Ive been with Dr Gupta now for about 2 years wonderful doctor. The waits are a bit long but worth it.

I wish I could give them a zero. Every time I book an appointment, the doctor sees me an hour after the scheduled time, and when I complain, they respond in a very disrespectful manner. They don’t care about you and your time, so if your time is valuable to you, avoid them.

Walk-in says they are open at 9am however when we came receptionist was rude and said that dr. Doesn’t come in till 10 am and has other patients.

Amazing staff and doctors especially Dr. Gupta very caring doctor who takes time to listen! Front desk is amazing. Lady at the front very helpful, been there twice have not experinced anything like what others have described! Will definitely be going back. Thanks Ansley Grove!

I am not sure what happened to this clinic? Before covid this clinic was a god sent. Professional, organized and courteous. Appointments were booked and you were seen with 15mins. Now everyone seems to have the same time slot for appointment and you are left waiting for over 2 hours. I had an appointment with a certain doctor and was left waiting like I mentioned for over 2 hours. Finally called and left even waiting longer in a room. Doctor finally shows up - walks in, singing a tune, no apologies and has the back to me the whole time while inputting things into the computer that had nothing to do with me. Asks me to repeat myself, I repeat the whole conversation and writes me a prescription and off I go. I say have a good day and this doctor says "ya, ya, ya" I don't want to name the doctor but I can honestly say this is not the same person I knew. It is very unfortunate that it has come to this. I know after covid it has not been easy but it's not too much to ask to be take a bit more seriously.

So grateful for this amazing walk-in clinic in Vaughan. I've been a patient of a Dr Bimsel’s clinic for 3 years. I couldn't speak more highly of Dr Bimsel and the rest of his staff. Dr B takes the time to really understand any issues I have had and has always been super helpful. The receptionists are also super friendly and work efficiently to manage the the long wait times. Although at times the wait has been long, it is worth it as the Dr really takes the time to determine the root of my concerns.

I had an excellent, above average, comprehensive and friendly experience coming into the clinic. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I did not wait long. Dr. Gupta is the epitome of a great doctor. I’m so thankful to find this place. The pharmacy attached handled my needs quickly and with care. Highly recommend this place

If I could rate zero I would.
I recently had an extremely negative experience here due to the abhorrent behavior of one of their doctors. The doctor in question demonstrated blatant racism towards other patients of color. Not only did they dismiss their symptoms, but they also made insensitive and offensive comments about their race. It is deeply concerning that a healthcare provider would display such unacceptable behavior, and I strongly urge the hospital to take action to address this issue and ensure that all patients are treated with respect and dignity. I would not recommend the centre to anyone who values inclusivity and diversity.

VERY BAD PHCYCATRIST EVER, WASSIM SOLIMAN HIS GIVE ME WRONG MEDICATION AS PER MY FAMILY DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT.
AFTER THIS MEDICATION I TRAYING TO KILL MY SELF AND IN 2 VISIT HE IN FIRST TIME TRAIED TO TOOK MY PERMISSION TO THE 2 PEPOPLE UNDER TRAINING TO SEAT WITH US BUT IAM REFUSED!
IN SECOND TIME HE ASK THE GIRL TO SEAT WITH US WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION.

Dr. Hamid Bimesle was EXTRIMELY unprofessional and horrible “not sure if he is a doctor”! Dosn’t know anything! World’s worst front desk service with nasty attitude. They don’t even worth $14.00 an hour. Needless procedures

The most caring receptions, doctors and staff! I am living at vaughan area (maple and woodbridge) for over 15 years and experienced few clinics. Ansley grove medical center is one of the best! Easy access to medical record, wonderful doctors and friendly staff

If I could give them a negative star I would! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected more than when I visited here. As I walked by the walk in clinic to see how long the line is I went to the convenient store next-door to get a drink while I wait but as I was going to the convenience store I noticed a lady come out of the walk-in clinic and began to stare at me and follow me. No I didn’t make much of it then I proceeded to get my drink at the store and go back to the walk-in clinic. However as I try to open the door I seen a different lady close the door and hold her hand there as if she was preventing me to enter. Me standing there confused wondering what’s going on she then walks away to go get the other lady that was staring at me outside. The lady begins to ask me if I’m looking for someone I tell her no I wanna come inside to see a doctor she asked if I had an appointment I told her no and keep in mind that all of this conversation is happening through a shut door while other patients are inside staring at me and hearing our whole conversation. She then began to ask for my ID I showed her my ID but when I asked her what this was about she began to say she does this with every client. But right before I attempted to walk in I’ve seen an older white male enter with no trouble and I was right behind him but I got greeted with a door slammed in my face. Safe to say that i felt targeted because of my skin colour. Nonetheless the Service here is extremely poor and I advise nobody to go there especially anybody from a different race.

The customer service here is amazing, very professional, from the owners to the reception to the drs to the pharmacy, I will be coming here from now and recommend it to family and friends. Me and my family were very well taken care of

My doctor recently ritired after i had him for 40 years they assigned me to another doctor that you have to go through a portal in order to get an appointment being a senior and not a computer savy it was very difficult for me to get used to this system after 40 years of dealing with a doctor that wasn’t using all this computer technology and listening to all my medical issues so I switched to ansley grove medical centre and met dr bimesl and his secretary he takes time to listen to your concerns and takes time to explain to you all your questios and his secretary is awesome she answer the phone and books all your appointments in a very politely way in this computer age society it’s hard to find a doctor and secretary to give you personal care so I highly recommend this clinic and especially dr bimsel and all his staff

If I could rate this place zero I would. The worst clinic ever. I was in urgent need to see a doctor and that is why there is walk in clinic when our family doctor is not available. June 24 I did a test at this clinic to be sent to the lab. 2 weeks past without hearing anything! I called and was told oh we have not received the result from the lab it’s strange, will call them and let you know. Another day passed, called them again and was told you haven’t had a test done and after further explanation I was told ok yes we found it the doctor will give you a call today to go over the result and that was last Monday July 11. No one called! I called on Tuesday to see why I did not receive a call, receptionist told me oh dear the doctor was busy and did not have time to call you! Ok but I said at least you give me a call and explain. Test was done 3 weeks ago and I need a treatment cause my symptoms are getting worse! Why would I see a doctor if I don’t need to? ! Why I do a test and you don’t follow up with lab first snd with patient to give the results? ! And after arguing and defending the doctor she said to me that I’m not understandable and being rude. At the end she said will leave an urgent not to call you on Thursday (after 2 days) and today is Monday July 18 and no one called me.
I called them to ask to fax my result to my family doctor as I didn’t want to speak to this female doctor who does not respect her mission and patient. Receptionist knew me from my name and took my doctor info and was ready yo hang up so I asked her that I’m curious how come doctor did not call me despite the urgent note? She said to me that I’m being very rude as she explained to me how busy the doctor is and was not able to call me! Seriously? !
Then why we are seeing a doctor? If after the visit not treatment or result will be given? She said dear you have your family doctor check with her? I said yes I will now but I saw your clinic doctor and should follow up with me! She said well I don’t know why you came here if you have a family doctor?
Very rude receptionist. I mean as a patient waiting for a treatment of an issue especially being 19 weeks pregnant I would get frustrated but I was never rude I’m just asking question how come they don’t follow up or call. That is my right. She hanged up on me twice saying she doesn’t have time for me.

This place is one of the least professional doctors office i’ve seen. I do have my family doctor here bec it’s convenient however the staff doesn’t acknowledge that your there.i’ve waited always around 2-3 hours for appointments i made ahead of time. Once I had strep (i get it quite often) and they made me wait in the car (thinking it’s covid) and i waited in the car for more than 2 hours.and was passing out from exhaustion and heat.the doctor finally came out to take my temp and swap to tell me i had something i already knew and that i should have mentioned it when the appointment was made (which i did). This place has good doctors however no one communicates properly and the waits are long for literally no reason

I had to find a new family doctor and I was refered to this clinic. Great meet and greet experience. Did not wait long, very organized and friendly staff. Went the next day to do blood work and lovely young lady remembered my name. Excellent experience.

Was referred to my previous family doctor as she was going to be retiring. Love this clinic and everyone in it. They truly do go above and beyond to treat their patients. So kind, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Looks somewhere else. Didn’t bother to read reviews since it was closest to me. Long wait times and doctor useless. Called in to check in wait times and they said just come in we don’t provide any wait times. As soon as I got there the staff working there didn’t even acknowledge us and made us stand for almost 25m before checking in us in at counter. The staff there seem unhappy and grumpy working there like a job they don’t want to be. Waited over 2 hrs for this. As I’ve seen a guy walk out frustrated about the wait. Finally when the doctor was able to see us for a common cold he said you have a cold but we don’t know if you have Covid so you’ll need to do the test. But we can’t find out here. So just take some Tylenol and have a good day.

Booked an appointment to see dermatologist for 1: 10pm. After arrival started waiting from 1: 10pm to 1: 40pm and was still waiting. I left without seeing the doctor. I was waiting patiently for 30min from the actual appointment time.
Don't give out appointments if you cant abide by it. Wasted my time.
They should have informed prior, that they don't manage time or respect others time.
Be ready to waste few hours if you are planning on going there.
This is not the first, but this has happened multiple times.
"People should learn to respect other peoples time"
Also, charge your phone prior or have a battery pack, some snacks and be ready to spend couple of GBs of your phone data.

Worst experience everytime I visit this clinic. Not able to treat my problem at all. And even after booking appointments, I have to wait at least for 1.5 hours at least everytime.

This place is awesome. The doctors really care about patients and they do all kinds of stuff there.

I WENT TO SUNNY BROOK EMERGENCY FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION GREAT HOSPITAL SUNNY BROOK IS! SEEING THIS PLACE IS SO UNEDUCATED AND IS NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING BY GIVIN A CANADIAN CITIZEN MY OWN RIGHT TO SEE A DOCTOR.

These guys are sales reps in lab coats. If they can’t figure out what’s going on with you they try to make you look crazy and laugh about it. Do yourself a favour and find a real Doctor who actually cares to help you. The receptionist is rude and they are pushy to make you switch family doctors. Anything for the money I guess. If you feel that you have something serious, stay away from this place!

I've been to Ansley Grove Medical Centre twice already, and my experience was great! When I first walked in, the receptionist had a smile on her face and greeted me in. Then, I was brought in to a room within a short wait time, and the doctor met all of my needs. My overall experience was great, and I will definitely recommend this clinic to others!

I used to get very anxious about getting blood work done to say the least, however, now with the nurse Nadia it is a great experience! It is quick & painless and it is done with care & compassion. I recommend Ansley Grove Walk-in Clinic Woodbridge.
