Good quality sweets, samosa and pakora. Friendly staff, they were patient and answered my questions about the sweets.
Should mention, I went in morning when they opened.

I ordered take away twice expecting it to be good. I was craving sweets a lot and ordered jalebi and samosa. Samosa was good but jalebi was soo bad. There was literally a smell of some cheap oil coming from it while I ate

After a week I ordered balushahi and vada pav thinking this should atleast be good. Worst balushahi I have ever tasted. Don't buy from here please! Literally oil dripping out of balushahi and same kind of some cheap oil smell coming from it. Like seriously? That's how an authentic balushahi is made? We pay more amount on the take out food from the actual price we pay at the restaurant plus service fees, delivery fees and so on, and this is what we get?
Never going to buy anything from here again.
Ps- I gave two starts only for samosa and vada pav. Sweets are horrible here

I have ordered Kaju Katli from this shop. Worst Kaju katli I have ever seen. It was smelling so bad even before opening the box. Total waste of money. Do not go for this restaurant

This place used to be a great place to eat but my last couple of visits were less than stellar.

Gullab jamun products stay away from them stale and no good.

I have been a loyal patron of this restaurant for over a decade, and even though it has changed ownership and prices have seen a significant increase, the quality has remained consistently excellent. I couldn't be happier about that! In fact, I'm thrilled to see that they have expanded their range of delectable sweets, offering even more variety than before. One aspect that truly sets this restaurant apart is its commitment to being a pure vegetarian establishment.

Worst service and products. I drove from Markham to get gulab jaman and jalebi for my wife for iftar in ramadhan.
They sold stale and dry gulab jaman and jalebi which reeks of stale oil.
I mentioned it to the salesperson who lied that both are fresh. I was fasting so I couldn't taste.
Never going there again!

This place is good for hot evening snacks and samosas. However I have found the quality of sweets have been going down for sometime now. Also varities are becoming less and less. Hope they can keep up quality

Food is great like always but I guess owner was in a bad mood and saw the lack of customer service in him. Otherwise staff was exceptionally good.

Ordered Channa bhatura! Worst Channa bhatura I can ever think of. It doesn't look like bhatura at all and is more of a pita bread! It is very thick and undercooked. Few bites are enough take you sick. Channa are cold and not freshly made.

This THE place for tasty samosas. I have been coming here for 20+ years and while the price may have gone up a little they have never cut corners on quality. Friendly staff and excellent quality and service keep me coming back. I'm now living in Pickering and still making the drive to Annapurna's.

The most racist shop I have ever been too. The staff over there treat south and North Indians differently. This is something which was experienced by my friends as well. So u guys lost a bunch of customers. The lady handling the front counter has no customer service skills.

Pakoras and Rasgulla were amazing. These 2 things reminded me of my childhood. Would not recommend jalebi, malai chop and cham cham.

After a while I bought breakfast (halwa puri, Chana n aloo curry) and surprised that quality is bad. Even puris were thin parathas not real one. Hopeless. Is it under same management which was decade ago.

The worst place. We came here very first time and 4 people were sitting doing nothing. 1 girl served us and missed part of our order which we realized when we came home. Upon calling the store and complaining to the one of the female employees all she said was “ Oh “. Lazy useless people makes a business worse than it may be. The food was okish but combined with the service, never going to come back again. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Went to try sweets as one of my friends recommended long back.don't know whether they changed the chef, I didn't like it.the samosa was bland no taste, no salt or spicy.then badushah, that was used to be my fav Indian sweet.but after trying here, my heart just broke along with my home wall.it was literally a rock.even my amateur Diwali badusha looked, felt, tasted better.the only good thing was gulab jamun, small in size but good.

I used to go here as a kid 20 years ago, after the original team left.this place is not good. Their mithayi is not good. Their samosa is mundane.

I bought two packs of mixed sweets. One was for gifting to one of my colleagues and the other one was for me. Honestly speaking, it was the worst sweets I have ever had. Thank God, I tried them before gifting the pack.
It was such a waste of money!

The Kaju katli can definitely use some good quality cashews next time as I could taste some bitterness in the once that I got here.

Visited many places in Scarborough for veg food but I would suggest this restaurant is in my top 5 places to visit. Variety of Indian sweets available.

Good food.but extremely stingy on chutney.

16 samosas and 2 lbs of pakoras plus sweets.

And you get 1 chutney. If you ask for more they think you are asking for their own blood.

AMS never disappoints. Craving for samosas this morning, we found ourselves at AMS within no time. Also a big fan of their parathas which are always prepared to order. The icing on the cake is the curd that accompanies parathas. As far as I can sense, its their homemade curd which is extremely hard to find in any store. Next visit due soon:)

This place is not same as before I guess the owner changed I am customer for this place over 20 years. I got sweets it was not eat able some other stuff was same pokora was too salty not eat able. Will not go ever wasted my money

Food is great! The Customer service could be better. My experiences recently was not that great. The front staff didn't give me any tamarind sauce that supposed come with my order of Samosas. So, I had ask them and then she was not willing to give the right portion which supposed to come with my dozen samosas. I was supposed get 1 serving of sauce for each two samosas. At first, she didn't give me any and when asked she pretended and said that oh I would have given if u asked. Well, in my opinion I didn't have to ask. I believe. Anyways, eventually she gave the sauces with a little hesitance. The thing I have paid for 12 samosa and I was supposed to get 6 servings of sauce. Well, I hope the customer service gets better. I have come to this location for many times so you gotta know how treat ur customers. Very important.

I always buy samosas from here. It was fresh, warm and crunchy, only samosas need more taste, and good customer service with new management. I recommended people to buy

Do not think even think about going there as they are big black spot/mark on the name of Indian mithai.as there mithai is stale, old and taste seriously awful.

Stay away from this place and do not waste your hard money over there as there mithai or, any other food does not deserve even 1 cents of your.

I placed a catering order of appetisers at this place and was highly satisfied with the quality. Excellent customer service from Manager Mohit! He helped clarify many questions I had regarding my order. Highly recommend this place!

Worst food every. I ordered Kaju Katli and Chole bature. The food came with black fungus kind of thing in it. Worst food and worst restaurant.

I tried Ladoos from here. What disgusting ladoos were those. Massive size and dipped in sugar not even the colour were right as ladoo. Shouldn't have kept their name mikhail shoppe cuz they don't know anything about mithai

Great place for freshly cooked north Indian vegetarian food! Order ahead as can get busy during meal times.

Came by the shop and told them that I am hungry and vegan, I had unlimited choices and such generous portions. Chole Bhatura was great and their huge samosa’s are 1$ and come with cool water and sweet/spicy sauce. Also bought dry snacks and so flavorful and a great value, took a pound home of a couple mixed snacks. I really appreciate how accommodating they were to my dietary needs. Good gulabjamuns and jalebi.their chaats are also very gud.choley bhaturey was very bad though.

I have ordered moti choor laddu, ras malai and rasgulla. All the three items were worst ever i tasted in my life. Laddu was burnt and charcoal

Food and samosas didn’t taste like anything, we bought 3 samosas and touched only one, sweets are somewhat okay. Went to this place after watching some tik tok videos but totally disappointed with the quality of the food. No plan for a revisit, please try to improve the food taste.

Tried this shoppe for the 2nd time, 1st time the mithai was awfully sour (barfi). But I thought that might've been one off. Trying other 2 variations now leaves no doubt that this is one of the most awful tasting Indian sweet place in GTA. Not recommended.

I ordered mooli paratha, samosa and sweet lassi. While samosa was okayish, paratha and sweet lassi were really good. I really liked the quantity of curd and pickle which came along with paratha too. Really happy with the order

Ordered Bhel puri and Chat papri. Bhel puri was terribly sweet and there was nothing in it except puffed rice and Sweet chutney. Chat papri was ok although not great (also terribly sweet).

Same with Jelebi and other malai sweets. Overall disappointing experience.

Tried sweets and samosa chaat so far and it’s the best I have tried in Toronto till date.
Owner is very humble.

Tasteless sweets I ever had!

I was tempted to try their sweets for a long time and ordered for delivery through DoorDash today.

What I received were on the verge of expiry and smelled really bad. I don't think anyone can make this worse even by intention. Bought rasagula, jalebi and assorted Bengali sweets that came with 1 Koya and chum chum and something else. Milk Koya was okay and rest were literally disaster. What a way I have ended my weekend!

Totally disappointing.

Useless sweets or should I say unsweetened sweets! Highly disappointing. Sandesh were bland and so were other 'chena' sweets. The place is over hyped. Much better sweet shops in the GTA - Embassy / Rajdhani / Samosa & Sweet Factory, Sweet Mahal etc. Try only once at your risk and decide for yourself!

HANDS DOWN BEST SAMOSA IN TOWN. OWNERS HAS CHANGE BUT THE FLAVOUR IS THE SAME. NEW OWNERS ARE MUCH BETTER COMMUNICATING AND THE RESTAURANT LOOKS MUCH CLEANER.

Service is good but just one complaint is that one guy who seems to be the owner was not wearing masks (Heavy built and bald guy). When you are working so hard to provide best services why can't you provide a safety environment too. I love to visit you guyz and I will in future too but just request you to make sure that you follow safety measures. Thank you for your service

The NEW ONWERS Destryed the store. They dont have any experience with the sweets and making horrible taste sweets They have trashed the old owner's receipes. The new onwership is a total disaster and wooud be out of business soon. Also they appears using out of date and cheap ingredients. They Dont know how to make mitahi and what ingredients should be used in making mithai.

It would appear it's a new management and quality is not there. Not returning but hope Mr. Sharma you will open another one soon.

The quality has gone down significantly after the owner changed. I was surprised to see all the staff is new too. Miss the samosa's and parathas from the old shop.

I used to come to this place to buy mithai and if someone were to ask me two years ago I would definitely recommend this place - NOT ANYMORE! I recently bought mithai and it's safe to say I will not be returning. The rasgulla were so stale, had an expired taste to it, and had a funky smell. The barfi was so hard, too! I have to say, the service/goods has downgraded since.

First visit was great, food was fresh and sweets were amazing. Second time around, the food was old and cold and the sweets seemed as of they had been there for more then a few days

Would only recommend having samosa with tamarind sauce. Desserts are stored for long which was evident by the taste.

I used visit this place for last 19 years and I used to enjoy food but my last few visits are not good experience. Management has changed and quality of food has declined.

It's new management and not nice food is not the same.they really dont know how to behave and old management have delicious food and serving.really disappointed.

Avoid sweets!
We bought Besan Ladoo and Peda couple of days ago. While the Peda was edible, the Besan Ladoos were really bad. There are plenty of places serving much better Indian sweets. They really need to up the taste

It is good but not great I recemend just asking for a little bit of everything and alot of daal and bread to dip over all meh

The place is being recently renovated with digital board, better table to sit etc, I visit them often. The manager / owner are nice and they great and treat well.

The food is good and I liked it. But I would recommend for thali, dishes served are cold/ not fresh at times. If the food can preserved hot it will taste much better.

They now have a daily special item, but all the days it’s poori with some side dish except Friday. I would recommend to bring different options for these days, so it can attract people to try all your specialities.

A regular stop for us at Warden and Ellesmere to pickup samosas, jalebis, and burfee. All good and reasonably priced

It has been a few years since I visited. I have been promoting this shop as having the best Rasmalai on earth. I stopped by past Sunday and was totally disappointed. The rasmalai used to be in a rich flavourful creamy milk sauce - to die for. Now it is sweeten watery milk. I've had milk cake at this location and many other shops - the taste and look is similar everywhere - except what I had on Sunday. Their milk cake is now a burfi.

I did enjoy the Paapri Chaat but won't go back.

As we have new owners of the shops, food and Sweets are much better now and a few more additions of snacks

We bought kachori and jilebi. The samosa were too soft to be called kachoris. The filling was almost missing and too pricy for the quality provided. The jilebi were tasting old with some typical oil flavour to it. We took it for our office party and everyone just did not like it

The standard has gone down. The mithai was not as good as it used to be and the food was average

Quality is going down. Price is going up. Taste is not consistent. The plaza drive way is having BIG pot holes time to repair this summer.

I have been going to this place for more than ten years. They have maintained their excellent quality and unique flavor. I Love their channa bhatura, samosa and mithai. The owner is very welcoming and polite and would like to give you insight into different items and their ingredient if you are their for first time. Also love their saag and Maki roti

This place serves sweetmeats typically a taste of India. The gentleman who served me was very polite and polished. Their price is extremely fair. The taste of the sweetmeats are good, and the variety is big.

One of the best Sweets Shops in the town. Excellent samosa really. Freshly prepared and tasty. Attentive staff, very helpful and polite. Owner Kabir is a Great man!
