I have always enjoyed getting my plants at Anna's and my vegetables for the planting season but in the early summer I bought two gooseberry plants that said thornless and I asked the person that worked there if they were indeed thornless and they assured me they were. Well fast forward.they are covered with annoying painful thorns which makes the plant a pain to have. They tell me all sales are final.that shouldn't be the case with false advertisement. I Should be able to choose to either bring the two plants in and they give me a full refund or I can pick two other plants of equal value. That would be good customer service and business integrity towards a faithful cliental.

They have a wide variety of plants and flowers. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind and efficient. Would recommend this place to everybody.

Little bit pricey, but the plants are pretty! Their big basil plants are my go-to. Definitely worth a visit!

They have beautiful gift ideas and home decor as well as the most beautiful healthy plants. Some is pricey but there is something for everyone.

Great set of greenhouses to add colour and life to your home. Huge variety, lots of quantity and reasonable prices. When it is busy expect a wait at.the cashier.

Love this place, became a member because their selection is to die for. I recently found some dream plants that I didn't expect to find in the area. Their hanging baskets are also great. Truly wonderful garden center, love their tropicals

I drive from windsor to Anna’s every year. Everything about this nursery is beautiful. They always have such beside arrangements.

Beautiful flowers and great help from staff on how much sun is required for each type of flower.

Outstanding selection of house plants, including things I’ve never seen before like potted eucalyptus and mini leaf fiddle. Excellent quality and best value I have encountered anywhere! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the plants.

The plants here were gorgeous and for good prices. Loved walking around and looking at all the variety of plants. I can't wait to come back!

The worst online shopping experience my friend and I have ever had. In one order we had: shipping delays, wrong plants, damaged plants & missing plants. Annas partially refunded some things but ignored our reply asking why we paid almost $60 for the fastest shipping when the boxes didn't arrive until 5 days after the label was created. Not to mention that we paid to ship a box we never got. They didn't reply to that email, so I left a Facebook review. They said someone would be in touch, that was over a week ago & they haven't been. After a comment on an Instagram post they said someone would reach out. Once again they haven't.

Their social media has more than a couple of comments about online orders going poorly.
In my experience once their customer service feels like an problem is resolved they just ghost you while someone else promises they will be in touch. It's embarassing.

I’m here to update my review. I placed my order online. 3 plants were not received in the package. They sent me the 3 plants after. The plants are healthy. Black velvet looks a little bit frustrated after long trip. But stem is really strong. I believe it will recover soon. Hopefully, they will reply email faster in the future.

Amazing customer service both in-store and online.
Have purchased beautiful houseplants here multiple times- 'regular' ones and 'rare' ones and have not been disappointed once.
If shipping, plants have always arrived in immaculate condition. Very healthy and well packaged. If you're considering buying from here, go ahead and do it! You won't be disappointed.

So busy.like really busy.but the best Customer Service, super helpful and friendly. They work very hard. The have great prices on what you get.

Lots and lots of choices. But very few good annuals and very busy given the current covid restrictions. We didn't feel very safe.

Wonderful place, the flowers are amazing. Marlene is so knowledgeable and passionate about her work. The quality and selection is second to none! If you haven't been there, please go, you will be amazed!

Lovely experience each time I visit. Good selection of plants with many nice things in their gift shop area. I buy all my natural soaps here.

The main plant we placed the order for didn't come, ordered 2 pep frost and got 2 watermelon pep (which we both already own), and 2 x philos and neon pothos definitely suffered cold damage.
Have emailed twice only to get automated responses.
I'll be sure to update my review if/when I hear from them but at this point I've got a table full of sad/unwanted plants.

Huge selection on Christmas decorations and poinsettias, house plants and various other home decorations displayed. Plants looks healthy and vibrant. Frequent customer accounts get $ 20 off on birthdays and customer loyalty discounts too.

I have for many years been going to Anna‘s Flowers for my bedding plants. An incredible selection and excellent quality. This year I decided to look at the Christmas selection they offer. In a word I was amazed at the beautiful greenhouse and decor offerings they have at Christmas. The poinsettias are absolutely stunning and the displays are just beautiful. Not only is this a lovely place to visit but it also has a fantastic staff and owners that treat customers the way they should be treated. A trip to Anna’s will never disappoint you.

Unique home decor and gift ideas. Good places for succulents. I've done several of their decor/craft classes and find them interesting and worth the time and cost.

When I visit Kingsville I enjoy going and browsing home decor store to get ideas about home decorating and if I see something I like it comes home with me.

Anna's garden is a delight for the senses! The selection and variety is incredible! The staff were friendly, abundant and knowledgeable! Even though the checkout area was murderously hot and sweltering, the staff greeted us with smiles jokes and were quick and efficient. Come early as it will be congested and the line grows quickly.

Best plants around! Great quality. Dont let the long long line during peak hours scare you off, they move the line very quickly.

I was looking for an accent piece or two at Anna's Garden outside of Kingsville ON. There were so many great pots and sculptures I couldn't decide right away! I took many pictures to look at when back at the house.
What a great place for plants, accents, pots, clothing and gifts! And, a kitchen place with every gadget under the sun!
Plan to spend some time here!

Huge selection of tropical plants was shocked by the selection, Colasanti's was my go to for tropical plants but not anymore.

Love their workshops, all they have to offer (flowers, gifts, food!) and the staff is always so friendly & helpful.

The best flower and Garden greenhouses in Essex County. Better selection and better prices than most other greenhouses in the area. So many staff members all eager to help. They even help find you a parking spot. In the last few years they have added some home decors and gift items, but not too many. It's still mostly plants unlike another well known greenhouse. They also have some fresh produce and herbs in their Farm to Fork section.

Annas is my go to place for gifts, flowers and fresh produce. Always nicely arranged and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
