star reviews. The only reason I can think of as to why they’d use purolator over another shipper is to save a few bucks. I’d rather pay 100 bucks myself to get the “premium” product I ordered.

I’m now 8 days from ordering this chair and I’m waiting on a call from purolator in the next 24-48 hours to learn even what’s happening. A lot of stress and anxiety mixed in now as this is an expensive products and I have zero faith in purolator abilities to deliver.

I called purolator and learned the reason for the delay was a misprinted telephone number on the shipping label. Anda Seats mistake. I called purolator twice over two days and received the chair the next day.

Update: chair came the next day. The chair is very nice. Excellent build quality and comfort. Overall, a mildly unpleasant experience. I love the chair it’s everything promised. The service was lacking however and I found the amount of calling needed to keep purolator and Anda seat in check knocked this down from an easy five star review to four stars.
