Annex Medical Imaging

Came on a Saturday afternoon for a chest X ray and had no wait time! The X ray tech Vinay was very kind and good with instructions. The folks at the reception desk were also very nice.

Would definitely come back if I ever need another X ray in the future.

Went in a week before booking my follow up with my doctor and, was told my family doctor would get the ultrasound results in 3-4 days. Doctor still hadn't received the radiologist's report, so I was stuck dealing with unexplained abdominal pain. Would've been better to go to the hospital to get this done. At least my family doctor would've gotten the results in better time so we could figure out why I'm sick.

EDIT: my family doctor told me to go to ER and not wait in pain for the results from this clinic. Went to ER on Monday - just 6 days after going to Annex Medical Imaging. ER asked me to come back on Tuesday for my ultrasound at the hospital. Gallstone issue. Was in so much pain by Thursday I was back in ER again. I'm now at home recovering from surgery.

Called ahead and was assured they could do a BMD on me despite me being under the age of 20. Get there and the tech tells me they can't.

Came for X-rays. They were on time, pleasant, professional, and answered all my questions. Would recommend.

The desk staff is extremely helpful. So, two stars for that. However, the new ultrasound technician isn't the best. Given the vulnerability of such tests, she could have communicated better. I didn't know for how long the exam would take, when would we be done, and it was also hurtful. I think she is new and her English isn't the best. Also, she didn't treat me well. My appt was at 9 o'clock. I was seen at 9.30 o'clock. She was in the room when I was changing, which was extremely uncomfortable. I will need to find another place

A good place for quick x-rays. I was in and out in only 10 minutes or so. The front desk staff and x-ray technician were friendly and helpful, highly recommend for quick x-rays.

Very exceptional, professional service. I've been here a couple of times and have on both occasions found the staff to be professional and friendly. Results are delivered in a timely manner.

Horrible experience came 8 minutes late and they made me wait a whole hour to then not do any of my tests technician has zero flexibility waste of my day

The technician was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Very polite staff at the front desk. Overall a calm environment considering how busy they were. Would definitely come here again

If you want to get your x-ray done in like literally 2 minutes come here! Make an appt first. They had same-day appointments. Thank you.

Excellent service! I was there for x-ray. They can do it within 30 mins. I didn’t have to wait long. The technician is great. She is very good at her job!
