I've bought 2 bikes from Apex, both times through Dave Cotrill and finance with Isaac.and looking at bike 3 and 4 in the spring and I'll be back here. Apex cares about their customers and they remember you when you walk in the door. They've earned a lifetime customer through their service.

Parts department came through big time, my kid crashed and broke his cylinder. He has his last race of the season this weekend and I needed parts asap. Aaron went above and beyond to find parts that were non existent in Canada and have the shipped in 24 hrs.
Unbelievable customer service.
Shout out to David Hari as well, bought 3 bikes off him and have another one on order. He always takes great care of me and my family.
I travel from Ajax for GasGas brand, there is paces closer, but not with this customer experience.

My wife and I had been looking for a KTM 50 sx for some time. Many dealerships we had dealt with would not give us the time of day with any respect. We came across David at Apex and it changed the game. Our experience was nothing short of being fantastic. David was more than helpful with the entire process as well as kept all timing tight.

So I purchased a new Ducati SF V4S from Peter. The dealership is a beauty and they have many cool older bikes upstairs if you're wandering around. I was introduced to several departments and the service so far from everyone I spoke with was top notch. This is the 1st time at this dealership but I have been going back and forth for about 3 months now on which model to purchase. I look forward to dealing with this team going forward and I'd highly recommend. Ride safe!

I traded in a bike and negotiated the difference and options on the bike I wanted. When I got the bike I realized it was missing an option we clearly had included in our email exchange. He quickly accuses me of trying to get the option for free! The owner was ccd and didn’t respond. When sales don’t go as planned you see the true colours of the dealer.

They have some very nice bikes available, but the customer service left me fuming. Went with wife and kids and was totally ignored. Yet people came in biker gear and were greeted, and asked if there was a bike in particular they were interested in. I even attempted to talk to a sales rep and was told they were busy and then went back to talking to other staff. I waited around for an hour before saying screw it and leaving. Not impressed, but the bikes are cool. To bad they missed out on a sale as I went there to buy a new bike, guess Harley wins.

Big thank you to Peter, Brian and Dave who were all very helpful during my indecisiveness on what motorbike to purchase, no pressure whatsoever, ended up getting on a 2015 CB500X. Apex Cycle is the nicest powersports dealer in the region hands down.

We went down to sell my husband's motorcycle, we live an hour away. Dave was the sales representative that helped us. He didn't seem focused at all. When he went to get the license plate off the bike, he said he'd be like 10 minutes, 50 minutes later we asked the service desk to get the plates. The service desk told us he went for a demo ride. It makes you wonder how much longer we would've sat around if we hadn't asked the service desk for help.

Great place, they were very patient with me as I had to deal with the SAAQ in Quebec, had to call them 10 times in a day, their receptionist Crystal was very helpful when I was stuck and took the initiative to get me some paper work while Brian my sales representative was busy.

Once we made it to the dealership Brian was very nice and it felt like I was talking to a friend, we took our time and chatted about motorcycle trips and he helped load the motorcycle into the bed of the truck and was open to give recommendations on how to tie it down for the 600km trip back home. Coffee on premise is great and gave us a good boost to get back on the road after leaving at 3am and getting there at 9am.

I would like for them to have better communications with Quebec license bureau but they probably don't have a lot of Quebec customers so I don't think its a big deal it would of just been nice to be able to get a temp plate to drive it back myself.

You've lost a customer. I purchased an ATV new from Apex in 2017, sales was great. But the recent parts and service has been terrible. Twice I have brought the atv in due to a charging issue and the machine not starting. I've paid the full bill each time but they could never find the actual problem. Once I went to get it when they said it was all fixed, it wouldn't start when I got there. There only suggestion was to keep a battery maintainer on it. Not ideal, but ok?

In the past when I've got parts or oils I always got a bit of a discount since I bought my atv there. Well apparently that's not the case anymore, as I was told you only get a discount in the first year after purchase. Ok, well that hasn't been the case any other time why now?

So why am I coming to your shop? Do you not want repeat business, loyal customers? Evidently not. After today I have no reason to shop or use your services. I will no longer recommend Apex as I have in the past. I will be taking my business elsewhere. After buying an ATV, buying various parts, spending a few hundred on service for nothing actually being done, and I can't get a few dollars of a part now? Enough.

Do better Apex.

They seem quite nice to deal with.
They absolutely sucked at working on my Indian, didn't do what I asked of them. Checked all the components that were already replaced and worked fine, said it was fuel pump.didn't bother to read notes that it was a brand new fuel pump.lied to me, then apologized.excuse after excuse.had my bike for weeks. I threatened them if I didn't get it back now.then I went picked it up said oh We fixed it It ran 12 miles then did the same thing.called them they wouldn't do anything.

Had a great service experience today, called ahead (phone was answered by a real person, not a general voice-mail box). Snowblower in stock, was ready when I arrived. Friendly staff, showed me how to use and loaded into my vehicle. Would recommend, Dave C was salesperson.

They were super nice and did some warranty work that I needed. I called and booked an appointment and they answered some questions I had. They told me my bike had to be in the shop all day for what needed to be done but it would be ready by the end of day which it was. They were clean and friendly and it is close to us so nice and convenient. They only feed back I would give is whoever was working on it had greasy hands as I had to wash my bike after. Otherwise good service and quality work. Will use their service again.

Nice store and seems to have very competitive costing. Walked around for 10 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help. Even stood at reception for a minute while two employees talked about their weekend. I'm in the market for a new machine was hoping to get some insight.

Sold me a $3500 Yamaha snow blower that won't start. They couldn't even get it started at the dealership to demo it for me when I went to pick it up. However, after driving 2+ hours to come get it (and they knew I was coming) I reluctantly took it since they told me it was just because the battery was really weak. It wasn't. Fully charged, it still won't start. They also didn't do the Yamaha inspection that the dealer is supposed to do before selling it, as the copy of the inspection is completely blank. After numerous emails and unreturned phone calls, they finally suggested that I make the 4+ hour return trip to drop it off to them and then make another 4+ hour return trip to pick it up when they figure out what is wrong with it. This was in the middle of winter and I live in a major snow belt. I asked them if they could tell me if there was another (Yamaha Snow Blower) dealer that was closer to me that I could take it to. They told me to figure it out myself.

Worse service I have even dealt with. They were going to over charge me by approx. $750. For work that another Polaris authorized shop did for $215 in total. I do NOT recommend Apex. Apex was going to charge 5 hrs ($595) of labor. The other shop charger 1.2 hrs ($120).

I don't recommend this facility at all. Honestly, go find somewhere better if you're looking for a motorcycle. I used to love this place to boot. The deal we worked out was never given to me in full. They sold me a faulty new bike, took it in to be fixed, and tried to charge me for something that was clearly a warranty fix. They then just stopped responding to my emails. Sales, parts, and their shop don't communicate at all so don't expect things to go smoothly if there's any cross-talk between your sales rep and the parts department.

Edit: upgraded to 2 stars because after I initiated the conversation again they finally understood my concerns (a few months too late though). That being said, this definitely came down to a poor communication structure within their company, and I still stand by what I said above. The less I have to deal with Apex in the future, the better. Also, who charges $400 for an oil change? Really guys?

A very positive first experience dealing with Brian S.at Apex Cycle. Although I was fairly well researched before I made initial contact, Brian did take considerable time with me to make sure I was not only getting the bike which was visually appealing, but also offered some alternatives to be sure I was getting the right fit as well. Well administered safe protocol by appointment only, fair trade in pricing and Brian did not make the mistake of over-promising and under-delivering which has been common in my experience with other dealers. Clean, well laid out facility and bike arrived before I anticipated during out initial discussions. Loving my new Indian Scout Bobber ABS in thunder black smoke and looking forward to a continued relationship with Apex Cycle. Thanks Brian!

All calls over the past 2 weeks have gone unanswered and unreturned. I tried to show up to the door in person and called the number posted to have someone come talk to you and still no answer, nobody coming to the door when knocked on.

Had an electrical issue with my 2015 Ducati. Dropped the bike off on a Friday and was told that since they were super busy, it make several days for them to have a look at it. However since they had sold me a new battery in early 2020, they found time to check into it within 3 days, turns out the battery was defective. Although it was slightly beyond the 1 year warranty period, they covered it for me at no charge. Thanks to Kevin and the service department for getting me up and running so quickly.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be ignored and have to call 10 times a day before someone picks up only to tell you that they sold the bike from under you.

Called to order parts, Dylan was wonderful to deal with, very positive and upbeat, I feel very confident he is doing his best to source and locate parts. Dylan is very knowledgeable on various makes and models.

I felt safe in asking questions. He was great to deal with, I will definitely use Apex for any needs.

Dave and Dave in sales are very knowledgeable and great guys to deal with. Not the pushy sales type but are very helpful when it comes to buying your next bike. They take the time with you and dont make you feel like you are that unimportant customer even when open woth then that you are just looking.

Chris and Matt in parts have always been incredible to deal with too.

Jennifer keeping things running at that front is a friendly and pleasant person to see each time you come in. Fantastic team. It's a bit if a drive for me but totally worth it.

I took my bike in for an oil change and they tried to charge me for 4L of oil.meanwhile my engine has a capacity of 2.4L. "oops, our mistake, " they said. Yeah right. Then next time I did the oil myself and found they had torqued the oil filter on so tightly I needed to lift my bike up on a hoist and stand on the wrench to unscrew it. So, dishonest AND incompetent. And you wonder why people don't trust dealerships. Giving 2 stars because at least the guys at the desk were nice, that counts for something. But do not get service here.

Went in today for a discussion with two of the managers to better understand what took place last week. We had a good discussion, things were explained and I was offered to have the bike picked up/dropped off to see if they could improve the remapping of the bike at no cost to us.
I appreciate their offer and hopefully the issues that took place can be remedied so it doesn't happen to others.
It is still undecided if we will take them up on their offer, but we appreciate the gesture.

Nothing but frustration and errors on every single one of our interactions with them.
Latest disappointment: order front seals for a Victory so they would be in for our appt 3 weeks later. Day before the appt, I called and was told the part was never ordered. Ordered the part ($50 taxes in) and was told they would call us when the part came in. We received a call and booked an appt. Picked up the bike today to see that I was billed again for the seals that was already paid for. The service guy told me it was because I didn't order it from him, but from Parts and there was no communication between the two departments. I did get a refund for the part, but when asked for clarification for the difference in parts and cost, we were replied with attitude and was told to not be confrontational. The reason was we ordered an aftermarket part that never came in and they installed Victory parts. If the part never arrived, why were we called back to make an appt?
The bike also got remapped for the exhaust and I was told that the CD we dropped of was not needed and if we still had issues, to let them know and they would work on it again. Bike still backfires, so we called when we got home and where told to download the maps online and do it ourselves.
Now.did I have some attitude, most likely, however I was polite, but frustrated, which I also stated. People make mistakes, but the absolute lack of communication doesn't help and when nothing ever gets done correctly, the frustration keeps mounting, as does the disappointment.

Minor mishap during installation of my heater grips but they acknowledged the issue and are on top of it.

Got a great price and friendly staff with a very knowledgeable service center.

Having issues with the bike after 3 weeks but that has nothing to do with Apex. They took the time and effort to pick up the bike to set her back on the road.

Haven't been there, but I contacted them about a bike they have advertised for sale approx 2 weeks ago with absolutely no response, unacceptable for any business.

Update: To the person who responded from Apex cycle. That would be 2 formal inquiries regarding bikes done through your website, and a trade value estimation done through your website over the course of a week and a half. 0 stars if possible.

I was Quoted 200 was charged 300 and they'd changed my license plate cover with out my permission so they can get free advertising I called and said I wanted my original back and did not get it back they through it out

Matt at parts knows his stuff. Even dealing with off brands. His recommendations have been bang on. He will even tell me when it makes more sense to replace a whole axle because it's only 12 dollar difference and less work

The personal are very polite and courteous. I had my Ducati in to reset a service light, it took the tech 5 minutes and charged me $67.75, not fair price no matter how they try to justify time spent, just because it's a Ducati?

I was encouraged in a forum that I post on to consider using a local shop instead of mail order warehouses. I am very glad I did. The Apex parts staff offered me superior service as well as competitive pricing, even on special orders. They have already changed my buying habits.

Beware! The culture of this dealership has changed since it has changed locations. In the past we have traveled from Sault Ste Marie to purchase bikes not once but twice from Apex. We also referred others from the Soo to make the trip. NO MORE. We have had the worst experience recently with this dealership and most of it had to do the the person in the finance office trying to beef up what they wanted to make in the back end of the deal. Instead of trying to sell finance products he tried to increase the interest rate, then tried to tell us the quoted rate was not available. We have excellent credit so that was never part of the reason. He also tried to work with a different bank than quoted. I work in auto sales myself so I know the bank he tried was paying a higher residual to him than the one we wanted to go with. We were able to catch on to his games but I am worried that other potential consumers may be taken by his dishonesty. There were more issues after we finally canceled the deal that I won't get into here but I can wholeheartedly assure everyone we will not buy anything from Apex again, and it goes without saying we will not be sending any more referrals either.

Nice selection of bikes not overly quick to respond to emails though. New store is great they have a nice new selection of Indians However they need to put a picnic table outside because when the give you a service time its always longer and they will tack on an hours labor to undo 2 nuts by telling you mechanic had to look for the right wrench. They also need to test their used bikes before selling them, My wife and i had to return her bike on 2 occasions for further work.
