I have been going to Andrelios salon for over 15 years! Elio is my hairdresser. Excellent salon, always on time for appointments and they always do colour, highlights and cut my hair layers exactly the way I want. Very trendy and excellent customer service. Highly recommend you try them for your hair service needs!

I've been here before a few times and honestly they did a decent job however my last visit was extremely disappointing. There was a newer stylist and although I explained the cut I wanted she wasn't able to deliver. Would probably not visit the same stylist again.

Everyone we encountered here was quiet and professional - I think it’s because they let their amazing haircuts do the talking.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience here for our mommy-daughter date. Andre was so sweet with my little one, and did a beautiful job with her haircut.

Going in, I had hair all the way past my waist. Andre did suggest that I keep it a little long and he would do a fun layered ‘do, which sounded great! But after I explained that I wanted to donate my hair - he designed a very flattering short haircut for me. After he was done, I put my glasses on and as soon as I saw myself - I was so happy that I could not stop smiling (actually, I am still smiling right now)!

Andre is a magician with scissors. I look forward to going back.

Few weeks ago, I went to Andrelio for the first time and got my hair color done by Maurisa (sorry if I got your name wrong). I told her the color I normally used, and she showed me the colors and told me what will be best. She just naturally picked something I really wanted and effortlessly did my hair color. I loved the results and will go back to her again. I am so glad I found this place. Thank you!

I cannot thank my stylist enough. I was going on vacation in a few hours and went to another salon to get my hair done. They butchered it. I was in a panic and all the salons I called were full. I walked into Andrelio Salon and explained my situation. I was immediately seen to. My stylist told me she only had 15 mins as she was booked for another appointment shortly. What she accomplished in 15 mins the other Salon couldn't in 1 1/2 hour. She literally saved my vacation! If you are a black woman looking to get your hair done, this is the place. Went for a perm and was not pleased. They are charging premium prices for mediocre products and services.

I was welcomed in, then left by myself in the back, facing a dusty corner for more than 20min. Stylist was came and was friendly but mostly disinterested. The supplies looked old and many of the rollers were broken. She had to scavenge for more and fix some with random parts to finish my set. The solution smelled so bad and burned a small spot of my skin. When she came back to check me, she looked confused/ frustrated, like something wasn’t right… then just took the rollers out anyway.

I tipped well and didn’t even get a smile, barely eye contact.

I waited the recommended 48h to wash but it was never quite right, and I have been using curl-friendly products but it is mostly gone 3 weeks later.

Complete waste of money.

I’ve been going here for years - although not as regularly as I live downtown. Everyone is SO accommodating whenever I call last minute, and my favourite is Sue!
