My wife and I sold our condo and bought our dream home and it was all made possible because of Andrew McAllister. When selling our condo, Andrew recommended the best strategy to list it and get it sold with little stress. He brought in a professional photographer which made our place pop! For our buying experience Andrew spent endless days tanking us to many viewings to find the right house for us. Andrew always had a weath of knowledge and when asked, would always share the pros and cons of the house or neighborhood which always widened our perspective. I was quite skeptical at first - after hearing so many terrible experiences my family has had with real estate agents in the past, I picked Andrew thinking this is just a part of the process we will have to go through. However, Andrew has exceeded our expectations in every way.

As first time home buyers, we did not know what we wanted in a house. Andrew was extremely patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, he took us houses after houses in order to figure out what our preferences were, never had him raise his eye brows at our nitpicks, pet peeves or constantly evolving requirements, he just took notes and refined his search, we could see the significant progress we were making as houses after each round of viewing were tailored more and more towards what we were looking for.

Working with Andrew was a breeze, he was available at all unsocial hours addressing our concerns: day, night, weekends, holidays, and even when he was on vacation. He always gets back to us as soon as he can and has provided consistently great service every single time. When it came to offer time, Andrew has always had our best interest at heart: he has never tried to push us into a deal, he always does the research to ensure we make informed decisions and he'd stray us away from overbidding.

We ended up getting a beautiful house that meets every need at a very reasonable price, we cannot wait to move into it and we're so grateful for everything Andrew has done along the way. At least partially due to Andrew's brilliant staging of my condo, it sold the day after listing for over the asking price; setting a new record for my building.
