After a couple of difficult experiences with robo-insurance providers, it’s been so great to just call and get a lovely human on the line anytime I need help. I’ve been with Burnside for over 2 years and hope to with them for the next 20!

Very poor experiance. First, the office is noisy and caused feedback on the call. Scott Wilson called me about a quote I did on the website. He questioned if the vehicle I use for my business (an SUV) was appropriate because I requested a commercial policy. I told him that that is the vehicle I would be using and it would be fine. He then asked "what is your "VERSION" of commercial (auto policy) ". I have never been treated or questioned so rudely by an insurance agent. I told him right then and there that I would not pursue a policy with him. I have had insurance for 18 years, perfect driving record, etc. All I wanted was insurance, instead they question your type of vehicle. If I say an SUV is suitable for MY business, why should that be questioned? Maybe he would be happier selling cars instead of insurance.

Searching for insurance is always a pain, but once I found these guys they made everything so easy! They took care of me and made sure to explain all the details that other places wouldn't. I'd highly recommend and will definitely be back for all my insurance needs

I recently inquired about rates for my home and vehicle - they were extremely professional, no pressure, and responsive. Rates are far better than what I am currently paying so next renewal I'm switching. There is a reason they've been in the area for decades!

Terrible insurance group, highly suggest to future clients to look elsewhere. They only care about money at the end of the day not their actually client, on top of that they break rules which have been confirmed by my new insurance group!

We have been with the Burnside family for many decades. They have always been personal and professional. They respond quickly and that helps us in our business.

It's very inconvenient how they take forever to respond to emails, even if you ve asked the simplest questions. It gets the client irritated and frustrated, on top of it you ll see no sign of sounding apologetic.

Edit (july 24,2021) : after my first review they have started being very responsive. However, i was surprised When i was asked whether i d like to switch to a different provider because i asked too many questions, probably it got annoying for the representative. Felt awful, like they dont want my business. Paying a high rate and not even getting the due importance really sucks. If u ask the same question repeatedly they ll keep telling u the same answer without understanding that you need some rephrasing. I have always been weak in understanding when it comes to insurance but desjardins wont try to elaborate for u.

I contacted multiple insurance agency! I was directed to Justin Cornelius and he was amazing from the get go! I am so happy with the service I recieved he was quick to respond and helped me organize everything for my new vehicle. He even pushed up the start date so I could pick up my vehicle earlier. Everywhere else i got quoted between $450-600 per month. He gave me a way better quote to about half the price of the lowest quote I got else where. He was awesome definitely reccomend him to anyone needing painless and quick insurance.

Terrible experience with this brokerage.

Customer service is sub-par. Agent was rude and unreasonable and are not knowledgeable at all.

Good luck keeping customers and getting new ones. Legitimately the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had.

Have been nothing but straightforward and honest with me. Been dealing with them when they were Statefarm. Quick call backs and email responses, happy to deal with them.

I've only had a great experience at this location. They help me send them all my information for my claim they where very helpful.
If you are going to buy a policy from State Farm I would try this location first before I went anywhere else.
