Needed ties for a tree. They knew exactly where in the store and showed me different types available.

Well, they have grown up from the smaller family run business they used to be. Still have friendly employees, just different somehow. Have been a customer for over 20 years.

We had someone come by in person for a landscaping quote. They did come by the next day after our call but told us it would take them TWO weeks to generate a quote? !

We wanted one-two trees planted and a fence. We saw on their website if you go to their store, the cashier can quote tree planting on the spot. Guess what we did? Within an hour, we were told that the store would charge $100-150 to plant the tree but since they're outsourcing it now, that company's min charge is $350! The woman at the store was SO much friendlier and helpful than the guy who came by to see us.

In less than an hour, we already learned we could do this ourselves. Who has ever heard a company needing two weeks to quote?

I'd give 5 stars for the lady who helped us and 0 for their landscaping dept

Excellent service, we've used them for over 8 years. Never had a bad thing to say about this business.

Was there for bird seed, took a minute to get some help only because they were busy. Enjoyed looking at all the different things they offered while we waited. Things like outdoor decor, bug traps, bird feeders, gardening tools and of course garden plants of all sorts. Cute little store. The staff is fairly knowledgeable as well.

Tyler came and aerated my lawn and was courteous professional and efficient. He asked if I was happy with the great job he did and even used a leaf blower to move the casting from my driveway and sidewalk. I highly recommend this company!

Requested a quote for a backyard deck with some landscaping. They come over to your house, take your information and then don't even bother quoting. Don't waste your time

Disappointed this year. Couldn't buy products I wanted. Staff offered suggestions but their suggestions weren't for a product for similar purposes. Didn't seem to know products.

If you have a disability, a medical exemption and cannot wear a mask, be aware this place is very discriminatory and extremely rude. They do not even allow you to purchase what you need in the parking lot. They offer no alternative options. Even though this place is outdoors they still illegally refuse service to those who have disabilities.

Great service and always answer the phone when called. Fast curbside pickup. You've got my business going forward. It's nice to support local business during this pandemic.

Well organized place helpful staff. Was the 5th place I visited yesterday looking for peat moss. They were out of the big bags, but one of the staff members remembered they had received a shipment of 9kg smaller bags which they were happy to retrieve for me. I asked for 5. When I got to the till the cashier informed me they were on sale 2 for $10 and would I like to get 4 or they could get an extra for me, I went with 6. Superior experience I will definitely go there in the future

Helpful service called ahead looking for something specific (and succulents liquid food) had it ready next day with a call back to come in and if course found more in its garden center nice variety of garden needs

We had some questions concerning re-seeding our lawn and the young lady who helped us had ALL the answers and some additional suggestions. Very knowledgeable!

Both the Associates who assisted me were very knowledgeable about the products that I was asking about. They were detailed in their answers, provided me options that might assist me. They even told me when an upcoming sale was to occur in the products that I was asking about. While the items were outside my budget I appreciate their time, assistance and knowledge.

My apartment building has used these guys to removed bed bugs and it took 9 treatments for them to be gone and it only lasted a month and the infestation is back we have even followed there technictions advice to have the place ready for them they came in and did a final check said we didnt have them anymore then a month later we had bed bugs back in full force

Dropped off my snow thrower for sole maintenance and the staff were knowledgebase and polite. Not too expensive either for a full service and a full tank of gas after. Lots of spare parts in stock, especially for cub cadet equipment

Great place for all garden products from plants, flowers and soil/ mulch. They also have a tool and equipment repair shop. Prices are reasonable. Staff are extremely helpful and very friendly.

Antlers is one of my favorite places to go. It is a garden centre and much more. Not only do I purchase all my bird feed, feeders and houses I get fish food and ponding supplies. They have a selection of gifts from resin statuary to decor items for your house both indoor and out. They have a good selection of garden supplies. They carry soil, mulch fertilizer, potting supplies and garden tools. There is a wide variety of perennials as well as annuals through the four seasons. They staff is friendly and always ready to help.

This store is truly a hidden gem. Beautiful store and excellent service. Worth the trip even to just look around.

I phoned and asked for a donation for our residents fundraiser and an email. I was treated well. Very friendly. I was given a gift basket for our raffle table. I have shopped there for garden plants and other things always great service.

Fantastic customer services. Had a Yellowjacket nest in my doghouse they had it taken care of within a day. Professional and polite service would recommend to anyone.

Our go to place for our gardening needs and questions. They are very helpful with planting and what works well where. We bought 4 fruit trees, they were very reasonably priced and they had a very good selection. I buy my yearly lawn treatment package from them and my lawn looks amazing. The spring grub treatment works very well.

We visited Antler in early April. We had just moved to Brantford and wanted some advice on how to make the most of our backyard. Nice lady in garden center took down our contact info and we were contacted by one of their landscape designers. They took measurements, talked to us about what we wanted to see and promised us something in couple of weeks. Two weeks later my wife sent him an email.we got response indicating that he was busy but would certainly get back to us in week or so.
That was about 8 weeks ago. I have given up on hearing back from Antler at this stage. I do not like dealing with businesses that cannot keep promises they make. I will not be dealing with Antler again.

Great place to get information on anything that grows. Wonderful and informative staff. Always have answers and don't push products but give choices.

Nick was able to guide me in the right direction to find a fix to my riding lawnmower spark plug boot.

What a mistake going here. I really thought, shopping local and paying more would get me something better. I was so wrong. I bought two bags of fertilizer for this spring. They must have been last years, and been sitting outside all winter. It was soaking wet, stuck together and huge lumps as hard as rock. We started breaking them up, see photo of golf ball nuggets as hard as rock, then I tried to spread it. It was so lumpy, and sticky it wouldn't spread, probably ruined my front lawn, in the process, probably all patchy, should have done the back first,: - (. Here is the kicker, I called them, left a voicemail wanting to return the part bag and the second bag. But they didn't return my call. What a waste of $100. Go to the Box stores, at least you know what to expect. What a shameful experience!
