Sounds to me like your drivers are overworked and under compensated. So much so they have no respect for your company or its policies. Realistic expectations of your employees should be your first step and good compensation would attract professional people.
Word has it at the truck stops, that this company is horrible to work for. And by the looks of all those other reviews - you get what you pay for.
I'm surprised they are still in operation to be honest.

I DON'T recommend working here.
They don't pay Actual Miles.
Don't pay for Wait Time.
Don't pay for Empty Miles.
Don't pay for Breakdown or delays.
If you want to work (long hours) for less than $14.00 per hour. Don't bother applying!
And they have no problem illegally deducting money from your paycheck.so you'll have to file an official Complaint with the Fed Labour Board to get it back.

Had your unit D121 almost ram into me because he decided at the last moment he doesn’t want to take the collector and continue on the express. If I wouldn’t of braked he would of clipped me.
I have him on dash cam and I will have it submitted to MTO. This is disgusting behavior coming from a “professional driver”.

Headed Northbound on US-19 in WV this evening, 12/3/22. Around 6: 45pm. Encountered your driver in truck T1086 driving unprofessionally and unsafe in a posted 65mph zone, passing other cars and trucks well over 70mph. Tailgated me and my family in the left lane. Approaching a 50mph zone, I slowed to 56 about 1/4 mile from the 50 zone. Driver repeatedly flashed their high beams. There is no need for this behavior. Professional drivers should be reasonably going with the flow.
