This doctor failed to inform me of the risks of hyalurnidase to dissolve fillers. As a result of not being informed about the capacity of hyaluronidase to cause serious tisse damage and this doctor's severe negligence, I am now living with long-term tissue damage from the hyaluronidase injections that will require surgical interventions to correct (facelift and fat grafting). All of this could have been avoided if this doctor actually did his job and told me what could happen. Had I been informed about the damage that could have been done this way, I would have NEVER opted for this procedure. I strongly advise anyone to avoid hyaluronidase as well as this negligent doctor.

Was very interested in booking for a procedure however, it is nearly impossible to have anyone answer the phones. After leaving a voicemail to have someone call me back, the lady who finally did came across as EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional sounding on the phone. She also failed to even say “bye” before hanging up! I’m appalled. When having a business as such, and asking for these certain price points you need to have competent staff members along with it. Due to this, the clinic has lost opportunity of making money and a potential client!

From the moment I walked into the office and was greeted by Vanessa I felt relaxed. Each person I dealt with gave me a sense of competence and comfort. Each member of the clinic team was clearly selected for the task they were doing and carried it out as if you were the only person they had to deal with in that day. Compassionate, caring, and competent.

Dr Gantous is first and foremost a talented surgeon who clearly possesses a passion for the work he does. Better yet, he has the skills to back up his surgical offerings and provides outcomes that meet (or exceed) expectations.

I came to Dr Gantous with a botched and complicated nose surgery history, including a final emergency surgery, which left me with a saddle nose defect. This sort of revision surgery is complicated due to the amount of “fiddling” that has been done previously and the surgeon not knowing precisely what to expect until you are in surgery. There were plenty of doctors who were willing to “give it a try” but I learned as I went through my list of top-pick doctors, that not every surgeon who is willing to perform a surgery is an expert in the particular surgery being offered. Dr Gantous is an expert in saddle nose deformity with rib graft and more.

Upon meeting Dr Gantous, it was clear that his superior skill set is paired with a warm, caring personality. This meant that I was in good hands, and I was never disappointed.

Dr Gantous took all the time necessary to understand my concerns and hopes. He was very patient in looking at images with me and explaining the procedure clearly. As well as what was possible given my situation. He never overpromised but was always reassuring about how close to my old face this surgery would take me. He was spot on in his suggestion of what he could do, and the final outcome actually exceeded my expectations. In fact, for the first time in two years my mobile phone’s facial recognition unlock function recognized my face. That tells the story right there!

Before my surgery, Joanne, the clinic nurse, gave me a full explanation of the surgical and clinic procedures and what I could expect in terms of after care. Both Vanessa, the clinic receptionist and Joanne were very thorough about what I should do in the lead up to the procedure and this was extremely helpful and reassuring. Despite the surgery taking place during covid times I completed each one of the steps and was in and out of the clinic without any complications. They also provided very detailed instructions for my after-care person and best of all, it all went off without a hitch. I have been well cared for from the moment I entered Dr Gantous office.

I would highly recommend Dr Gantous and his team for surgery. Each one of us wants to look as good and as “normal” as possible, and this clinic can make that happen. I would trust Dr Gantous if I ever needed or wanted another surgery.

To be fair, I am sure most people have a good experience But, my experience is different. I had 4 nose operations done by another surgeon. He fixed my badly fractured nose. I was in a bad accident as a child. And he did a great job! He referred me here because he isn't doing surgeries anymore. I had a Rib Graft by this surgeon Dr. Gantous It looks good on the outside. But I can't breath properly and all kinds of lumps inside. He no longer sees me. Told my doctor no one else can treat me. He's the only one that does that. All that time I was waiting for a surgeon in Oakville. What do I do if I need a nose doctor? Or get hit again etc. My nose before was better inside. I could breath and had no lumps.

Thank you so much for taking the pleats from my eyelids. I can now read without droopy lids which were hereditary. I think I look refreshed and feel it too. His staff is wonderful and so is he. You really couldn't ask for more in a surgeon- I would know I've worked with some of the best in my career but also from my personal experience his staff were delightful to deal with. Every time I see Dr. Gantous it's a real pleasure, he reassures me with his extensive knowledge, he has INCREDIBLE bedside manner. Cannot say that about many doctors- but he's a real gem!

He did a full thyroidectomy for me about two years ago, the survey went well with no complication, the scare has complete faded, and everything was good. He cares a lot about his patients and even answered my questions during the weekend.

Doctor Gantous has a wealth of knowledge and lots of experience with surgeries. I saw Doctor Gantous for a deviated septum and mentioned I also wanted to redo my nose. He gave me his honest opinion and told me what would suit my face and be beautiful. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery he knew one of the things I disliked most about my nose was the size, so he suggested a chin implant to even out my profile. I am one month post op from both and couldn’t be more amazed and happy with his work. I fall involve with my nose and chin more and more each day. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do either as he does beautiful work! He is also there whenever I have needed and appreciate everything he has done for me thus far.

Dr. Gantous was my surgeon for a septoplasty. He clearly communicated my options and the associated risks. The aftercare instructions were easy to follow and I healed in line with the time frame he gave me prior to surgery. Dr. Gantous, his colleagues, and support staff were all well organized and professional throughout the process.

Any surgery has risks and there will likely be some pain during recovery. Ask questions beforehand during your consultation with the surgeon. You need to have realistic expectations about what can and cannot be done before making a decision.

I am very happy with the work Dr. Gantous did and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I’m currently one month post-op and I am so pleased with my results so far! I had a septorhinoplastry surgery to fix my broken nose and deviated septum to improve my breathing as well as facial appearance. I feel so much more confident with myself and I am finally breathing and sleeping better:) Dr. Gantous and his team were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I had revision Rhinoplasty with Dr Gantous and I have been pleased with the results. I previously had several surgeries elsewhere due to deviated septum and other issues. One of these surgeries resulted in infection some years later. Dr Gantous fixed these issues. Dr. Gantous did an amazing job fixing my deviated septum this past month after a failed surgery I had more than 10 years ago (with a different surgeon) that had actually made my septum worse. I was really nervous about going after what happened with the first surgery, but I wish I had gone sooner! I could've saved myself from over 10 years of sinus infections! He even patched up a hole in my septum caused by the failed surgery - no more embarrassing whistling sounds when I laugh! Absolutely would recommend to anyone with a deviated septum!

I recently had extensive nose reconstruction performed by Dr. Gantous and I could not be more ecstatic by the surgery he performed on me. Prior to meeting Dr. Gantous I could not breathe nor smell through either nostril, and deep down felt their were serious problems in my nasal cavity that went far beyond just my ability to inhale.

Dr. Gantous has given me a new lease on life. I can now smell clearly through both nostrils. I sleep better and feel more relaxed in my daily life because I can breathe better and am not stressed at the condition of my sinuses.

As it turned out I came to realize after the surgery, Dr. Gantous did find the damage inside my nasal cavity to be more significant but he was able to correct it completely.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. Gantous and his whole team during this process. I am eternally grateful to the whole operating team and St.joseph’s hospital for helping me live a more complete life.

Dr. Gantous is an outstanding facial plastic surgeon. When I went to him my face was disfigured by a nasal flap done by a general surgeon who clearly did not have the expertise to do the procedure. It was extremely traumatic for me. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Gantous. He did an amazing restoration to my face over a series of small surgeries. While my face will never be perfect, I'm extremely please with the work Dr. Gantous did and will be eternally grateful. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Both he and his staff are really lovely people.
