Ann Nails & Spa

In this salon I gotten terrible toe nail fungus, they are used DIRTY tools and equipment that did not disinfect them.
And now I have to treat it.
I'll never go back there.
Do NOT recommend.

I’ve been a customer of Ann’s Nails for years. I have always received excellent and professional services from them. They are accommodating with last minute appointments as well. I get my nails done by Lily who is wonderful and incredibly skilled and my lashes done by Ann who is great at working with fine, short and sparse lashes. Especially mine, as they slowly grew back after my chemo treatments. I would recommend recommend Ann’s Nails & Spa

Terrible customer service that will leave you with a severe eye infection (or worse), and money out of your pocket.

They don’t care about you or your well-being.

As a first time visitor I was very impressed how well they did my pedicure. She understood exactly what I wanted and did a perfect job! Will go back for sure. It was also very busy, but they still take me without an appointment. I really appreciated that. Thank you ladies.

They do a great job and very friendly.but there prices went up $5 each service for mani and pedi.

Amazing service! Beautiful and wonderful owner, Ann even gave me a slipper because I didn’t want to wear my sweaty socks back!

Tina always does what you ask and will suggest or show you other things. Always a great experience

The worst service i received today from a girl.named mimi shes the worst no care no attention my money went down the drain honestlyy im so dissapointed in todays service the 7th of july 2022, she didnt even soend uoto 10mins giving me apedicure honestly im so mad with todays sevice i think next yime i will.pick people that will give me attention, because i used to.come here atleast once a month they have amazing staffs eg tina for pedicure and ann for manicure like i said next time i will choose myself

I have been getting my nails done at Ann’s for 4 years now. Great place, prices, staff and services. They are very friendly and accomodating. I love Snow, Kim, Tina & Ann’s hospitality & nail work.

Pricing is good, service is good.
As a customer, when I come to an establishment for service that’s what I want, I don’t want any employee telling me what to do next time
Unless they’re paying for the services.
Just do what the customer asks and everything should be ok.

The place was clean and they were not busy. The work was good but I have a but on one of my toe from the Tech which has yet to heal.

This place was terrible. I got a nail infection from them not cleaning the nail equipment properly. First and last time ever going there.

Modern and soft Interior touches makes for a good spot to relax while having your nails done. Lovely to have manicure and pedicure with good quality polish.

I got my nails done Thursday and theyve already peeled off. I usually get my nails done here and I've never had them come off so quickly. I've had to work extra hours that i havent had time to go to them but when i called all they could say was "when you come we will see". I expect better from this place because i dont usually have these problems and no, its not because my nails are too short. I need a new manicure and i think it would be unfair to pay. The first two pictures were the same night i had gotten them done and the last two pictures are from last night. That leave ONLY a 4 day gap.

Staff is somewhat nice came to fix a nail with bio gel the nail looks awful the nail polish application is bad can see all the brush strokes.

Came here to get my shellac removed and manicure and pedicure. The staff are Very friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with them not cleaning the pedicures bowls (rinsing with water is not sufficient). I saw this as I was getting a pedicure. Once the colour was applied to both my nails and feet, the nail polish for BITH colours was old and did not apply well. I had an event to go to in an hour and had no time to fix the issue. I also did not want mention anything in front of other customers, so I on called on the way home. They indicated I could return and they would fix. Unfortunately I was unable to return. And they indicated they would fix it. I appreciate them willing to fix the situation but was not overall happy with the quality of polish. I have had shellac here, and had better luck with shellac.

I’ve been on the hunt for years to find a nail shop that doesn’t get distracted by speaking in their own language & judging you & neglecting providing good service.this is definitely the place. The communication is very good, professionalism is on par & the shellac on my natural hand & toe nails are always very good. And you don’t need to worry about which technician you get, they’re all very good. Owners are very nice in addition to there staff & it’s reasonably priced with access to wifi!

They are amazing here! I got gel nails and extensions for $45, which is a really good price. Staff is friendly, will definitely be coming back:)

Must just depend on the nail tech but my experience today was the worst I’ve had. Got acrylics for the second time in my life and my tech wasn’t personalble, very rough with tools (made me bleed) and wasn’t nice. Then at the end when I went to pay the price was obscure because I got shellac without saying I wanted it. Got my shoulders shrugged at by the same tech who did a wonderful job on my nails, but didn’t like the fact I had to call a parent for more money because of something I didn’t agree on or even want. Also, my thumb also has a nice cut on it and it hurts to even type this. Don’t know how long it will be before I’m back there.
