Great view, but food is mediocre at best and service is inconsistent.

If you can afford pricing at this level, every option is available to you. As such, unless your top 20 other restaurants are busy; I would not suggest you dine here. You can do better

8 months ago: High quality, delicious food. Friendly and helpful service by Marvin and the whole (huge) team. Gorgeous, plush atmosphere, with the city's best south-facing, unobstructed view of the CN tower and Lake Ontario. It's expensive but consistent. I can't wait to have an excuse to return soon! I have eaten at Lavanderia and Jatoba in the past as I am a frequent Montreal visitor. AP is surprisingly excellent. I really went in looking for problems because of some negative reviews but honestly 10/10. I had four ounces of a umami rich savoury sake which was plenty of alcohol. Subtotal per person is around $150+.

I had 2 oz of the A5 Wagyu beef which is 9/12 rated, I believe. It's snow aged but still has a lot of texture.

Chu toro and hamachi sashimi were delicious. They seem to fly in all of their fish from Japan other than the ora salmon which comes from New Zealand. I would definitely go back to get more sashimi and possibly to try the Hokkaido uni which was market priced at $55 for 2 pieces.

If I had to look for a complaint, I would say: the bathroom is very small and not Instagram-worthy like the dining room and patio, and the cheap hand soap and the fake flowers are not up to the high standards.

Avoid the north-facing balcony if you are looking for a stunning view. Ask for a table facing south!

This is a fantastic restaurant. The view, the service, the food was all 5 star. Our waiter Connor did an awesome job. I highly recommend this place!

Antonio Park restaurant is a thoughtful, elegant and unique experience. Flawless dining execution, service, and attention to detail. The staff are exceptional as is the food. They’ve truly thought through every aspect- from cocktails, to an immaculate bar, to apps, mains and deserts. The croquette, gyoza, tartare, nigiri, were amazing apps. The black cod and scallop mains were out of this world. Don’t skip their house version of an espresso martini. Fine dining in Yorkville without the expected crowd. No better way than to enjoy all of this than on the 51st floor with some of the best views of the city around in a beautifully designed and intimate dining room. Will return many more times.

The absolute BEST restaurant staff in all of Toronto! Connor went above and beyond for our anniversary! Thanks go out to Tatyana for all of her hard work! And to the rest of the AP staff, including Rahul! I have NEVER been treated so warmly and so professionally as I have been by the staff of AP! And I have NEVER met anyone more professional than Connor! If you ever have a need for an unforgettable night, rest assured THIS is the place to go, with desserts that will DELIGHT YOUR SENSES! Antonio Park is truly THE BEST in the city!

The restaurant is located on the 51st floor, the entrance from the Manulife building.

We were seated in a separate dinning room, exactly what we needed for the dinner. Beautiful city view, nice ambience.

We ordered a family style serving and had a chance to try a little bit of everything. Overall the food was good, the service was great as well.

Highlights was the Pavlova dessert. It was out of this world. I was impressed to see it on the menu.

Not a bad place, but I came just to have a couple of drinks and was stunned to see how expensive they were. $24 for one cocktail is an outrage, even by Yorkville standards. My bill for two drinks with tax came to $54. I also noticed that the place was overstaffed. Too many employees standing around doing nothing. If you're in Yorkville, you'd be better off to go for drinks at Sassafraz or some other establishment. This place is a far cry from The One Eighty, which was here beforehand.

I came here for my birthday, the service was amazing and exactly what you expect from Antonio Park. Some of the best sushi rolls I have ever had, better than Nobu in my personal opinion, and the lamb chops were also a highlight, but everything we ordered was really amazing: Chicken Gyoza, Waygu, short rib, Salmon crispy rice, Kimchi Fried rice, Miso cod.

Chef Antonio Park outdoes himself again. High quality food, high quality fish. By far my favorite restaurant in Toronto, and his restaurant in Montreal is my favorite in Montreal

$175 for snacks for two bottle of sake and two drinks, ordered shrimp tempura and 4pc nigiri. Took 45 minutes for nigiri to hit the table. Served us flat cava, but replaced right away when we told them.

It was our first time dining here. Food was absolutely delicious! Giant Shrimp Tempura is a must try! The ambiance and the service was delightful. Thanks to Rahul and the our server for making our evening memorable. Will definitely recommend and will be back soon!

Fantastic spot. Food is amazing, staff perfectly attentive, with a view to die for. My new local favorite.
Must haves; duck gyoza, kimchi rice, lamb chops.

Came here for date night in December. There is a private elevator right up to the 51st floor where the restaurant is. It has a 360 view of the city which is amazing. We got out on the patio for photos. Upon arrival, a coat check person collected our jackets and returned them when we were ready to leave. Our server Ian was very knowledgeable and helpful with selecting our meals. The service was a bit slow but I chalked that up to a busy Friday night. The cocktails were nice; I like that they offer reusable straws. The food was very flavourful and creative; the jumbo shrimp is a must-have! The portions are not large but I guess this is expected for fine dining. The Pavlova dessert was clean, different and had just the right amount of sweetness. The only con was the constant foot traffic by our table even though I specifically asked for a quiet area. Overall, it was a great experience!

The view is nice, services was not bad. The food was over priced compare to the quality and quantity. The shrimp tempura is $24 but it only comes One shrimp.the lamb chop i ordered medium but it was like rare.overall none of the food tastes stunning, don't think will come back again if it's the same menu.

To find the entrance go to the second floor of the Manulife center. To the left of the Cineplex, you will see a hostess ready to check you in. The private elevator takes you right to the 51st floor where the restaurant is. The unobstructed 360 view of the city is amazing. As you check-in, coat check is available before taking your seats.
The most friendliest waiter served us throughout the evening, always checking in to make sure our drinks and food were to our satisfaction.

I went there for NYE dinner. Mediocre food, service was okay, mandatory 20% gratuity but we had to ask for more water. The menu has a little bit of everything (Japanese, Korean fusion, sushi, seafood, steak…), but nothing taste stunning. If you’re looking for Asian fusion, Lee and R&D is way better. Overall, it’s just doesn’t worth the money…

I know Antonio Park to be an amazing chef from Park in Montreal, possibly my fave restaurant. I’d heard of the disaster that was Pick 6ix, his collabo with Drake and understood that not everything works out as planned. So, it was with great anticipation that I chose AP for a special dinner. We had a range of sharing plates, dessert (+drinks). The croquette was good, the caviar on top melted in your mouth, and the scallop ceviche was buttery but could have been a bit more acidic and lacked a pinch of flavour. Crab tacos were average, not exceptional. The gyoza was also pretty average - the sauce was orange red and inviting but didn’t pack a flavour punch to match the presentation. The shrimp tempura maki, however, was terrible. It didn’t taste bad, it tasted like nothing. It was cold. There was no characteristic tempura crunch, no tempura (or shrimp) flavour. Even the (I think?) jalapeños on top had zero taste. Honestly could not identify what we were eating. The dessert and drinks were good. Interestingly, the next day I spoke to a friend, and she was totally unimpressed with the place, and had the exact same experience with the shrimp tempura! The wait staff/service was great and everyone was attentive. The room is beautiful with exceptional views - it feels like a special place but sadly the food doesn’t live up to it, especially for the prices being charged. Go for the view and the service, but sadly not the food. 2.5/10

Can’t beat this view here. Food was good but the service was kind of awkward. We had two servers, the second guy was wonderful but the first one almost made me want to leave.

He read off each ingredient when I asked him for recommendations, he stood with his legs wide open while talking to us and would reach over us while we were eating to get stuff off our table. He kind of disrupted the experience for us.

Order the Duck Gyoza and Exotic Pavlova. You can’t go wrong with those two!

While the restaurant is stunning, and has incredible views, we were surprised with how slow the food was. Considering most of the food we ordered wasn't even cooked, was surprised there was a 30 minute delay before receiving our gyoza.

Staff was attentive and knowledgeable and food was tasty overall, but can definitely get a better meal for a lower price, hence the lower rating.

(5/5)

Drinks:
Kemuri (mezcal, lillet blanc, dry vermouth, green chartreuse)
Yoichi Old Fashioned (Nikka from the Barrel, Demarara cubes, Bitters)
Raichi Sour (Junmai Ginjo Sake, Lychee, Egg White, Bitters.)
Hana Spritz (Asian Pear Sake, St-Germain, hibiscus, prosecco)
Four Islands (Ketel one vodka, domaine de canton, passion fruit, ginger)
(5/5)

Food:
Park Slaw (carrot, daikon, papaya, onion, mango, tomato, cucumber, coriander,
roasted nuts, Japanese plum dressing)
Well flavored, refreshing, salty, umami, balanced.
(4/5)

Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche (avocado, cucumber, radish, sesame, green chili & yuzu dressing)
Refreshing, fresh, raw, tender, salty but not too briny, citrusy,
(5/5)

Bluefin Tuna Tataki (togarashi oil, aji verde, wild mountain puffed rice, ginger emulsion)
Smokey, fresh, aromatic, umami, balanced.
(5/5)

Kimchi Fried Rice (house made kimchi, soy cured egg,
sesame, scallion, yakiniku black bean sauce)

Tasted like kimchi fried rice, balanced, not too rich but does not feel "elevated"
(3/5)

Lemongrass lamb chop (satay, nam prik chimichurri, peanuts, mint)

Star of the show, well seasoned, well cooked, balanced, tender, not too fatty or rich and no gamey flavor you get from lamb.
Not your typical lamb chop. My favorite dish of the meal.
(5/5)

Braised & Grilled Octopus (romesco, salsa de criolla, endive sun-dried cherry tomato salad)
Second or third favorite part of the meal, was not overcooked, seasoned perfectly, very tender, had enough "bite" or "chew" and not overdone, flavor was very balanced, no notes were overpowering each other.

Miso Black Cod (snow peas, charred scallion salsa verde, kombu chip)
2nd favorite part of the meal, first being the lamb chop. Octopus and cod are evenly matched for 2nd favorite dish.
The charred scallion and salsa verde elevated this miso cod to a higher level.
(4/5)

Overall (4/5) - On the pricier side, I was wowed by 2-3 dishes (as mentioned) ; overall great atmosphere.
Great "very special" date spot and not a casual dinner. Come here if you want to propose if you want them to say yes, don't come here on a first date or you might scare them away.

Lovely dinner of seafood maki sushi, duck confit / foie gras gyoza and salmon panisse. Miso black cod was tender and flavourful and berries cheecake with strawberry sorbet is light and refreshing. Their espresso martini is also highly recommended! There is also city views if you sit near the window.

I would like to begin this review by sharing my utmost gratitude towards our waiter Ian as well as the general manager. This review is NOT directed towards those two individuals; instead, the individual who this is primarily focused upon is Tatiana.

My friend booked her birthday celebration on Monday, January 16th. During the initial phone call to reserve a table for a party of 10, Tatiana stated that the policies were
1. If an individual of the party did not attend there would be a fee of $50.00
2.there would be a minimum spend of $500. This was verbalized and agreed upon by my friend (I was beside her when she spoke to Tatiana and heard the speaker conversation). Since this agreement was confirmed Tatiana emailed her a credit card authorization form. I would like to make it explicitly clear that there was no formalized statement regarding the above policies on any email communication after the initial phone call. This reservation occurred two week prior to the 16th.

On the night of the 16th, the party arrived where we were greeted and sat. Ian our waiter was terrific, polite, knowledgeable, attentive and kind. We begin ordering drinks, appetizers, entrees as well as a bottle of champagne to celebrate my friend’s birthday. As the courses ended, we were finalizing our decisions for dessert when Ian informed us that our minimum spend was not met. The entire party was confused as the prior discussion stated that the minimum spend was $500. We already ordered well over $1000 through the courses, cocktails and champagne. Awkwardly, Ian mentioned that Tatiana stated that minimum spend was $2500. Notably, the kitchen was closed at this point so we could not order any more entrees to meet Tatiana’s newly stated minimum. I find absolutely ridiculous that upper-management would impose a new minimum completely disregarding the agreement upon minimum during the last hour of operation. The minimum spend was not indicated on ANY paperwork or mentioned before dinner service started.

As we were all incredibly confused, to make this awkward miscommunication worse, Tatiana storms into the private dining room and begins berating my friend on her birthday in front of us. Stunned by this inappropriate and demeaning action, my friend politely asked if Tatiana would speak to her away from her guests. As they leave the room, we remained inside the room disgusted at the disrespect towards patrons of this establishment. My friend re-enters momentarily stating that since the kitchen was closed there was nothing more we could have done to meet Tatianna’s absurdity. I have MANY questions regarding the mistreatment towards my friend as well as why there was a sudden increase in a minimum table spend. It should be noted that this was quiet night inside the establishment, did Tatiana see this then decide to increase our minimum to exploit us for her to meet dining quota? Or did she see that we were younger than the expected clientele. Regardless of age, appearances there is absolutely no reason why she should be berating and verbally accosting clients of AP. The lack of professionalism on her part is comical, I’ve had better customer service from the Queen and Spadina McDonald’s than this interaction with Tatiana. Clearly she does not possess the capability or emotional stability to have a conversation in situations of unclarity, which were because of her lack of communication skills.

My boyfriend took me here for dinner and I really loved it! We got quite a few things to try.

I liked the black miso cod, and the sushi was pretty good as well as the tuna tartar. I wouldn’t get the yuzu blueberry dessert or the wagyu tartar again — was not a huge fan. Kimchi rice was good too.

Loved the ambiance and the server was quite attentive, making sure to always top up our wine as we ate our meal. The view of the city didn’t hurt either!

Overpriced, mediocre food and boring atmosphere. Service was good. Had really been hoping for an amazing dining experience and unfortunately AP did not deliver.
