I visited this salon on Saturday 21st October for Eyebrow treatment initially, the salon offered me wax service with an additional charge to upsell. I was carried away and I went ahead and this is what happened to my skin later.
My skin is burnt and I am thinking of filing and complaining against the salon for the negligence, the injury I faced and pain related to skin. The salon is closed today however I am keen to ask questions and seek a resolution on the same.

They waxed so hard and badly that my skin got red burnt mark as they way they did the wax in my lower lip and chip that I saw skin came out some areas and later at night I saw red red black dark marks.

My brows are a milimeter thin and i have prom in a week.i will kill myself i look so bad.whoever did my brows, thanks! I hate them!

I went here for getting my eyebrows done as well body wax.the experience and end result was above than my expectations.i was greeted by Gurwinder Kaur who’s very nice natured person and you must visit her for getting your threading and waxing job done…

I went o Angel's beauty Salon for facial, and when it started, I thought it would be a good experience, but the way it was done, it was awful. I was told that after applying Casmara products, facial pressure is not applied. Really? Was it a volini applying on my face that you can not put pressure on? Facial massage time was 15 minutes and steam time was 5-7 minutes, and I felt like steam time was more than 15 minutes but massage time was like less than that. When I complaint about the technique used for massage, she said we will do it after applying face pack and did that formality afterwards.it's better to use a good massage with your own hands.
Too much bad experience after spending 7p dollars on stupid facial.
No sunscreen was bring applied afterwards even

Got my face wax from Kuldeep di, she did such an amazing job, scared for the face wax at first but her hands did such a good job ️?

Sanyam is a very professional hair stylist.
He isn’t somebody who will rush things.he makes sure to spend enough time to do things as perfect as possible.
I recommend this place and moreover Sanyam as a hairstylist to all.

Yesterday i went for threading and face waxing i was so scared because its my first time of face waxing but gurwinder gives me such a nice service definitely coming back to gurwinder again. Jasdeep here.

I got perfect service from Sam. He gave me wonderful hair cut. Overall, he has good experience for hair cutting which shows.

I had my haircut. I don’t know her name she was old lady. She did my haircut very bad. It was bad expierience for me. She did’nt blow my hair properly. They should understand what customers want.

I went to this salon and it was a wonderful experience, staff is very polite, very neat and clean with a nice ambience and moreover Sanyam is very professional, he did a great job for me and even the lady owner is very humble.

Wouldn’t recommend, went in with my friend for waxing. Lady left half of hair as I couldn’t see every part. Lady was not at all professional, made me feel so uncomfortable. My friend also had bad experience, other lady did her waxing and she got bumps all over her legs from her bad job…

Worst experience don't go there even they do free cutting. Seriously fedup with them and the worst part is aunty is yelling and not even listening that she did a worst cutting i have in my life.

Worst salon ever.i went there twice.these Desi ladies were literally a blunder.when you do a customer service you have to be really gentle with your customer but they just do everything in 2 minutes, never ask for any changes. Nothing had done properly.good luck to those people who still go there.

I went there for braid cutting for two times first time one buy cut it nicely but today the lady with spectacles didn’t cut it properly I had bad experience with them

Lady did not know how to cut my hair, she made my hair uneven. Make sure you pay attention to your hair before you leave.

Yesterday I visited for first time, the service done by Lavi was totally satisfactory. Parlour was also neat and clean. Will surely come again

I had a bad experience in this Salon. They make my hair too shorter even they don't know how to do the layers. I can't see any hair style of my hair just seems like they make it too shorter. They set the price too high. I have lost my money as well as hair too. I don't recommend the people to go in this Salon.

Staff is good front desk lady is also quite calm but the service needs more improvements like I went for the first time there and got hair cut plus hair colour. The colour I asked about was not there and I had to choose a different one and the result is not as that good as should be… so guys make sure before get the things done

I had a haircut after more than a year, I am grateful of all the cleanliness they have maintained and the covid protocols they have followed. I came out with a great cut, all the credits to sanyam. They are one of the best in the town.

Absolutely gross and terrible experience over here! I told the barber not to cut my hair too short, THREE TIMES! But, he still cut it, and now it looks atrocious. That hairstyle is not suitable for my head shape. Also, he nearly cut my ear, and now I have a pimple on the side of my head. Will NOT recommend to anyone!

Hair

I came in for a hair, trim and style. Hairstylist didn't take much off but I was disappointed as the style I wanted is not what I got. She was very sweet but very rough, take a pain killer if you go here because they will be pulling all your hair out! Over priced compared to competitors on the same level.

Make up application

Firstly, all employees were very nice and the salon itself is clean and nice. I got my makeup done, there was no sanitization, lipstick was applied directly from the lipstick to my lips. Disgusting. Foundation was applied with the mua's fingers! As I was not wearing my mask, I had to ask the makeup artist, twice, to get her staff to put their masks on as they were less than 6 feet away from me wearing no mask! We are in the middle of a global pandemic, salons like this are spreading the disease. Hope they will do their part and put health and safety measures in place

I recently moved to brampton and was looking for a new salon to get my brows done. I went to this salon since its near my place. I asked the lady to do my eyebrow cleanup only and not make them thin. The lady who did my brows was very unprofessional as while doing threading she kept touching the thread into my eyes. One time it hurt so bad, The next morning I woke up and saw this big cut over my eye. My eye is hurting so bad as it is a delicate area. She also messed up the shape. I dont care about the shape but you should hire people who know how to do work. This is a serious thing as it can mess up someones eyes. Highly disappointed. Never going back.

I went to this place before lockdown and it was so long since i had a nice haircut.since there were only women.i was scared but the lady i dont her name was very calm and polite and gave me the awesome haircut and i wanna go to this place so soon but covid and lockdown restrictions
Highly recommended to this place who are willing to get great boy hair cut.

Used to come here for years when they had their old staff and partner (Jaggy & Jenny). But since they left this place has been horrible. Any time I came to do eyebrows I would tell them not to thin them out and just clean up because I would spend so much time growing them. They would never listen and mess up my eyebrows each time. Not very professional either. Stopped going here after their constant mess ups.

My first time at this place and love it. Services went smoothly, nice stuff, clean place too. No appoinment needed but best to always call before visiting. Thank you guys ‍️ i love my new look.

I visit last night for my hair cut. Zero satisfaction level. No professional staff. Thay cut hairs unequally. No knowledge for mens haircut. I don’t recommend mens to visit this place for hair cuts. Very cheap level of hair cut. Only money wastage.

I have been here today for hair cut and wax. Mandeep has done good job with threading and wax and Sonia for hair cut.
They understand my need and full filled the requirements. This place is nice clean and maintained hygiene.

Very Disappointed experience
My husband went there last night for hair cut. They made unclean and bad hair cut. They don’t know how to cut mens hair. Even they don’t pay attention to customers. Zero level satisfaction. Unprofessional staff. I don’t recommend somebody to visit this place. Only money wastage.

I had a very good experience with this salon last month I did my waxing with gurpreet and the results are so good! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable I’ve been telling my whole family about her. I was very scared as it was my first fulll body wax but she made me feel so relaxed and accepted. No room for self conscious when you’re with her. She truly makes you feel amazing! Highly recommend asking for gurpreet!?

I get my threading & waxing done from Pooja. She is really polite, humble & makes sure that customer is comfortable. Although saloon is far away from my place but because of great service I prefer visiting this place. Thankyou Pooja

Manager Gurmeet is not professional and doesn't care for customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed with first experience. Not worth value. I paid $40, Mandeep did really bad job. No interest of employee, and zero client satisfaction.

I have super sensitive skin and shes considers that when she threads and waxes me.

Very unprofessional.today first time I went for facial bleach, cleanup and chin wax.the day with curly hair burnt my chin.there are so many burn marks on my face.she only suggested me to go for that particular type of wax.she also did in a very harsh way.it seems she was in hurry to just complete the task.in clean up she jst gave scrubber, little toner and then she applied some mud pack. No massage nothing.i will not recommend it to anyone.i am suffering from so many burn scars now.it was pathetic experience

Puja does an amazing job at a full body wax and eyebrows. I refuse to go to anyone else - she is AMAZING! She takes her time and gets every hair and goes at your pace. She is very skilled at giving you the perfect eyebrows too. After going to many places over the years, I finally found a waxer and threader I can trust. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Since I couldn’t find my right hairdresser decided to try this salon out was very sure I would be disappointed here too However was pleasantly surprised by their hair dresser Alisha’s cut

So I had screenshots from Pinterest for some really cool hairstyles and guess what I got my Pinterest haircut absolutely perfect and better
What more could I wish for!

So actually in the hairdresser starved Brampton I actually found the best hairdresser Alisha but thenI had to go there again multiple times to get a perfect haircut each time to be writing this 5 star rating

The prices are reasonable and the people sitting at the counter very warm and helpful
