Totally unprofessional. Requested a test with a doctor’s referral. Had to follow up five times to get a returned call.

When they did call they simply refused to offer the test and said that foreign laws prevented them from providing the test. Offered no options or assistance. Avoid.

Dr. Dixon told me that I have less than 5% chance of pregnancy, we had an IVF with genetic test… all failed, she wants us to try again we didn’t accept…. One year later I conceived naturally. My beautiful healthy happy baby is 15 months old now.don’t believe when they say you are old and you can’t… they only want your money, find the problem and never give up…

We heard about Dr. Dixon from a friend after trying to create our family for 7 years. We had previously worked with two clinics. I had zero hope left when we walked through the doors on our first visit. Then, we met Dr. Dixon. She spoke to me like a human being and was incredibly empathic about our story. I walked away from our intro meeting not only with hope and a new plan, but a true advocate. The nurses, the labs and the u/s techs were consistently wonderful. They were rooting for us. After two rounds of IVF, we welcomed our daughter in 2019 and our son in 2022. Her and Anova will forever be part of our birth story. My only regret is she hasn't met the kids yet between Covid and life. I can't wait for that day!

Horrible horrible service. Make sure you double check every medication. They constantly mix everything up, zero accountability, nasty behaviour and never stick to a schedule.

Frequent communications issues. Stressful experience for me and my partner with little feeling of empathy or care from the clinic and it's staff.

Unprofessional, rude, zero communication, we were constantly in the dark and disrespected by the staff. I would never recommend this clinic. This process is already difficult and emotional; to add to that stress with staff that treat you so poorly is unacceptable.
