I've been coming here for years to get my eyebrows threaded and really enjoy it. The team is very attentive to detail and the prices are fair. Definitely recommend!

Jenisa who works under Anu injured my left hand middle finger leaving me with a swollen skin that blleds on and off for a long time. Jenisa "forgot" she had to massage my hands as part of the manicure process. Her threading was below average as left side looks thicker to the right side. Upon brigning up the above issues to the owner Anu, she offered me a "50% discount for my next visit" instead of compensating me for the injury caused by her staff. When I followed up with Anu, her staff Jenisa told her that I moved my hands often due to which the injury happened. Not visiting this place again neither will I recommend it to anyone

I went here for an Eyebrow Shaping and Face Waxing session, and I absolutely love the results.

I have very low threshold to hair removal pain, and generally the eyebrow threading procedure feels brutal, but here they were really careful and made sure my procedure was as painless. I’m really happy with the shape as well, exactly what I asked for.

I’m definitely visiting them for my subsequent sessions.

It is too high in charge for a threading. 13.56$ for a threading. Highly unprofessional service. Never Recommended

Horrible service, horrible attitude & if your going to get your nails done here be ready to have a big fungas infection. I had a huge infection from this place and think they need their safety standards higher. Do not go to this place.

I have been coming to Anu spa for years now and it is my go to place for mani / pedi’s and eyebrow threading! The staff are so kind and they always do a great job. I reccommend this place to all my friends and family.

Threading was good and reasonable.
The services are pathetic and they do clean up in the name of facial.
They seem to be in hurry always so work done is not effective, products used for cleanup / facial were cheap and my wife got pimples over her face.

Please take time and use quality products.

Got my nails done for the first time here yesterday and the service was amazing! I am extremely happy with how they turned out not to mention the staff was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Great for eyebrow threading but not for nails. My nail polish come off just within a couple of days.

Friend treated me to a manicure, the whole process was painful, the person doing my nails was in a RUSH. The end result was not worth the money, some nails were crooked. First nail popped off only after 2 days. The rest fell off shortly. So disappointed, such a waste of money.

Had my eyebrows threaded at a couple of places but so far this has been the best place by far! The shape and thickness always comes out perfect! Give this place a go,

I've been here three times. First time was great. The other two, not so great.
They barely filed my feet. Maybe they are not use to having men there.
They don't use the razor there or maybe just not on me. Won't go back.
Plenty of other places to try. P. S, talking in your own language is rude. It makes it seem like you are talking about the customer. Speak English.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I spent 30 bucks on mani that literally chipped twice in the same day. It took 2 hours most of it was just waiting for someone to come back and finish. They didn’t have the right tools and polish to do a French nail. Would not come back again. Very disappointed I wasted time and money coming here. I had to redo them the day after somewhere else.

I had to come and write a review about Anu Spa. I was looking for a threading place near my work and walked into Anu spa. I received a welcoming smile upon entering.and even though everyone was busy but I was served by someone within a few minutes. I should’ve asked the person’s name.but didn’t get a chance.she did my eyebrows and upper lip threading very comfortably and taking adequate time.she was not rushing at all.after she was done, I was amazed to see the end results. I really liked their service and their manner.and of course the work they did. I will be a regular customer from now on.very happy with my overall experience!

I was looking for somewhere close to my work for a manicure and pedicure last minute and I'm so happy that I found this place. I walked in and got taken care of immediately. The ladies working there are very nice and so helpful. I felt so peaceful and relaxed while there. Thanks for a great experience I will be sure to come back!

Took him 2 hours to my nails shaped like upside down icecream cones instead of almond and has black spots! The machine won’t work and he’s an ammateur! Have to go back and fix it Again

Not the best not the worst, they lasted a while but not as long as I would've hoped. We booked for 4 people and arrived at the same time but they only had 2 techs. Another 1 arrived about halfway through and then the last one a short while later. So not super organized.

This is my go-to nail salon in the city and not just because it's in my neighbourhood. Anu, her sister and the other girls are very friendly and accommodating and I never had a bad experience with them. The place has a very calm, homey feeling and it's like you're visiting your friends and getting your nails and brows done. It's not posh and pretentious, and I like its simple vibe. I haven't tried their facials and other services, so I can't say anything about it, but they do a great manicure job:) Don't be fooled by its simple interior - the girls make the visit worth it:)

Terrible experience. I went for a shellac mani and regular pedi. I think the nail polish for my toes was way too thick to still be using because it turned out streaky and chunky, with three nails so messed up I knew the polish needed to come off. I had already been there for over an hour and a half and didn't have time for them to redo them. The owner did offer for me to come back and have them fixed but when I explained it wasn't possible - her attitude was "too bad". She finally took the cost of the polish off ($12 I believe) and had the esthetician come and remove the polish from my toes while I stood there. Terrible customer service and didn't care to make me happy - only cared about charging me full price.

This Spa gives Esthetician's who went to school a bad name! They hire just about anyone, who aren't certified. They reuse files, foot scrubbers, and buffers. Double Dipping going on waxing services. My friend use to work here, she told me some awful things, she felt it was against Health Canada's Rules. She worked here for a bit for Esthetician and ended up leaving. I don't blame her. They speak about any clients and discriminate them about their weight, looks and etc. This is a Spa where women and men come to feel pampered and beautiful not be criticized and judged. Very bad call.
