Had a negative experience with a different mortgage broker in the past, was very skeptical of brokers moving forward. Andrew and Dawn were SUPER helpful from the collecting documents stage right until the end. They respond super quickly (which was great as I was anxious the whole time), and they always answer every question you have. Andrew was absolutely amazing. I have so much to say about my experience while working with him but I'll have to (try) and make it brief. I found Andrew's page while searching online for a mortgage broker and fell on Andrew's page. I was quickly impressed with the amount of content/information that was on his page. I gave him a quick call and right away I knew that I'd get along with Andrew and the way he works. He is extremely personable and approachable and knows the market well. We spoke, we got all the documents organized well in advance so that we would be ready to make an offer on a home when the time came. Sure enough, that time came about a week later with only a 30 days window for closing. Andrew reassured me that even if it was a shorter closing date, that we'd get everything done on time. He recommended lenders that he knew responded quicker and we were able to get a great rate. Once the lender sent our mortgage application, Andrew didn't just send us the document. He made a video where he quickly went through all the sections and explained the clauses that may not be as clear. He really went above and beyond. Needless to say, the entire process was seamless.
