Steve and the gang down at Andy's have been servicing my entire family's cars for years. Their service is top notch and their pricing is more than fair. These guys know their stuff and are straightforward. Haven't been to every mechanic in Guelph but I dare to say, these guys are the best. Reasonable pricing, honest and excellent customer service. They are diverse in ages which makes them knowledgeable in old and new cars. They are great all around.

I called I got an appointment scheduled right away. They have the type of customer service you would expect from a 5 star hotel not any mechanic. Gotta call that my car was done sooner than I expected and they make sure to tell me to watch over the silverberry part of the driveway because it was a storm that day.

The customer service there is awesome. I took my car in for repaired and it was done on time as I requested.

I bought a used car that had received a safety certification from this shop. When I brought it to my own mechanic right after, we found that the shop had missed a couple important problems: there were two leaks in the exhaust system (possibly FATAL consequences) and the parking brake did not work. I know that these issues were present when the shop looked at the car, because the previous owners had the car sitting around for a while before safetying and selling it to me, and these are exactly the kind of issues that arise when a car sits around. In addition, the shop said they fixed the wiring to make the rear window wiper work, but their electrical repair was so sloppy that after a few weeks one of the fuses blew. The one star they get I guess is because I would recommend using this shop if you want a cheap (but fraudulent?) safety certification for a used car.

Highly reccomend going to Andy's Auto. As a first time vehicle owner, I was nervous finding a good mechanic but after one service stop at Andy's, I have kept coming back. They provide fair prices and explain everything thoroughly. The employees are also very interpersonal and make you feel welcomed.

I took our old VW Jetta in to Andy's as the manual transmission was broken. I was very stressed as I was beginning a special family holiday and needed the car. Steve was kind and courteous from the beginning, and honest with his assessment. He kept in touch throughout the week with updates about costs and availability of parts. When we decided the car was not worth repairing, Steve went the extra mile, emptied the contents and arranged for the car to go to the wreckers. We couldn't recommend the centre more for their efficiency, thoroughness and honesty, and, not least, their caring. What a great crew!

Andy's Auto Centre is the only place I go to get my Toyota Corolla repaired. All the workers I have met are really friendly and approachable. They always go above and beyond to serve the customer. They have saved me thousands compared to the dealership and they make sure I am aware of what is wrong with the vehicle and are straightforward with associated costs. Thank you Dave, Steve and the rest of the employees here. I really appreciate your honesty and friendly demeanor and have complete trust that my vehicle is in good hands!

This shop is so honest and friendly. They will gladly answer any all questions you have. I haven't experienced this level of professionalism in a shop ever. I will be going here for all of my cars needs. I would honestly give 10 out of 5 stars if that option existed. Good quality and honest work is hard to come by but these guys are true professional mechanics who know what the heck they are doing. The care they give is unmatched. Highly highly recommend this shop

These guys did great work.and they do great work but because of that they are extremely busy. So I find that they struggle pleasing everyone but they do a good job. The service is very friendly and personable. I think these guys would benefit from a newer bigger shop as it seems they have a huge customer base.thanks for taking care of me boys

Reputable and reliable! Extremely happy with both customer service and the repair side of things. Got an appointment quickly and my car was ready to go the same day! Did not overcharge, and made sure I was comfortable with repairs that needs to be done, and listened to what I had to say. Happy to have found a reputable shop here in Guelph!

I went to Andy's because it was close. I have continued to take both of my cars there for my winters/oil changes and other car maintenance because they take care of me and my vehicles. Highly recommended.

Very good experience with Andy's. They explained everything well and took time with me for any questions. My repairs then had some unnexpected delays that were not their fault and they handled everything and made sure I was accomodated as needed. Friendly staff that seem engaged and passionate. It's apparent they run a business with the customer in mind at every step of the way.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Heard about all the great things about Andy's and it really did not disappoint. I had an issue with my fans not pushing air out and Steve was able to walk me through the different scenarios on what it could be and the cost. Steve was very friendly when i met him and my experience at Andy's was awesome. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a local garage!

Andy Helped my family with a Personal problem, was Blown away how Much he cares about you as a Person. Andy You earned our trust, Cant wait to have my New car taken care of. Very polite and reasonable pricing, they are quick and they will put you and the safety of your car first.

The guys at Andy's are laid back, professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. They're a Guelph legend and they take the time to tell you exactly what's wrong and why and are very fair in their pricing. I've been going for over a year for every little thing & recently, I had to get something done at a welding shop. After a bit of a snafu, they worked together with the shop to take care of the issue. Justin (at the front desk) is really friendly and remembers you every time. They're growing really fast so be patient with them if you're new:) As long as I'm in Guelph, I'll go to Andy's for anything auto related.

There's usually a worry when you go to a new shop but that is not the case with these guys. Were fast, friendly and did a good job.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Andy's. In the past, I had some rad work done and thought I'd bring the guys more work because they seemed honest. I think perhaps as the old name states - "Andy's Radiator Service", this is what they should have stuck with. If they can't do a job, tell the customer! I had to bring my car back 5 times! They caused more damage, made me pay for parts I didn't need and made me come back again and again.so inconvenient. They promised - the computer doesn't lie and it would be fixed. What really bothers me is they just handed me the keys each time, knowing it wasn't fixed and that they had caused the problem. I finally refused to pay for any more parts and again they told me it was fixed, only for me to pick it up and see that it was not. After the 5th visit and still not repaired, I decided to cut my losses. I am angry every time I get into my $1100.00 "repair" and know it is not fixed. I will never again go to Andy's, nor will I recommend them.

It is a family own business. Now it has passed to the third generation. The owner is Steve. He and his cousin are very friendly and both have a very good customer service. They don't open weekend but you can park the car and drop the key in the key box. They provide the shuttle service, which is nice. They also will remind you when the tire need to be changed, so you don't need to remember when to do what list. Overall, recommended to my friends. Some suggestion that if they can provide a cleaning service in the future and have a tire storage will be even better.
