Animal Hospital of Port Credit

They put my cat on hypoallergenic food 2 years ago, sometimes when I go pick up the food they would be out of stock so I would get it in another clinic. Today I went over to grab bag of food and they made it seem like mission impossible. Getting a fire arm would be easier than getting bag of cat food. Please take in this doctor was the one prescribing it. Said it was a ‘long time’ so they need another prescription. Dishonesty of these clinics is outrageous!

I called the clinic to see about a blood test for my Frenchie. I simply asked what the cost would be in advance. The woman told me $130 and told me they only service clients who have been there before and proceeded to hang up on me. Unbelievably rude for no reason.

This will be a long post but so overdue. Dr. Mann is irreplaceable and the best vet!

We have 4 cats and a dog. My wife and I were on holiday when our pet sitter rushed one of our cats to the emergency clinic- turns out he had a horrible UTI infection. My wife and I cut our trip short to check up on our cat who was released a day later. My wife knew something was still wrong with the cat and the next morning called Dr. Mann who allowed us to see her first thing when she opened. Dr. Mann is the only reason that cat is alive! She did MORE for him then the emergency clinic (who turns out made many mistakes) and her care/love for the pain he was in, made us never doubt any course of action she recommended.

Once again, a hero to our family, our oldest cat had been acting strange and when we brought her in, Dr. Mann was honest, blunt and helped us understand what our cat was going through. She personally called my wife to see how our cat was doing and gave us some assistance over the phone to manage the cat's recent diabetes diagnosis.

Dr. Mann's love for animals goes far and beyond. We have never doubted or questioned anything because we truly believe Dr. Mann only puts an animals best interest and comfort first. Thank you and your team for giving amazing service and helping us be more attuned to our pets and giving them a healthy life!

My wife and I have now moved to Brantford and we would drive as long as needed so long as Dr. Mann is still in our pets lives.

Switching to Dr. Mann as our vet close to ten years ago was the best decision we made. She is very genuine, and has a very easy going personality. What I really appreciate about her is that she is honest, practical and very caring, always acting in our kitties' best interest. Our family loves her, and we trust her implicitly in the care of our furry family. She also has wonderful office support, especially Heather who is always so friendly and helpful. We are very grateful for the amazing care we have received over the years, and so thankful to have her as our vet.

Dr. Mann has been our vet for 12 years or more. She is knowledgeable and a very competent, caring and compassionate vet. All of my cats are comfortable with her. I trust her advice and treatments implicitly.

Dr. Mann and her assistants are just the best. My border collie is special, stubborn and anxious.

Dr. Mann works to create an environment where Tig feels as comfortable as possible (which includes getting on the floor with her, no vet has ever been so patient!)

Best animal hospital in GTA. Thanks a ton dr. Mann god bless you. We have the best experience at this vet and never felt they ought to grab money. Reasonably priced services and vet is very knowledgeable. Kudos to you Dr. Mann thanks for taking care of our pets.

Dr Mann was wonderful with the passing of my sweet boy Cody. Even in covid times she understood how important it was for me to be with him… she was patient and kind and ever so thoughtful! Thank you dr Mann! …. On a side note the staff could use training in dealing with grief.there was no empathy unfortunately… but DR Mann was truly wonderful and let me stay with Cody as long as I needed… I am forever great full

Amazing Vet.
Great with dogs and my little guy of 12.5 likes being there.
One thing I discovered and not thrilled about (hence the 4 start and not the 5) is the fact of them being closed between Xmas and New Years for 10 days. Not sure how I feel about that. Unfortunate that there is no backup plan.
