Massage by Elena was a complete disappointment. Not only was the ambiance lacking, but the massage itself was subpar. It felt rushed and lacked any therapeutic value. Elena seemed disinterested and unprofessional throughout the session. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Annex RMT is amazing, and I have been going to Maria Lee Sheng there for shiatsu/acupuncture for years. My whole family uses Annex RMT for massage, acupuncture, physio and chiro. All the therapists are great, so you can’t go wrong. The clinic is friendly, clean and accessible. I highly recommend it!

My family and I have always had a great experience here, with a number of the therapists. It’s a nice comfortable environment for kids and adults.

Have been going to Roger for a while and I can’t say enough great things about him! Super professional and knows his stuff! He always spends extra time with me during and after sessions to chat about stretches and other advice for my neck and back issues. Could not recommend Roger enough!

I've been coming to Annex RMT for regular massage appointments for a little over a year now. I've received massages from Kevin, Jacqueline and Elena, who all have slightly different techniques but have all been friendly and knowledgeable. So I would 100% recommend any one of those three for an appointment.

Just had my first treatment with Bibi who was exceptional. The 90mins was over much too quickly. My work is very physical and I cycle quite a bit, I was in bad shape going in and feel like a whole new person now. Thank you Bibi for all the extra tips and suggestions, I’m on the way to recovery better than expected thanks to you.

Kevin makes dreams happen. He is so great at what he does. From RMT to PT, his feedback, advice and technique was so helpful and healing. I've had a few great experiences at Annex RMT (most, if not all the other RMTs are wonderful, too) and could not recommend it enough.

Overall the place was good, but my RMT was way too pushy. Elena kept aggressively asking different questions and getting me to buy the package. This place is way too expensive and space makes you feel like you are in some cheap place.

Lucas is very knowledgeable, he helps me with my neck and lower back pain and provide exercise guidance.friendly and easy booking online. I must say he's the best I've seen and I was absolutely blown away by his service/his expertise and would highly recommend him! I'm so grateful to have come across his practice. He uses techniques I've never seen used before and they are highly effective immediately, had a great massage.

Highly recommended. I made a 45-minutesmassage appointment because of neck and shoulder pain. I was greeted by name when I arrived. My RMT (Roger) thoroughly asked about and listened to the description of my situation. He carefully assessed my posture and how I moved before sharing his observations. He focused his treatment on the issues he identified, explaining as what he was doing. This was no fall-asleep massage. At the end of my treatment, he gave me tips about my work set-up and taught me new stretches. I left feeling great, relieved and mindful about what I needed to do to get better. I’ll be back!
