They are definitely not what they are saying! Offering services yet when you come they will not take you! Unbelievable huge disappointment definitely not worth 1 star service and receptionist are horrible!

The service we received for our pup was fantastic. The doctor was very pleasant and all the ladies that helped us made us feel comfortable and at ease. Our doctor diagnosed our pups condition and we used the recommended medication and our pup is in greater shape today.

We're new to the clinic, so this is more of a first impressions type of review. That being said, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, warmth of all staff, and thoroughness of their intake process. Very grateful we ended up with this clinic!

The compassion, and patience this clinic has is unmatched. I have an EXTREMELY reactive Great Pyrenees who requires a great amount of patience. Dr Chris and the entire staff really take their time with him. I swear they treat both my guys as if they were their own. They are very honest with what needs to be done, what can wait etc.as well as discussing options and the best way to be cost effective.

Not a good place at all.our cat had to be put down unexpectedly beginning of February 2022. My family is still TRAMATIZED at how unprofessional dr. Martin is. Yelling at my parents, “we have to put him down now now now” no proper good byes, they didn’t even sedate our cat. Just put the needle in.he died with his mouth opened! Lucky we don’t sue you for this. Her veterinarian license should be revoked. No dignity, no compassion for our buddy or ourselves! We will never forget the LOOK OF OUR cats face when you just put the needle in with no sedation. SHAME ON YOU!

First time visit with my kitten. Everyone is extremely friendly and even my kitten was pretty chill.

I called basically every vet in the area for an emergency visit and was turned down by all. This vet took me in and was super nice. He didn’t turn me away even though I was not one of their clients. They took extra care of my dog’s needs and were very reasonable when it came to my final bill. Thank you so much!

Very informative, non-judgemental and friendly staff. Only issue is they are low on staff right now so available appointment times are a little far out. It is beyond their control but still an issue

I always have a great experience bring my two cats here! Dr Chris Martin is amazing! She takes extra care and is very gentle and professional! I have recommended this place to all my friends! Thank you for continuing to care for my babies!

Horrible customer service from their reception, called looking for critical medicine for my dog that is back ordered. Despite having stock and my vet indicating they could send the prescription they refused to dispense the medication. Sad that a pets health isn’t a priority at this clinic. Thankfully was able to find another clinic with the medicine in stock that does care about the health of animals and not just making money off patients.

The vets here are AWESOME! Dr Chris is amazing. They really do care about our fur babies. Do not try to push unnecessary things to make money. Lucy and Rikki love going there. Doesn't hurt that the girls get extra cuddles and snacks too!

As new caretakers of a 13 week old Newf, who is a lovely handful, Animal Hospital of Stoney Creek has been amazing! They have walked us through a number of items and have been understanding, supportive, responsive and effective. Can't say enough! Came highly recommended to us, and we highly recommend!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for any animal and we willbe returning. Our rabbit was given the best of care and even went above and beyond with the home care and pain medication. Thanks again!

So far I have only picked up prescription food for my cat a few times. Prices are expensive, staff seems friendly.

Dr. Chris was absolutely lovely. As processes have changed, they do everything to make you and your pets comfortable. I arrived anxious, and with the first call to discuss the pups, that anxiety was gone.
They treated my pups like the spoiled dogs they are LOL

I was here for years, however once I got a puppy and had to come more frequently for shots and what not. I realized I don't find the service good. I did not agree with what the vet was saying always. I found this place to be OVERLY pushy about getting my pup fixed to the point where that is why I left. As the dogs owner, I know after being told 5+ times that they can go into heat at anytime. It was getting repetitive and seemed money hungry. And their prices compared to my new vet are outrageous. The energy just wasn't right.

Veterinarians and reception staff are very nice and helpful. They really take their time to help you and they care about you and your fur babies. Wish I went here a long time ago.

I had my cat for 5 years, and paid 200-300$ every 1-2 years for checkups and shots. My cat got very sick, and they were all booked up, so we went to another vet. The other vet was surprised that we weren't aware that he had diabetes. I had lost my cat to this, as his diabetes over the years led to kidney, and pancreas disease. I wish this place would have done a more thorough check-up with the amount of money that we paid. I am just very disappointed and sadden, that maybe I could have spent more time with my beloved cat.he was only 11 years of age.

Our Yorkishon Hapi has been going to the Animal Hospital of Stoney Creek for 10 years! All the Vets are attentive and caring! I never specify which Vet to see, as Hapi gets the best care available from them all! The support staff is very kind and accommodating, explaining issues and getting an appointment as quickly as possible! Highly Recommend this Clinic for your pet!

They have a care plan that they want you to pay for. I find it unnecessary and expensive so I switched vets. If you are a person who goes above and beyond with healthcare for your pet this might be better for you.

Always look forward to seeing staff - they're so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Chris is the most wonderful veterinarian we've ever had.so genuine, caring and passionate about animals! Upon moving further away, we chose to remain under their care - totally worth the commute.

We have been taking our animals here for over 30 years. The staff is honest, compassionate, caring, efficient. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our animals.

One of our dogs is very timid and they are always so patient and kind with her. We never feel rushed and all of our questions are answered without judgment.
