Faxed my requisitions to them as specified on their phone message. A week later, and I still haven't heard back from them. There's no option to speak to an actual person.

My experience was great. Jill, Jen and Nicole were very friendly and professional. Great place to go, free ample parking. I was there for 930 am Monday and only 5 other clients in the waiting room. Service was on time scheduled.

I tried to make an appointment, left a message that was not returned. Followed the directions on the website and took time off work to attend during their drop in appointment time. Was told today that the website is wrong and they can't update it. They are unable to answer the phone or return calls due to a staff shortage. The reception was new and just started today. Now I need to come back another day including time off work to get an x-ray. Their excuse was the pandemic. However it has been going on for a long time now and others have figured it out. Avoid this clinic and go to others that are working better to solve the challenges.

Place is new. Things went well. However I do not have a good feeling about this place. It feels too quiet and not a good working environment for the staff.

Working in the health sector I have had the pleasure of talking with Jill on an almost daily basis. The physician I work for, refers to Apex diagnostic for almost all his ultrasound, X-rays, BMDs. I have also, as a patient had cardiac testing done at the facility. Jill is always extremely pleasant, organized and willing to help. The facility is state of the art, staffed by extremely competent people. Location is great with easy parking. Highly recommend.

Receptionist is not friendly at all and does not acknowledge you when you walk in let's you stand there.

Seems like their Peterborough clientel are not happy or complaining. That may be a big city problem. We have had a great experience with these guys since they started in Lakefield. Since moving to Peterborough, they have really grown and are a lot busier. The space is clean and bright (although a couple of windows would be nice). Plenty of parking. Staff as always are friendly, but busier so less time to catch up on chit chat. Its more of a drive for me to come form Lakefield, but I can see why they moved to this big location. Job well done.
