Bought a machine and grinder a few months ago. Happy with both and the person who delivered it was friendly. My issue is I bought it from here rather than a shop in Milton (the Milton location was $100 cheaper at the time) because I was under the impression it came with extra items (there was an image of the items on the product page) but apparently it didn't. I have a screenshot of said image. When I contacted them they were very understanding and said they would ship the items, followed up since they never did and I still don't have them. Lowering the rating since they keep saying they will follow up but never do.

Very rude on services, was trying to ask if any portafilter in the store, the guy was not willing to talk and help, extremely impatient, would not recommend this store.

I visited today for the first time to get some info about beans for my machine, the guy that helped me was amazing, so friendly and very knowledgeable, was nice to learn more about my machine, that is my go to place for coffee from now on! Thanks

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They're a bunch of scammers. Bought a $3,000 espresso machine 1.5 years ago, already had to have it serviced twice and neither of the repairs were covered under warranty. Just got my machine back and turned it on to find it still not working properly.

Never coming back to this dump.

What more can be said about the service and selection at Anthony's Espresso. Joe was knowledgeable and honest with us. We learnt more about coffee in 30 minutes than we have our whole lives. Thanks so much Joe!

Everything that i was looking for! I came to this place with a lot of question about what was the best espresso machine for my household. Joe was very patient and friendly, he gave me a tour of all the machines he has explaining me each one of them. If you are not sure which is the best espresso machine for you, or even if you do, this is the place!

I left my DeLonghi fully automatic machine for warranty repair. It has been two and a half weeks and there is no update. When I called Anthony's, I was told it is still waiting to be looked at in the queue. I then callled DeLonghi directly and told them about this service level, DeLonghi said unless Anthony's looks at it, there is nothing DeLonghi can do.

DeLonghi said since Anthony's is the authorized service center in Canada, I cannot send my machine to DeLonghi for warranty repair. DeLongi told me within the US, DeLonghi repairs directly and turns around within one week.

My Saeco machine came back brand new squeaky clean inside and out from this place.

The coffee it started making was 100% better too.

Well worth the investment to get a machine serviced here regularly as recommended.
