Amazing! In an hour of need they were able to accept and deliver! Friendly, courteous and compassionate… Thank you Dr. M and Assistant (who was the best!)

Absolutely the worst place to take your animal.
Vet is extremely pushy with vaccines and rough with the animals.
Staff is horrible - especially the vet tech that usually comes into the room with the vet. Incredibly rude. (except for one girl, and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name - she usually sits at the desk to check you out, she’s is extremely nice, caring and compassionate. She deserves better than this place!)
Would not recommend this place, and I have since have taken all three of my animals out of their care after the two visits I had. Only reason I gave them a second chance was because I thought maybe the first time they were having a rough day. But nope, second visit was worse than the first.
Never again.

We just had our 11 yr old golden euthanized by Dr. Mohammed Aslam in our home. She had hemomangioma sarcoma & was having great trouble breathing, her quality of life was gone. We opted for home euthanasia. She was a patient of Dr. Aslam. He arrived with his daughter & neither he nor she showed any caring nor compassion towards our little girl Shelby. We opted for home euthanasia believing compassion towards our pet would be a part of this extremely difficult situation. We were wrong however. He never spoke to, recognized, nor acknowledged Shelby. Apparently he had a family gathering to attend in Mississauga later in the afternoon. He quickly gave her an IM sedative injection which was very painful for her. She was already in much pain & I asked him why that hurt so much & he said it didn't. She was definitely in a lot of pain with that shot. She quickly became sedated. After 2 attempts at starting her IV & injecting another sedative & her final heart stopping drug he wasn't going to even listen to her heart to see if it had stopped, I had to ask him to do so. When I asked what he was going to do with her now he said we'll put her in the freezer & they'll pick her up Tuesday to burn her. I realize I am perhaps sensitive at this time, however I so regret that her passing was so painful & matter- of -fact. She was a valued member of our family & the reason we chose home euthanasia was in the hopes she wouldn't be treated in such a mundane manner. Dr. Aslam may be a very good vet in other scenarios but for home euthanasia I morally cannot recommend him. I so oooo regret having used his services.
