I have been getting my flowers from here for many years and the customer service has always been amazing. I sometimes need rushed orders and they always deliver on time. They always make beautiful arrangements far better then any other flower shop. I would and have definitely recommend for anyone who needs flowers. Price is excellent, service is excellent and quality is excellent. I couldn’t ask for anything more. 10/10.

The lady here has no idea about customer service and is an absolute shocker to say the least. Avoid this venue.

My boyfriend ordered flowers from here for Valentine’s Day & they were nothing like what was advertised on the website. It was suppose to be a bouquet but all that was delivered was 9 flowers & not even the right flowers. $67 of nothing & they don’t even answer emails…. Do not waste your money ordering from here. You’re better off getting flowers from Nofrills in the same plaza or Walmart.

Very weird phone call. LOL.they started to get frantic and then hung up the phone when i asked to pay debit: S "no sorry sorry no debit BYE"

The Valentine’s Day order was delivered at 10 am when it was advised to the florist that no one would be home until 5pm. On the coldest day they left the flower arrangement on the porch to freeze, luckily a neighbour saw them and took them in.
The card was so poorly written from someone that clearly cannot write English. Not even the name was spelled correctly.
The vase still had stickers on it both on the side and bottom.
Would not recommend this florist. The gentleman that sent them was embarrassed when he saw the card and how they were left.

I was promised to get a bouquet like whats on the company website and paid accordingly. But I got something not even worth one third of what I paid. I toss it and bought another bouquet from good flower shop. My advice, trust what see, don't trust what the owner promise. Just waste of money and time. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure if you read my previous, disastrous review of Bloomex but, Angelo's saved the day! I had less than 24 hours to have a floral arrangement to be delivered to my cousin's house on her wedding day. As you know, during these COVID times our entire family was not allowed to attend, so I figured a nice floral arrangement would be a nice touch. I drove to Streetsville Florists first, they were unfortunately swamped for the next morning. I felt defeated and went to my car to call around. I called Angelo's and a sweet woman answered the phone. Once she told me she would be able to complete the order for the next morning, I was delighted and wanted to drive there, not only to write a message for my cousin, but to thank this woman in person. She insisted there was no need. She worked with my budget and promised she would send something beautiful. She wrote a nice message on the card for my cousin and her new husband, took my credit card information and said it would be delivered the next morning. I was excited but nervous that there would be complications like there was with Bloomex. There wasn't and my cousin loved the flowers! Thank you so much Angelo's, if needed I would definitely use your services again.

My new go-to for flowers in Mississauga! Sue was wonderful to work with. The flowers were beautiful and were delivered very quickly! Highly recommend.

I have recently had to order flowers from out of town and had the pleasure of working with Sue. She was very attentive and helped create a one of a kind arrangement for our manager that recently lost his father to Cancer. The arrangement was a combination of plants and white flowers and it was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Angelo's florist to all.

I placed a last minute order for my daughter's first birthday and the bouquet was beautiful! The owner was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely order from her again.

I placed the order online late evening, and to my surprise I received a call to confirming my order details, due to the nature of the occasion and the tight delivery window.

Four times more expensive than next door No Frills, and the flowers are not fresh with poor package.

I highly recommend Angelo's flowers shop. Excellent customer service! My toddler was giving me a hard time in the background and the women was so fast and efficient. We are very impressed with the flower arrangement we ordered on several occasion.the service is exceptionally gracious, we find Su and the Store Manager, going to extreme measure, and at times at their won expense to please their Patrons. We most defiantly recommend to our family and friends to buy all their flowers needs from them

Sue is amazing! She is so accomodating and always creates the most beautiful arrangement for my mother who lives nearby. I call several times a year to order flowers for my mother. What is incredible is that I live in Boston and never see the arrangements until my mother sends me a photograh of the flowers. Each time I order the arrangements continue to look more and more beautiful. I Highly Recommend Angelo's Flowers!

It doesn't look like a flower shop, more like a shabby flower vase shop. Their bouquets were poorly presented and died soon after purchase. Price on flowers were not cheap either. I will never return to this store. Go to Costco for better flowers.

I recently went there to get flowers, had a excellent experience! Flower shop was tasteful and had many selections to choose from.

Received a beautiful bouquet of white roses for my birthday. She arranged them so beautifully. Loved them!

Our best friend passed and being out of town ftd selected this florist. It was our last time to show our friend our love for her and they blew it. We had asked for a script that said best friend.no script and was charged for it we had asked for vibrant colors got pastels the flowers were half dead and turning brown on the edges of the ones that weren't already wilted. We had a limit of 200$ and the little white basket looked like something the Easter bunny humped. During this difficult time they made it so much worse for us. I do not recommend this florist to anyone.

I read the reviews and they seemed great, so I proceeded to try to order from their website. I wanted to place in an order for Mothers Day, and on the website it stated that it will delivery on Mothers Day. I called to request for a specific time (Since it stated on the website to do that) so I did. The lady on the phone was extremely impatient, and I thought perhaps its due to a lot of orders for Mothers Day, so I ignored it. I had a couple of questions regarding the flower bouquet I wanted to order, and the whole time she had a nasty tone and eventually she just completely rejected my order and said they can't do it anymore. Horrible service!
